Early Life
Born and raised in District 11 of Europa, a place heavily influenced by Eastern Korporat18 from societal view to crime and punishment. A relatively poor District, one of the last industrial areas that suffered greatly from closure of all but one or two Factorums. Presently the business and inner section of District 11 is advancing and caught up to much of Europa but the area is still scarred by shanty towns built off of the high rise residential blocs that cover much of the districts outer and suburban boundaries.
Yuri's memories of his father, a career criminal, are distant and faded. Yuri was six years old when his dad was shot down in a firefight with the district's police. All he knows is that a warrant over black market related violations escalated into a chase and climaxed with a stand-off at abandoned Factorum A. His mother continued to raise Yuri for the next eight years but her declining mental state and inability to provide lead Yuri to stand up and take their quality of life into his own hands, returning one day to find his mother, Kaatje swinging from the light fixture over the disturbed coffee table. During her last few months she had seen Yuri turning into his father, this shifted her mental state over the edge and triggered her suicide.
An underhanded arrangement lead to Yuri being able to continue to rent the apartment from it's landlord. He had the credits, no questions asked right? Aged sixteen his dabbling in criminal endeavors evolved when he ran in with a local gang whose main area of expertise lied in smuggling and distribution, specifically home brewed CHEMS, black market firearms, gambling and sex. Over the course of the next three years Yuri had his run-ins with the law but his smarts had always either gotten him away safely or found with nothing.
Aged twenty-two the opportunity of a lifetime arose for Yuri, a get rich quick scheme that would effectively get those involved a get out clause to a new life. One job was all it would take, hijack Eurocorp identity technology, the ability to to produce and theoretically with some tweaking change ones credentials to whatever desired. The possibilities were endless if this payed off, there was an opening on the market for something new and needed, simple supply and demand. Yuri imagined making his lot and getting the hell out of District 11, leave behind the memories and to his mind - the demons that had been haunting him since day one.

Incarceration
Yuri was unsure of where it all went wrong, but he knew the risks. Maybe it was the luck of the cards a lot of the heist was faded and blurred. It had gotten crazy quick, unlike anything he'd experienced in his life. Out of the five operators involved in the execution of the job only the two had survived. Dimitri and Lacey were both gunned down in the initial fire fight, Jodie had been with them all up until the final stand-off. There was a twang of irony with the outlook of the situation as three armed citizens took on the force of District 11's police. As they were apprehended, Yuri remembered surrendering along with Christov before being taken down and arrested, a brutal beating was sustained which required medical attention. Psychological evaluation got Yuri moved to a ward where most mentally unstable and criminally insane were housed, separated from the general prison populace and medicated, some more heavily than others.
Yuri's personality directly conflicted with many others incarcerated, the death of Dimitri inside the general populace had made way to Yuri's ears, he'd been ganged up on by a gang on the inside over differences in ideology. He decided then that he was going to make an escape or stay here sectioned, imprisoned and detained for the rest of his days. He was not going to become the victim of experiments disguised as medical tests being carried out on selective mental patients. Unable to rest for more than an hour or two at a time Yuri spent night and day racking his brain but couldn't come up with a solid plan.
The answer seemingly came as a stroke of luck, a series of events that lead to a beneficial coincidence. During a group therapy session Yuri lost his cool, "Is this some kind of sick joke?" He asked, riling up the other patients, he stood up to confront the orderlies before being accidentally shoved through a glass pane dividing the room from the corridor. He awoke later in his bed, his mind began to clear from sedative medication which through the hectic incident had not been administered. Tied up and without side effects he shook loose an undetected shard of glass that had been dug into him from behind his vest. His heart was pounding inside his chest and with a struggle he managed to cut himself free of his restraints and fell down beside his bed where had to gather his thoughts. It was time to allow intuition to kick in. He stood up and pulled down the ceilings metal mesh climbing his way through spider webs in the dark vents, slowly trying to keep as quiet as a mouse. Exiting his way down a flight of steps he came across the staff locker room and ditched his hospital gown for one of the orderly's clothes but held onto the hospital gown in order to ditch it where the dogs wouldn't be able to find the scene. Caught red-handed he wasn't ready to give up and proceeded to fight his way to the outside, feeling the cold wind on his face before finally being tasered and apprehended.

