Oh <3

Well any technique with handsigns risks injury, he's simply coming too strong for her inexperienced genin ass to handle :C Sakura is meant to experiment with her own limitations here and if she takes a risk without understanding the consequences, she'll endure some pain for it, that's the purpose for the exercise. She'll definitely get cut or punched if she drops her guard, so her using any sort of technique is, to me, a little foolish. Simply no time :I and no, the water clones and the real Kakashi all appear the exact same, but given he did the water clone jutsu in front of her she can probably understand that she's definitely facing a clone. The other two won't jump in until my next post and even then I still need to see how Sakura acts. So don't use the other Kakashi's to do anything, just have her focus on the clone who is overwhelming her :D

I just got a little tired of the white bold :O
Whew, okay, sorry it took so long. Usually when I say 'half an hour' I just mean that I'm going to get started within that amount of time. If I do a post in half an hour I either just want to get it over with and it usually sucks, or I was responding to someone not worth my max effort (which you are worth <3). Hope you liked it.

So, Kakashi is coming at Sakura really hard (LOL) and he's not offering her any openings. This entire exercise is to enforce the feeling of helplessness and for Sakura to try methods against him that will ease pressure off of herself. He is too fast for her to use handsigns, and I personally think it is much too soon for her to use the gunshot technique, even in its base form, to effectively blast him back. He will be within a couple feet of her at all times and is constantly using a combination of kunai attacks and physical strikes with fist and foot to keep pushing her off balance and make this situation extremely uncomfortable for her. Also, he is going to constantly block her vision from the other two Kakashi to keep her worried. I would not be surprised if she cried out of frustration, this is far more intense than her usual rounds with him. Sharingan makes it so he won't miss anything and he essentially sees her moves before she makes them, too, so what I'd like is maybe you detailing her struggle for about a minute if that's okay.

From there Kakashi will leave her an obvious opening in some form and Sakura can take it to use a desperate counterattack, reducing the Kakashi clone into water and offering Sakura a second to catch her breath. He'll explain what she was dealing with in detail in my post and from there I can continue her training.

Also, tried color, hope that's okay xD
'Not terrible, considering it was her first shot', Kakashi thought to himself after Sakura's first attempt, just able to make out the graze from his location. A small victory was still a victory, yet stopping there was not going to be permitted. Sakura intended to become stronger, confronting the weakness in her body and mind was also a necessity for it. Her mind was poised on success, it was now up to her body to sync up with her mind. A concentrated blast of chakra was quite different from blasting water, not only in preparation but in the use itself. Were they not on a timetable Kakashi would have given her at least a few weeks before she could grasp this technique to a respectable extent, but because of their status as being mission ready he was holding some doubt in his mind. Chakra control and book smarts were her strength, while her physical energy and lack of strong chakra reserves were a blatant weakness. Watching as she took hold of her shooting wrist, Kakashi had to ponder about her request for more information related to the Hozuki clan.

An uncertain hand went to the back of his neck, his exposed Sharingan averted towards the sky. Sakura seemed to confuse his obtaining of one of their abilities as hands-on knowledge surrounding their clan. His record on missions was impressive, though he was anything but a history major. He'd offer what he could to a young, impressionable mind.

"The Hidden Mist had some very capable ninja in their employ, and the Hozuki were just one of the many clans that used to represent the village. In fact, the Second Mizukage happened to be a Hozuki himself." A little fact to insert, as Sakura might enjoy knowing that she was attempting to use a technique that was also used by a Kage once upon a time. He continued. "What I can tell you for certain is that the massacre of the Mist has all but destroyed the original users of this technique. If any are left, I doubt they'd argue against my description of the potential this technique has. In experienced hands it will be a frightening move in your arsenal, but that's only if you acquire the experience of course."

Sakura went on to ask about other techniques centered around the hand placement of this move. The hand idle on his neck came to rest at his side, from there being pocketed. "I don't know of any myself, but I haven't encountered every jutsu there is in the world. There's a possibility someone has a technique quite similar to this one. Maybe you'll find out someday." Before him, even. Kakashi couldn't see himself retiring anytime soon, but Sakura's exploration of all techniques may be a journey that continues well until her final years as an active ninja. In the back of his mind he was contemplating how far her pursuit of knowledge would go. Orochimaru-- no, he shook his head at that and focused on the next shot she would take. It was absolutely ridiculous to imagine Sakura going as far as that mad man, and he'd keep her on a good path that did not demand she walk on the bodies of sacrificed comrades to find her place in the world.

With her next shot taken the Copy Ninja had found her results favorable. Managing to maintain the shot well enough, without being unable to fully penetrate the tree, was progress in itself. She shrugged at her result, bewildering him, before asking him about jutsu combinations as well. Her line of questioning suggested that she would be quite the master of ninjutsu if she continued her training.

