They've had a long time to determine friend from Empire supporter, I imagine the Hokage and Mizukage both managed to inspire loyalty from the people that worked to see their villages flourish and freed from Empire control. If anything, if you don't know them, be careful of what you say.

If it really gets complicated, I'll set up some sort of password between villages, but Kirigakure and Konoha are generally full rebel in faction, sympathizers and supporters of the Empire are generally harassed out of the village. Hokage and Mizukage tried to root out those types before they took on the Empress.

Most of the Empire probably killed the original hosts and stole them. It's up to the writers but if everyone's friends it kinda makes it uninteresting.

Not a requirement whatsoever. Asuma and Kurenai had no titles, they were content people. Don't feel pressured.

As a friendly heads up for a fellow Empire member, it could be to your advantage to know that your character has the inherited chakra natures that create Wood: Earth and water. You don't need to have jutsu for them, nor ever have to develop them, but I guess it's fair that someone tells you this in case you did not know.

She knew, I told her to put Earth and Water, guess they forgot. Things happen.

And I said to let the conversation die. Take it to PM's, already warned Yog that this was becoming troublesome. You probably should've just pm'd him instead of telling him to.