'Freedom'
Yuri spent the next six months kept in solitary confinement, never seeing another soul the whole time other than a monthly psych evaluaton, never allowed out, kept alive by sustenance but was this really life? When approached by Korporat18 officials he was made an offer. He could choose to spend the rest of his days here, best case scenario returning to a normal room, same routine in and out or he could work for Korporat as an unaffiliated agent, taking on dirty and questionable jobs as well as anything that might have been in the hidden interests of the corporation. He agreed.

The district that never sleeps, where the party never has to end. The possibilities are endless for those seeking to lose a few credits and probably not even remember it happening. From the hundreds of casinos to the infamous red light quarter where anything goes for the right price. Outside of the 'zone' as it's known by locals is where the enders begin, crime is high which on occasion floods into the inner zone although the latter is much more heavily policed. Enders are rarely seen in the zone and while not openly refused are discouraged by other means.

Word through the grapevine is a popular man has been causing a stir-up recently, having come out of hiding a once renowned bio-engineer gone crook. Primarily a con-artist, who while having other endeavors has built himself quite the reputation. There's no shortage of District21 dweller's or outsiders flocking to the zone with their own bone to pick with 'The Engineer'. Others seek him out for their own motives or hidden agendas.

The end of Industrialization and shift in product demographic have lead to a clear divide between rich and poor, like never before seen in history, visible in almost all aspects of modern living, unavoidable. Advances in the fields of medical science and technology over the last two centuries have increased lifespans and seen a reduction in mortality rates. World population has more than doubled and rising, little land mass is left unpaved, adding to the vast mega-metropolis' that make up the core of 'countries' governed by private mega-corporations having left behind traditional politics a shift that gradually made itself prominent with the world going in a more service-based direction.
Almost but entirely wiping out sense of national identity outside of a few small pockets. The breakdown and reformation of social order as known in the 21st century juxtaposed with the advanced technological and scientific achievements that have propelled mankind into a new high tech age. The neo-futurism movements of old from literature, film and art inspired much of the world we see today's high value on art and architecture, a departure from post-modernism adhering to the idealistic belief of a better future through a need to periodize modern rapport with technological advancement taking precedent.

Appearance: Long red curly hair, fair skin, slender athletic build, 167 cm tall. Generally seen wearing darker, muted colors. She prefers to keep a rather plain appearance. Not much about her stands out other than her hair. Hazel eyes.

Personality: Rae will do anything for the right price, and she will make sure it is done right. Her personal philosophy devalues those around her and removes the cumbersome hindrances of empathy and regret. She firmly believes that after the series of events that has led her to where she is, the world has gone to shit and there is little, if any, redeemable quality of humanity as a whole.
She typically retains a calm-cool-and-collected disposition but can also be very cruel to those who do not appease her. She is highly analytical, constantly scrutinizing for weaknesses in those around her and deciding how she would exploit those weaknesses if the need were to arise.
Provided there is a big enough payout involved, Rae will execute any task she is given without question, and in that way she could come across as subservient. However, that could not be further from the truth; She is very stubborn outside of her work and at times tends to overcompensate when attempting to prove herself to others as more than just a harmless little girl-- although at times this assumption can work in her favor.
Despite what seems to be a very abrasive personality, those who get on her good side could not ask for a closer ally. She protects those few that she does care about fiercely. While holding a lot of personal cynicism, she is still quick to cheer up those around her when spirits are low-- even if only to avoid being brought down herself. Her sense of humor can only be described as deadpan, and she is highly amused by simply screwing with people for the sake of screwing with them. Unfortunately, she is not always entirely skilled in deciding when to apply this, and it has often gotten her into trouble.

Bio: From a very young age, Rae was forced to fend for herself entirely. In order to survive, she started off pick-pocketing, and initially was terrible at it. After several nights spent in jail cells and taking a few batons to the head, she eventually began to pick up on stealth and situational awareness; Always taking in her surroundings, observing every camera, every pair of eyes, and every piece of technology in sight and potentially out of sight. It was a process of trial and error, and she is lucky she lived to make it past her teenage years with the amount of trouble that she got herself into over the years.
One law enforcement officer, however, saw the value in her skillset and enlisted her to perform jobs for him. These tasks mostly involved stealing valuables and disarming security devices. Unfortunately, one job that she was assigned -- a seemingly easy one, the theft of a high-tech watch that hadn't yet officially hit the market-- proved to be more dangerous than anticipated. The "victim" was someone that had caught wind of her activities, someone that was prepared, someone that was just waiting for the right time. Someone that was involved in the gang-like activities of a major corporation. Before she could take off the watch, he had a gun held discreetly to her side and ordered her to continue walking. She was taken to an abandoned warehouse where she was badly beaten, and she was fully convinced she was going to be killed, but they had other plans for her. She was handed a gun and ordered to kill whoever had enlisted her to steal from them. If she did as they asked, her life would be spared. This was the first and only time she ever hesitated to complete a job.
Before the evening was over, the officer was dead, and Rae thought it was all over. But things had only just begun. The group (which I haven't come up with a name for yet) brought her back in and armed her, training her in two specific skills: long-range stealth kills and close-range undetectable melee. They were fully intent on creating an assassin, and the number of credits pouring into Rae's account made her more than happy to comply with whatever she was told to do.

