I like how Takeo is judging matsuka's behavior as if she's acting upset. She tried to get a report, was ignored, commented vaguely on the futer, was reprimanded for smoking, and decided to leave because she was done eating and nobody there had information she needed. He's just mad because she doesn't want to stop and chat with somebody almost twice her age, plus he's the one kinda acting bipolar. "Don't blow out cover, Matsuka! Wait, where are you going?"
Wow. So uh ...none of that is accurate.
He didn't ignore her, he just chose not to answer because she was blowing it. Wasn't reprimanded for smoking, but using an activity of hers as a potential source of discussion with Ryo so as to not suddenly privatize a discussion, which is suspicious. Then she walks off, and Takeo, in character, assumed it was possible that she was upset because she thought he was ignoring her for the sake of ignoring her and not indulging in her private actions, kinda like you. Also, if he's mad, its because she did a poor job acting casual with someone half her age. Matsuka leaving was her decision, he didn't try to stop her from leaving, nor would he want to. Now he's gotta talk to Ryo and try to recover from the bad impression she might've given Ryo about the rebels. He's one of the leaders of this movement and he could only imagine what would've gone down had Ryo not been a kid with uncertainties but an actual Imperial information gatherer. To top all this off, you're so full of yourself you think he's 'mad' because she left? When did he ever express anger towards her departure? I already said he didn't 'know' her, just 'of' her.
Stop being sensitive about IC reactions to IC things chukkle. Stop taking things characters FEEL personal and just write, you act like everything he's thought or felt just came out of the blue instead of actually witnessed and heard.
