*sigh* didn't I go through the huge discussion on minion characters and non essential flavor text characters?

Summoned/Faction rules for the NoW Multiverse.

As a player, you can summon/create in your faction any number of “Minion” class or “Zero Level” creatures. These are the very basic and lowest tier of summoned/faction creatures. They cannot be commanded by you in combat and can be only given a basic order i.e. “Attack or Defend me.”

Your opponent will dispatch minion class creatures as they see fit and it does not take away from their normal attack in the fight. They are cannon fodder and as such will be treated this way.

You can have up to four Low Tier Leaders in your faction who fall under the normal rules for combat. Your opponent can defeat them but they must make an attack action as if they were normal low-tiered characters. These Leaders command the Minions.

You can have a single Equal Tiered faction/summoned character known as the General. This character will be treated as a normal non-critical character and can be commanded by you, however they cannot be the killing blow against your opponent nor can they do more damage than you do in a fight. They are always secondary to the main character or leader of the faction.

Factions are nice, but they are backdrop characters and support for the main character which should be you, they are not relevant and are expected to die horrible deaths in the course of the role-play. Hence, their status as non-critical characters, they should never be the focus of your fights, and should never take precedence over two critical characters in a fight.

Generic Zero tier NPCs that are used to flesh out a post are moddable by anyone regardless of the author as long as they are not a summoned or faction NPC. Faction and summoned NPC’s have their own rules sets.

Generic Zero tier NPCs have no inherent value other than to create drama and excitement in a post. If you are unsure about using NPCs ask the poster who has inserted them, if they are nothing more than flavor text you are able to use them as well in any manner that advances your post and the overall story in the thread.

I don't know if I've pointed this out.Is the armor that Klaast wears standard issue, or is the armor that the guards wear lower quality? Because if it's standard issue, then LeeRoy is on a ship with a metric butt ton of high tier characters.

LeeRoy, my young padawan, only named characters will have that type of armor. The guards and all other non-essential or non-named characters you can pretty much treat like the punching bags they are.
Yeppers...I don't know who will fight you to begin with since there are only a handful of high tiered opponents.
As long as you fight high tier opponents no...A high tier opponent should be able to handle the mech. I mean if a Dreamer can handle the mech...
Ok still ginormous then?
So your mech flies at hypersonic speed? Really? Ok I may have to impose some realistic laws of expectations in the creation of certain things.
- Thrusters (High) It takes a lot of force to move a mecha of such size. The thrusters located beneath and on the side it's feet, on the side of it's thighs, lower back, elbow, and on all sides of it's drill-arms takes care of that. Enabling it to hover short distances, increase it's running speed, fly straight up into space, and so on, and so on. If used in space, it gives the Hellhound a lot more mobility than it would normally have.

Give me speeds. 20 mphs? 60? 120? What are we talking about?
Yes I know what a bunker buster bomb is, I know the ordinance in our world....I am trying to see what it is in his world.
Why so big?

Height: 280ft
Weight: 2500 ton

A 60-foot tall mech weighing in about 90-120 tons would be fine. Define the nuclear blast it can survive what kiloton explosives are we talking about?

- Drill-arms (High) Two massive club-like appendages with powerful drills on their front designed to pierce the hull of heavily armored foes or enemy mechas. The middle drill can be ejected, and will thrust itself forward like a rocket, drilling through anything in it's path. Similarly, the entirety of the drill-arm can be detached, and launched forward in the same manner, revealing fully functioning hands in it's place. At the core of each drill arm, powering the entirety of it, is a powerful thermonuclear reactor, rigged in such a way that it can be detonated remotely to produce a massive explosion. If damaged in any other way, it will simply shut itself down, powering down the drills and it's thrusters.

- Rocket launchers (High) On it's back, four massive tubes reveal themselves. Each of these hold six hundred bunker-buster homing missiles. Either heat seeking, or towards any number of designated non-moving targets. Upon firing a single tube, all six hundred missiles will launch upwards, then spread out before crashing down upon their mark. The tubes themselves can be ejected, and if not yet emptied, remotely activated and fired. The missiles will never fire at the mecha itself unless specifically targeted.

- Energy cannon (High) It's primary and most destructive weapon. This weapon is attached to the front of it's escape pod at the back of it's mouth. Upon firing, the mouth will open, and a singular thick beam of pure destructive energy will blast out, destroying all but the most sturdy of foes. Requires 3 rounds of charging to use, but can go even further as long as it is attached to it's main body.

I have no idea what you are talking about in power. What does pure destructive energy equal? What does a single bunker buster do in terms of explosive power? What is a massive explosion for the drill arms? These are all so vague I have no idea what they can do other than they go boom.
LOL you are not thinking of advanced super materials nor nano-carbon fibers, trust me if the game makers actually knew material sciences they would make their mechs using these materials which are far more durable than normal metal alloys and much harder whilel reducing weight.