District: DST-27-WEST

Weapon(s): Strongly prefers melee, keeping an assortment of blades. Occasionally will use a silenced handgun if the situation permits it. On very very very rare occasion (like killing someone higher up with lots of security) would resort to a sniper rifle though it is risky and she prefers to avoid it.
((this is just an idea and completely subject to your approval)) Also keeps a small pen-like laser that is diffused so that it only temporarily disables whoever is "shot" with it (it's usually held to the neck or temple) so that she can move them to a different location to finish the job. This would only be used with individuals of massive size that she can not take on herself, or individuals who possess very dangerous weapons that are not worth getting too close to.

Armor would typically include bulletproof vest, during jobs she would wear a hood and mask to conceal her appearance. Wears gloves and steel-toed boots on a regular day-to-day basis.

Cybernetics: Both eyes have been replaced with cybernetics that can more accurately detect distance, environmental conditions (wind, temperature) speed of moving objects and some other basic things. The functions are very basic and not always entirely accurate seeing as they were installed earlier in her life and she has not yet been able to afford to upgrade them.

There was a twang of irony with the outlook of the situation as three armed citizens took on the force of District 11's police. As they were apprehended, Yuri remembered surrendering along with Christov before being taken down and arrested, a brutal beating was sustained which required medical attention. Psychological evaluation got Yuri moved to a ward where most mentally unstable and criminally insane were housed, separated from the general prison populace and medicated, some more heavily than others.
Yuri's personality directly conflicted with many others incarcerated, the death of Dimitri inside the general populace had made way to Yuri's ears, he'd been ganged up on by a gang on the inside over differences in ideology. He decided then that he was going to make an escape or stay here sectioned, imprisoned and detained for the rest of his days. He was not going to become the victim of experiments disguised as medical tests being carried out on selective mental patients. Unable to rest for more than an hour or two at a time Yuri spent night and day racking his brain but couldn't come up with a solid plan.
The answer seemingly came as a stroke of luck, a series of events that lead to a beneficial coincidence. During a group therapy session Yuri lost his cool, "Is this some kind of sick joke?" He asked, riling up the other patients, he stood up to confront the orderlies before being accidentally shoved through a glass pane dividing the room from the corridor. He awoke later in his bed, his mind began to clear from sedative medication which through the hectic incident had not been administered. Tied up and without side effects he shook loose an undetected shard of glass that had been dug into him from behind his vest. His heart was pounding inside his chest and with a struggle he managed to cut himself free of his restraints and fell down beside his bed where had to gather his thoughts. It was time to allow intuition to kick in. He stood up and pulled down the ceilings metal mesh climbing his way through spider webs in the dark vents, slowly trying to keep as quiet as a mouse. Exiting his way down a flight of steps he came across the staff locker room and ditched his hospital gown for one of the orderly's clothes but held onto the hospital gown in order to ditch it where the dogs wouldn't be able to find the scene. Caught red-handed he wasn't ready to give up and proceeded to fight his way to the outside, feeling the cold wind on his face before finally being tasered and apprehended.

'Freedom'
Yuri spent the next six months kept in solitary confinement, never seeing another soul the whole time other than a monthly psych evaluaton, never allowed out, kept alive by sustenance but was this really life? When approached by Korporat18 officials he was made an offer. He could choose to spend the rest of his days here, best case scenario returning to a normal room, same routine in and out or he could work for Korporat as an unaffiliated agent, taking on dirty and questionable jobs as well as anything that might have been in the hidden interests of the corporation. He agreed.