"Is it possible? Anything is possible..." He trailed off, reflecting on the attack Orochimaru made against Konoha. Bringing back the spirits of deceased legends, of Hokage long since passed, was made a possibility thanks to Orochimaru's dabbling in a technique deemed forbidden. If Kakashi had not seen it, he might have not believed such a thing were possible, yet the Third had done battle with his predecessors and forced the retreat from Orochimaru at the cost of his life. Sakura, too, could be capable of such a feat. "However," the Copy Ninja returned focus to the present, "if these jutsu do not exist, it can always be you that creates them. Ice Style was a Kekkei Genkai to a clan in the Mist, Haku came from that clan." The wonders of a Kekkei Genkai would never belong to Sakura. She would have the risk of facing them in her lifetime, but never wield one herself. Without this Sharingan Kakashi was like her once, although considered a genius in his generation, something Sakura was not considered. "Someone like you can break the limits of ninjutsu, genjutsu, and even taijutsu if you continue to work hard. There are few limitations that gifted people like you cannot break through. Naruto, Lee, even yourself, your entire generation will see a new breakthrough in how this world is shaped, as long as people like myself do not see the world destroyed due to our own ignorance and paranoia."

Words for her to mull over later. Sakura's delving into crafting her own technique would certainly be a topic of interest later. For now, as she readied her next shot, his hand came to rest on her arm and lightly press downward. That was enough.

"You'll have time to practice again in the future. I think it's time we get started with my next lesson: facing overwhelming odds." He glanced to his left, and right, eyeing his clones that held complete physical similarities to him. "I'm an opponent with triple your experience, arsenal, and combat knowledge. To make matters worse, I hold a Kekkei Genkai that further pushes the gap between us. I'll explain what the Sharingan's capabilities are in full sometime later. Now then," he nodded to the clone to his right, which was Sakura's immediate left, and reached in his pack to retrieve a kunai. Tossing it to the clone, it was caught in its left hand and immediately looked to Sakura. Moments later, it charged.

"Defend yourself!"

The first clone was moving similar to how the original worked and was coming at her with reckless abandon. Pressing the attack to the point Sakura could not possibly stand her ground without being overwhelmed, it was Kakashi who was intending to get Sakura moving. The clone actively assaulting her was using strikes intended to moderately injure her at best; clashing against any weapon she drew with enough speed and technique to make her work twice as hard to maintain her grip, as well as keeping concentration on every other part of his body, it would be made entirely clear that her teacher was not pulling punches in this session. Purposely forcing Sakura to keep focus on that clone would mean that the other two Kakashi's were free to enter the fray at any time, yet with how much of an attack he was putting up with one clone it would be overdoing it to engage her now. Sakura had to survive for at least a minute under these intense circumstances before he would proceed, and his Sharingan eye was not leaving her movements for even a second.
Tundra can post next, nothing to add yet.
"Heads up!"

Lin's head immediately turned at Rika's voice, eyes catching a canteen soaring through the air. Catching it with outreached hands, a smile of thanks came to the young girl's face. Bowing her head to the assassin, she unscrewed the top and began to drink the water within. Becoming refreshed almost immediately after the liquid graced her dry tongue, a small moan of satisfaction vibrated from her throat. Prying it away after a few seconds and sighing in relief, Lin's attention turned to Shizuka and Ace just as Rika moved to take a seat on a sturdy crate nearby. Emotions were flaring all around her; some of the Arabian people were relieved at the Empire's decisive defeat, but among her friends she had felt emotional disturbances, some small, others larger. From Ace she felt confusion and doubt, from Rika irritability and anger, and lastly Alem. Lin's focus was directed towards him for several short seconds. As calm as he appeared speaking with Osa and Okal from afar while the Mercenary, Yu, rested under the shade of a nearby abandoned market stand, there was darkness that threatened to overwhelm him if left unattended. Yet somehow even on the verge of releasing his aggression, he remained still and focused on the task given to him. She couldn't pinpoint what kept him together, but she was thankful that whatever it was was there for him.

"I say forget it, Asahina ran off like a moron and gave a perfectly good victory up only to make it a minor one. That stupid bitch," Rika's eyes narrowed, making her beautiful emerald eyes momentarily darken without the sun to reflect off of them. It was a pain working with others, a pain made absolutely unbearable when they actively jeopardized an easy assignment. "We're better off without her."

"You don't mean that," Lin began, approaching the disturbed and unhappy assassin before her. Leaning down, the girl placed a hand on her bare shoulder and grasped it firmly in the hopes that Rika would look her in the eye. Thankfully, she did. "She might have gotten scared. Not everyone is as fearless as you, not everyone can laugh at the peril. She'll need us."

"If she needed us, she wouldn't have--" Rika's voiced trailed off. Looking at Lin long enough was showing her that disturbing that innocent stare wasn't going to help her any better than sitting around. Asahina was a moron, but she was a moron who was going to need help getting saved. No one could be as accomplished as her, it couldn't be denied that individuals like that were few and far between. Alem was the closest thing she had to an equal in her eyes. "Okay," she surrendered any will to stay bitter, "fine, you're right, I admit it. We need to start discussing this. Ace, Shizuka, look alive." gathering their attention, she stood up and put focus on Osa, Okal, and Alem who had come over to join them.

