What Alpha stated...generally most people tend to fight in the first 5 tiers because they are the easiest and the ones that people can easily visualize without becoming over-powered in the actions that constitute the fight.

This is a mystical place, a fragmented memory of the Dreamers Home World as it was long before they ascended. The opponents start on opposites sides of the lake; the entire area is 2,500 square yards of combat area. The water is special to the Dreamers, from it rises fumes that will affect the senses of the combatants if they linger in the water. The longer one stays in the water the more heightened the sense become for a total of three posts for each of the combatants their senses are similar to the Dreamers. Able to see the entire length and breadth of the electromagnetic spectrum, as well as allowing them to see and understand the influences gravity has on an object.

This is a half-mile basin made of pumice and sand that rises to a height of 535 feet at the highest edge. The water in the center of the basin is a warm, bubbly sulfpherous soup that has the unique properties that can cause horrific illusions to whoever stands in the water for any length of time. These illusions take place within a round and last for two posts and must be accounted for and written in the post as if they were real.

I assume you want a similar tier rated character. If so you should limit it to a maximum of tier 3.
Stop lurking and take control, get this thing back on track...
WOW!!! ruronihs and Gado you guys put up a hell'uva fight....01 separated your scores. Total:23.47 vs. 23.48. You guys put up an excellent fight. I think because of our lack of contestants I would like to advance both of you to face off against the other two winners. (Yes LeeRoy I know you fought well too, but I need an extra fighter and these two nearly fought a draw.) If you are agree I will move the fights up, and no you will not face each other this round.

Rilla wears dresses and pasties...does that count.
I think if it is done in a way similar to Rilla's it might work. The main GM runs the main story line, while the other or co-GM runs a concurrent story line that ties into the main story but with different characters. It would be like LoTR when the party breaks up, the main story line continues on with the main GM and the secondary story lines runs with oversight by the main GM and co-GM communicating so that the theme consistency continues.

In fact I would run a multiversal event with Rilla since I am comfortable with his storytelling ability that if we did it, the overall story theme would continue while two separate stories ran concurrently perhaps even overlapping at times.