Although it takes time to gain Kaylee's trust if you do you'll forever have someone willing to have your back even if she wouldn't refer to you personally as a friend, she is fiercely loyal to those she has the time for. Despite appearance and outward persona she is a measured individual careful about what she says and who to. She is considered and restrained in her true opinion and thoughts.

She'd always felt different, probably no thanks to her families social circles and ideologies, as soon as she turned eighteen she got her first bit of augmentation, having already dabbled in scarification, when her parents saw it they all but disowned Kaytlin who was now having to undergo a baptism by fire in the real world without the aid of her parents.
Kaytlin sold herself and 'performed' for the credits she needed to keep herself alive having found work at a seedy cyber club in the downtown area of district 30 which she continued for a year until a better opportunity arose. One night when the club was being raided a rival business owner's thugs, Kaytlin proved her worth after taking up her soon to be shotgun for the first time from behind one of the bars. They fought off the raiders but in the process lost a few people, including the bartender which is where she got to keep the gun. After her valiance in the face of danger she was introduced to the syndicate life. Since then she has spent the last two years taking on odd jobs for credits, from robbery to bloody murder.

She went to her hobby being a hit-man though by night when he slept she spoke to a man named Ryan Latvic which was a mid-class man pro-human. They fell in love and Kenedy figured out and put a hit on her secret lover's head. When she figured out Kenedy killed her love. It made her grow heartless and brutal. She murdered him making it look like an accident. Crying hysterically and gaining all rights to his house, business, and money. She laughed at how pitiful her ex-husband was. He is never seen without a pair of black gloves on.

Personality: Xil Gil comes across as a character you'd see in Monty Python. Everything about him screams "awful British humor". He's well-mannered but prone to accidental offences, a true upper-class twit. He enjoys the little things in life, and decidedly avoids discussions of a complex nature. Xil Gil is shallow and superficial, his quirky tidbits doing nothing to alleviate the unbridled cruelty with which he visits upon those his employers deem "troublesome". If anything, one could call Xil Gil a Bondian henchman and be right on the money.

Funny – Ruthless – Polite – Moronic

Bio: Xillian Giles had a fine upbringing in (formerly) Great Britain, though he had poor showings in school. Despite his poor aptitude he proved himself to be a hard worker and managed to claw his way into the Ministry of Defence, secret service. Hmm? His childhood? Not everyone has interesting childhoods, least of all little English turd tukeys. Trust me, it's boring. After a few years he migrated to Europa and found work in Eurocorp. They appreciated his talents, and did their best to put him to good use. He was fitted with cybernetic enhancements and told to discreetly kill those that undermine the company. An assassin? No. A mercenary? Not that. You've gotta call it what it is, the lable on the can. They helped Xil Gil to become a murderer.

People began disappearing at a greater rate than before. Opponents of Eurocorp, some quite famous, vanishing into thin air. Every force has its Red Baron. The one that people learn to fear. Is Xil Gil feared? Let's just say that he can get an empty table at any restaurant, at any time.

District: None specific. He is always on the move, workin' overtime.

Weapon(s): Xil Gil uses his hands. His mitts are completely robotic, and their strength is such that he can crush the skull of a cyber soldier in his grip as if their head were an egg. He can squeeze the juice out of an engine block. He can rub a quarter between two fingers and reduce it to warm shavings. This man gives steel girders Indian sunburns. You get the idea. The raw power of his pinching phalanges can make an industrial hydraulic press wet in the panties. The high tension single-atom filament muscle fibers and fiber optic nerve cables situated throughout his entire body serve only to make his paws as ridiculously strong as possible. Most of his frame is, metaphorically speaking, a pulley-system that powers his hands and wrists.

This being the case, it should be obvious why he likes to shake hands in dark alleys.

Armour: Since most of the sinew and bone in his body is interwoven with composite metals to power his crushing grip, Xil Gil is quite the tank. His body serves as its own protection, and he can endure as much dakka as can one touting a full set of heavy battle armor (and since it's his own body, his weight remains relatively low). His innards are studded with electrostatic transformers that create a field which reduces the effect ion blasts have on his circuitry. All in all, he's almost as tough to put down as the Terminator.

Cybernetics: His feet are purely cybernetic like his hands, but for another purpose. The circumference of his soles are flanked by retractable claws which can dig into concrete or seal against metal via magnetism. The primary purpose of this is to allow him to walk up walls to get at hard-to-reach victims and maintain sure footing in combat.
His brain also has a few chips in it that allow him to process information at a faster rate than what a normal human is capable of, juicing up his reflexes real good-like.

