Dr. Kur nodded at LeeRoy’s question, “I am indeed Mr. LeeRoy, it is nice to meet you. Please come with me. Your ship will be safe; we will wrap a beta particle gamma field around it. It will keep it safe until you leave.”

Turning on her heel, the Caladoran moved at a quick pace towards a bank of elevators, waving her hand across a blank screen off to the side, a moment later a door opened. Behind them trailed two knights.

Several dozen races, many that LeeRoy would not have encountered spoke hurriedly in what presumably was a common language, probably a form of the original Angar-Ryllan language. Once in the elevator, with the knights crammed in with them, Dr. Kur again waved her hand before the screen and a sudden moment of weightlessness occurred before the doors opened again.

‘We are here. Tell me LeeRoy, where you are from what is your normal gravity? Here we try to maintain AR-base time and gravity; it helps the Angar-Ryllan’s aboard to move freely. Our oxygen, is similar in composition to the atmosphere you breathe, however we have more helium and greater traces of methane.”

Dr. Kur spoke as they moved down a long corridor, on their left and right massive are bays with laboratories within, and hundreds of scientists worked on thousands of projects.

“Although this is a warship, it is also the home of the advance studies college for the Imperial Academy of Sciences. Many of the greatest break throughw in our technology have come from studies of alien technology right away.” It was obvious she had a great deal of pride in her work and the laboratories.

Throughout the entire complex, for it could not be called anything else, knights and sailors armed with wither wicked looking energy weapons or sleek rifles and pistols.
Reaching an empty bay, Dr. Kur motioned for the door to open and it did, as she stepped inside she turned, her large eyes flocked on LeeRoy’s., “This is your work bay. Here we will examine your data logs, process them through our spatial recognition computers and try a fixed point in space and time as well as the probably dimension to these locales.”

A pause as the Caladoran nodded to the knights who returned the nod and assumed positions outside the door, another two knights seemingly appeared and took up their post across the way.

‘We will work in peace the knights shall stay outside. Several research assistants will be coming in and out to verify your data as well as ask questions. To start LeeRoy what is the level of your technology? I can see by your suit that we are ahead of you in power armor. And judging by your ship, our dimensional push technology is probably unknown to you.”

Then flashing a Cheshire smile at him she continued, “Shall we begin?”
Just as he suspected, the Fireen was less affected by the thunderclap than the other two. In fact, the alien was bouncing into action, and based on is previous actions towards civilians, he wouldn’t hesitate to kill General Freedom.

However while the blue and white clad hero ramped up his ZPE, he also pondered what the alien had said, “…we want you, not the planet” Why did they want him? That would be a question he would have to ask the aliens once he an opportunity to do so.

Right now the erstwhile hero had other things to worry about, two shimmering energy disks erupted towards him, similar to the ones that cut down the citizens of the city who had spent the day in the park.

They hurled at him with amazing speed, a snarl escaped his lips as the General narrowed his eyes, twisting to avoid one of the disk he felt the impact of the second along his flank, knocking him up and back. As he shook his head, the second disk slammed into him with enough force to cause him to grunt as a sharp pain raced along his ribs.

Dropping to the ground, General Freedom slammed a fist deep and pulled up a chunk of the parkland, hurling it at the Fireen. The ZPE swirled around General Freedom, appearing as a series of rapid streaks of light racing across his body, setting off a soft glow.

Whoever this Fireen was, he wasn’t anyone to take lightly. If the disks were a simple and hurried attack, they had incredible power, and the even though they bruised him, they didn’t do anything serious, at least not this time.

“Glass the planet? What a waste. Probably what happened to your planet huh ugly? You got uppity to your purple friends and they slapped you down like the rabid animal you are.”
“Sukoh…Sukoh…Sukoh…Wake…Wake…Wake…” called the voices, a multitude, a host of voices touching the consciousness of the great bear, voices that fluttered as a dream in his peaceful slumber.

Then a touch, a physical thing, a gentle, hesitant touch along his head, pressing his left ear back softly.

“Sukoh. Gentle bear, this slumber is not eternal. Your time to rest has not come. Gentle Sukoh waken.”

Scathach rose from her kneeling position, her long back and purple gown falling around her, a soft red light falls from where her eyes should be, bathing the giant form before her.

“Come Sukoh, come and sit with me a while, tell me the tale of your life great bear.”

Scathach turned and moved away, an ethereal shadow vanishing in the darkness, yet a faint reddish glow lingered in the air, allowing the enormous creature to follow if he so chooses.

On a great throne, Scathach, the Dreaming Queen sits; red energies flowing from her eye sockets. Bathing the entire area in a soft glow, her face concealed with a veil. The grand chamber, the Dreaming Throne surrounded by shadows, movements in the darkness. Seated and seeing all, observing and sharing thought forms and ideas with other Dreamers.

In the vast churning transparent gloom, there is a single spot, a high back chair, seemingly out of place for it is full of life. The chair is located near the steps leading to the Dreaming Throne, upon a softly glowing twelve feet by twelve feet parcel of land that is untouched by the shadowy dream energies.

The chair is Cathrel’s, her spot among the great Dreamers. Her sanctuary, untouched by the power of dreams, her own space to shape and control, a space that the Dreaming Queen had given to her, so that she may dream unfettered by the others.
Frokane good to see you back.

Wotan's Forest: The tallest and largest trees make their home in Wotan's Forest and the magical Lake of the Wode. If you stand beneath the mighty black trees, they seem so powerful and indestructible; The average height of the trees is 1,000 feet tall and roughly 40 feet in diameter. There are much taller trees, some as tall as 1.2 miles and several hundred feet in diameter. These trees are made of Iron Wood, which is nigh indestructible to nearly any attack. In the center of this vast forest is the Lake of the Wode.

At 3,200 square miles in size and an unknowable depth, Lake of the Wode is one of the largest and deepest lakes in the multiverse, renowned for its deep blue beauty. Sunset on the Lake of the Wode is magical and best appreciated from the eastern shore. The sun bathes the trees in bright colors, and reflects its light in the deep blue of the sacred lake, before sinking below the horizon.

The combatants are in a Pythagorean triple, 120 meters apart, each combatant is atop a 15-meter tall glass pillar. Between each pillar is a glass bridge that connects the pillars. The battleground is anywhere in a 500 by 500 meter area, with the Lake of the Wode on the western edge of the battleground.

In the center of the pillars is a large, wide tree stump. Lying on the stump is a fist-sized diamond. This is the Eye of Wotan. This can be used once by each fighter. Once it is used, it vanishes and returns to the stump.

The Eye of Wotan can negate any single attack that the holder wishes, regardless of preps used against it.
