Oh, since I've been thinking on this, what exactly is the world wide technology level currently? Has it been taken back to modern times or before because of world war three and the economical collapses, or is it 2030 era technology?

I figured it was a mixture of the two, depending on your nation's history and such.

Currently changing my territories and discussing with LordZell about letting me have Germany. Sort of now really gunning for a some sort of sudo Fourth Reich or something. Anyway, if all goes well my new territories will be Germany, Hungary, Austria, Czech. Republic, Denmark, and Poland. Sorry for any confusion, as there was seemingly a bit of a territory rush right off the bat and I got a little confused.

Appearance:
Stands at around 5'9 and has a medium build, though one would barley notice under all the clothing.
Bio:
Originally born in Hamburg, Germany, he was conscripted into service to fight in the Second Franco-Prussian war of 1938. He was compatible with combat tonics so he was the designated tonic user of his squad. These "combat tonics" enhanced his senses and gave subtle advantages to him in combat. He had been fighitng in the muddy trenches for nearly 5 years before suddenly ending up in this death world.
Skills:
Knows how to kill in close quarters as he was a Sturmtruppe (Storm Trooper) and somehow survived the many machine gun nest charges and horrifyingly brutal and deadly trench warfare. His combat tonic makes him react quicker and think faster, allowing him to counter attacks with greater precision and speed. Being a soldier he also has great endurance and can walk for miles without tiring. In other words he's good when it gets close and personal and can keep running when there is a need for a "tactical withdraw".
Weapons:
MP-18 9mm Submachine gun
Luger 9mm pistol
Four bottles of combat tonic
Two hand grenades
One Trench Knife
One Trench Club
One Entrenchment Shovel
Power:
Can summon a poisonous gas that engulfs him and the general area for a short period of time.
Equipment:
Gas Mask
Sentry Body armor (AKA strategically placed steel plates over chest and arteries in the legs and arms)
His clothing, gloves, and helmet as seen in the picture. Keeps him warm and dry even in the muddiest of places!
A satchel with four days worth of rations

Vices:
The only thing he may truly fear is being alone for the rest of his life. To be confined to a solitary existence.

Nevermind, CS on the way

How would you feel about an undead character? One that could technically be killed though crushing his head, but could lose a limb and not even flinch? Also he's only armed with his shovel, a few grenades, and an old submachine gun. So hopefully pretty balanced.