Other: Despite Xil Gil's toughness and hand-to-hand killing power, he likes to avoid direct confrontations. He lacks the ability to deal with long-ranged attacks, and contrary to the public's perception of what a cyborg is capable of, he's actually no faster than a normal man. Yup, that's right. Xil Gil has no speed enhancements or guns. If you can outrun your average fit Brit, then you can outrun and most likely outmaneuver Xil Gil. Needless to say more physically balanced cyborgs can run absolute rings around him, and a good marksman can Kobe his ass from a hundred yards easy. He's also not exactly the brightest bulb in the basement, and can be outsmarted if somebody has the presence of mind to try and bluff him. The only conceivable way Xil Gil can nail a competent opponent is if he catches them unawares and grabs them before they can bolt. If he does manage to grab said opponent though, what usually follows is ghastly enough to make John Carpenter ralph in a baggie.

Personality: Over a decade of work as a mercenary has influenced Henry's personality: constant training, espionage and combat has defined the latter part of his life. Because of this, Henry has had to bury certain aspects of himself. The discipline required for his work has given him the ability to detach himself emotionally from the immediate situation in order to better assess his options and figure out the best way to achieve his objectives.
Though aware and confident of his abilities, Henry understands that even if he is a cyborg, he still is human and his survival more often than not has been a gift of chance. With no wish to die, Henry has no problem to refuse a job if he understands that it’s above his abilities, and by the same token, he has no problem refusing jobs purely based on ethics and his moral beliefs.

Bio: Henry grew up in a working class household in the eastern region of District 20. He had shown himself to be very intelligent from a young age, so it was no surprise to his family that after finishing school, Henry received scholarship and enrolled in the University of Tartu.

After graduating from the university, Henry moved to Riga, the capital of District 20 and joined an underground radical cell. He quickly befriended the cell’s members and became loyal to the cause.
However, his support withered after the cell began using bombs in public places and performed bank heists to fund their cause. Sickened by what he had helped them do, Henry decided to distance himself from the movement and returned to his family in his hometown.
After a few months, he started drifting east into the states owned by Korporat18, specifically Siberia. While traveling in between the Siberian metropolises, Henry started to perform odd-jobs of various legality to support himself, with the skills he learned from his radical days proving to be useful. After arriving to Vladivostok, Henry officially became a mercenary and worked there for about a year. It was around this time, that Henry learned that most of the Cell he fought with was wiped out by the EPA.
After earning enough credits, Henry decided to migrate into Japan and he lived there for about four years until his return to Europa. He first lived in Osaka, but then moved to Akakawa and, later, Neo-Tokyo. While he was mostly hired by the Japanese gangs in the beginning, Henry soon started working for numerous private corporations. After moving to Neo-Tokyo, Henry began receiving augmentations and became a cyborg (in the lightest sense of the word).
Somewhere around this time Henry decided that he wanted to go back to Europa. He returned to District 20 around two years ago and now resides in Riga. While he provides his mercenary services in Europa, he may be sometimes hired to work abroad.

Gecko Hands™ – A rare military-grade augmentation designed by Nova INC, Henry managed to procure them through a favor.

The skin on Henry’s palms has been replaced by a smooth skin-like material that, when stimulated by Henry, instantly shape shifts into a modified pattern based on the skin found on Gecko’s feet. It’s highly adhesive properties allow him to stick his palms onto any surface without the fear of them slipping off.

Standing 182cm and weighting 79kg (all muscle), he could be concidered attractive. Except for what his nighttime life brought upon him. His body bears many scars, as do his knuckles from breaking up the occassional nighttime fight. By anyone's standards, Adrian's brown eyes look weary and tired. He very much has the face of a man who is done with the world, but the world is not yet done with him.
Personality: Despite the fact that he operates in the shadows, and often takes the some shadey tasks, Adrian conciders himself more like a helper. He has a moral code which he follows strictly. Though the rules are more in the form of "Don't kill a father in front of his child" rather than "do not kill". Many psychiatrists have found that their subject conciders himself an honorable man because of this.

Many also find that he is a man adrift within the Megacities and districts. Lacking any real purpose since he was kicked from the police corps. A baland lie according to Adrian. Who claims he just does it for the money. Still, there is no doubting his efficiency. If a job is not in conflict with his moral code, he will take it. No questions asked, no explinations required. However, make sure that you act within certain boundaries. Adrian despises general chaos, prefering precission strikes. This is why he hates terrorists who make everyone's hard life even worse for no other reason that to 'stick it to the man'. So be aware, for he can act out on his own without orders.

In terms of friends: he has a select group of people at one of his trusted bars. Making sure he uses different identities and credit cards, he lives an second life as an 'accountant'. His friends, since he managed to beat down a junkie threatening to cut up a woman at the bar if she didn't give him his purse, ask no more questions than warranted.

Principled – Cold – Precice – Adrift

Bio: Born in 2260, nothing indicated that Adrian would become the man he is today. He grew up with 2 younger brothers, loving parents and, despite rising tensions, a good education and a solid band of friends. When he turned 18 he dreamed big and wanted to make a difference in the world, so he did what all stupid 18 year olds looking for adventure do, and signed up for the Army. He felt right at home, following commands and being molded into a soldier. Only to end up with general guard duty and protecting EuroCorp assets. He saw that no criminal was stupid enough to mess with EuroCorp, so mostly his days were filt with standing and doing nothing. Criminals did go after smaller stores and shops. Those responding were cops. After four years of army lifestyle, he resigned and took up the job of policeman of West District 22.

He flourished and met the love of his life, Nymueh. A beautiful woman and Inspector. They went on a date, then several more. Two years later and they married and a year after that, they had a daughter with the looks of her mother (or so everyone claimed). Adrian still loved his job as policeman in the field. He even got bumped to the Special Response Team (partially due to his previous experience with the military). Everything was beautiful in their lives. Until it wasn't. One would think that an illness as vile as cancer would have been eradicated by now. But it hadn't. Their daughter, Sarah, was diagnosed. The family, devastated.

Both parents' jobs weren't enough to pay the massive bills coming from the hospital and medical companies. Loans were taken out, the house sold but it all kept them above water for but a moment, while adding more weight in the form of debt. Adrian picked up a night-time job as bouncer at a local club. It paid well but not well enough. Especially not as nearly ever night a fight broke out. One day he saw a kid dealing drugs in the club. Be it fatherly instinct or policeman training, he moved in to kick the kid out. But someone must have seen him, as a man slipped before him and gave him a hundred credits, if he just pretended not to notice anything. The next time the same man spotted Adrian in the club and slipped him another hundred. Every night Adrian was there, he got an extra hundred credits.

This kept them well above water though his wife got fairly suspicious. It lasted long enough, until it stopped. A police raid ended this profitable scheme. As a cop he could cut a deal. He wasn't going to serve time, only pay a fine and be dishonorably discharged from the corps. But the fallout was clear. His wife, suspicious of it all gave him the divorce papers the night after his arrest. Right in the middle of the divorce negotiations, Sarah at the age of 9, died. Both parents were devastated and wanted to move on with their lives. Adrian surrendered nearly everything but the house. Nymueh moved District and was never heard from again.

The now broken man skipped on his bouncer duties for a month. With reduced pay, the club owner took him on again. And his first night back, he got another hundred. That was the night he realized life wasn't just unfair, it was stacked against those who played it honest. Becuase the man that gave him a hundred was also arrested that night and didn't seem to care for it at all. Nor did he seemed to have suffered for it. But Adrian knew he had to play it smarter. With a hundred bucks a day extra, someone was bound to grow suspicious. So he started practicing the oldest trick in the book. Money laundering. With offshore accounts and white washing shemes, Adrian swiftly grew in wealth (though you wouldn't see this in his appearance). Both the mob and certain companies caught wind of this. Both hire him now as "consultant".

ESMR-11 Hunter model

The Europe Standard Marksman Rifle 11, or ESMR-11 is a solid, medium-range marksman rifle designed to take out infantry. Made by Brittania Ironworks, a old weapon manufactor that started back in 2050. The ESMR-11 is a military outdated model, using a round that is no longer capable of punching through the toughest of armors. Brittania Ironworks started selling the gun in a Hunter model, allowing citizens to buy the gun too. While military outdated, for civilian use it a s pretty advanced weapon still. It is also a ironic one, as hunting is a nearly died out sport.

FRDP-3 Civilian issue

Brittania Ironworks' Fast Response & Deterrent Pistol 3 was a multi-purpose pistal designed to be a jack-of-all-trades. With manageable recoil and using a caliber that could bring the pain, it became a favorite for police. Who required a gun that could take down unarmored targets. However, it was also prefered by their superiors, as it was known to not have the power to penetrate armor. Prompting frustrated "heroic" cops to still call in the SRT. Meaning they didn't get shot themselves. After a year or two Brittania Ironworks started issuing the Civilian edition. Which wasn't that much different from the police variant.

Adrian uses silencer MOD. It's not state of the art but it does the job.

NewKnight Mk.II Police edition

Again, Brittania Ironworks created the NewKnight Mk.II. Mainly for police forces back in 2295. Now it is a bit outdated with plating that can get pierced by the higher class bullets fired from rifles and up. “I am a member of the Gentleman Bastards, a group that emphasises on the separation of man and machine. We have our quarters in one of the larger cities and have purposely chosen an Olden Temple from the old world with the old style. The building is from just before the 2000’s era began and is gracefully adorned with windows made of actual fired glass. We spend our days outside of our temple with handwritten signs held above our heads to preach of how humans must remain humans and machines remain machines. We speak about history, generations, nature’s intent - blah blah blah you get the gist.

The more the others assume we’re stupid, the more they argue with us, the more fallible our arguments the better. We want them to hate us. It’s this hatred that bands them together, that makes them defend their people, to think of it as ‘us vs them.’ It’s this conflict that keeps the peace, and Europa knows that. Why do you think they let us keep our temple, even though it takes up valuable space? They encourage small, extremist groups that keep the opinion unpopular and give it a negative connotation. When people look at us they see what they don’t want to be, and that’s more powerful than any advertisement. Do you really think that if we were a threat, they’d think for a moment before tearing our temple down? That’s the plan, anyway.

Basically, we train them to become spies, silent killers of the night hiding in plain sight. We teach the young ones ancient methods like karate, show them how to disarm and distract. After initiation, teenagers go through the most rigorous training, as it involves real-life, low-level missions. Many are caught and punished or even killed, which just furthers public thought that our little cult messes with their minds and causes them to act out of extreme defiance to rebel against us. But, those who make it to adulthood are some of the most powerful influences of underground movements.

Even if the reach of a movement is wide, they may not even know that they are dealing with the Bastards. Maybe they get sensitive information, or a grid goes down just as they need it. Many of these “coincidences” were planned and carried out by our team. We have members in nearly every part of society or group. If any of our agents are caught, it’s nearly impossible to trace them back to our little temple - we get a lot of inspiration from mobs in the olden days and are perhaps even better at covering our tracks. Electric scrambler, can fry some mechanics and stun humans. Black metal with tiny hooks about the size of a pack of cards, will stick to things using the van der waals effect. Must enter code and number of volts/amps. One charge lasts 5-10 uses, depending on strength.

Armour: Close to clear, thin nano armour. Not incredibly strong but flexes like spandex and is puncture resistant.
Cybernetics: Onathe is a bit peculiar about her cybernetics. Using their own black market-type of surgeries Onathe has opted for nanos that are in her blood and inserted into bones, making healing a bit quicker. She also has a filter down her throat, right before her lungs that filter out anything that might harm them (this is replaced whenever heavily used-for example being exposed to thick smoke). She can’t breathe water but if water does get down her throat it stops-making drowning a little more survivable.

Other: EMPs, signal blockers, biological weapons, and electrothermal items can be found in headquarters but you must get strict orders to use them, when where and why so she knows how to use them. But, if she uses them without permission it means termination. And not just of contract.

Notable Characters

Lt. Kaczmarek

Lt. Kaczmarek is the ruthless spearhead of the Europa Policing Agencies ARU (Armed Response Unit). The lieutenant is not only a cunning strategist and master of tactics but also skilled in hostage negotiation. Often having to exert herself, the lieutenant stays in peak physical condition with an unforgiving workout regime. Proficient with many weapons, she's something of a marksman. With marksmanship a perishable skill when she is not looking after her physical attributes or on duty Kaczmarek can be found at the firing range, honing her ability.
She is not like the typical movie cop, Kaczmarek is not a rebellious maverick - although has been known to make up her own rules - in a tactical environment there can only be one person in charge, the lieutenant knows this and relies on the precision movements, following her orders of any team she finds herself attached to.
More than anything else, her strongest quality is her patience. Kaczmarek is not shy of lots of waiting around, or going home without having gotten any results although she has had her fair share of dynamic entries and dramatic take downs.