"Allow me." Someone had spoken before Rika nearby, yet Rika was the only one to recognize the voice. Approaching the group from behind was a familiar face to the assassin; as young as she was in physical appearance and an attire of a typical schoolgirl with a dark fuku, the stare her eyes gave them implied wisdom and danger the likes of which they'd never seen. Aeva took in the various reactions and got a good look at the group before her. Assumptions had been made previously, yet it was good to measure who they were in front of someone who knew more than they. Some held curiosity, others guarded themselves in subtle ways. "Rika, good to see you again."

"Sup," Rika brought her hands to her hips, surprisingly keen at her arrival. "I have the feeling you've been monitoring us this entire time though."

"Correct. Congratulations, all of you, on defeating the Empire and liberating this world ...some of you worked much harder than others, but the important thing is that you've gotten results." Aeva brushed her black hair aside and diverted her attention off to the east, where moments later a disturbance could be heard. "Don't mind that, Pepper is just cleaning up for us." the dark woman looked to Ace with a disappointed expression. "Don't call yourself a leader if you cannot formulate a plan when things change. Agrabah is won, it's time you move on. Head to the Caribbean."
Tenzin being beaten by Jinora in just about everything was just destroying his pride and making him accept that he isn't the one to lead the new generation of airbenders, but someone who can adapt, rather than convert others to a way of life long gone. I get the message, but I hate how it needed Tenzin to be a bitter asshole to make Jinora look better for pushing towards master status. Jinora and Kai lacked any meaningful chemistry last I checked, and it was bad enough it was a romance that had nothing other than 'hey this boy is kinda cute' and even AFTER she finds out he's an asshole she doesn't give him nearly as much shit as Opal gave Bolin all the time. Ikki and Meelo love their family and they sometimes go overboard when it comes to teasing each other, as shown when Tenzin had to go find Ikki (oh my god she was so precious in that episode dude ;-;), but yeah Jinora was just so ...obnoxiously good at everything she's ever done. Bumi and Kaya always felt like Tenzin was the favored child and Jinora is somewhat making Tenzin's issue come to life among the kids themselves. Jinora has never failed Tenzin and is consistently incredible, to the point Ikki and Meelo will never compare with their meager scraps of development. I don't know HOW that didn't piss them off at one point. Family rules I guess.

LOL I don't know how but we'll see if we can find a way, and we'll give you a moment or two xD
Well she controls the amount of power in the gunshot technique, she uses as much as she wants, the only training she can really use without much energy is how fast on the draw she can become in a short period of time. Kakashi comes out and joins her once he realizes she isn't going to the bathroom or just getting air.
I'll agree to disagree about Asami and Korra being 'seen' happening. I saw the friendship, nothing else.

Kai's a useless character only used to make Jinora seem way more awesome to someone in her age group, as well as being the generic romantic interest she didn't need. Waste of time. Jinora should really stop acting like she's not the shit when she is, it's not even praiseworthy. She's a master at twelve and does shit someone three times her age never could? Why is she the most gifted while Ikki and Meelo don't have half that natural talent? I know Jinora applied herself more but it wasn't like Ikki and Meelo sucked at Airbending, yet Jinora is consistently the most broken of Aang's grandchildren. It's dumb.

You just want your Borra moment don't you Gen?
Lol right :X

If Sakura wants to impress, maybe she'll wake up in the night and try to continue her training in private, so Kakashi and Sakura have another moment to discuss her progress in the dead of night? Of course these moments will mean more later, but it will give him even more to be proud of. Just imagine her shooting towards the sky with the gunshot technique and then kakashi's shoots after hers and she's all 'ohmahgod how long were you watching!?' and Kakashi's just a cool guy.
Either Lin is drunk or Bolin was extremely forward, otherwise I'd be pressed trying to figure out how that was initiated xD

Yeah Opal lame as fuck. Kai still lame as fuck. Jinora OP as I've stated. Tenzin constantly shit on by his own daughter is really sad. I LOVED IKKI'S HAIRCUT MAN, SHIT WAS HYPE!

You'd think Zuko would get Toph and Katara and go DO SHIT about Zaheer in Season 3 lol, I'm still not cool with Toph being in a swamp. Sadly Katara was the humble grandmother and that's it, yet Toph is still able to kick ass, as well as Zuko. You'd think she'd have been able to display some bad assery like back in the last season of TLA but the writers just didn't bother with her. Sad.

Yeah they dropped Mako super hard and made him a glorified babysitter the entire season, immensely disappointed in that. If I didn't believe Asami and Korra magically wanted each other by the end, I doubt you will, but we'll see.

Lin had her moments too. Yeah Kai and Jinora had nothing. Kai was an asshole and Jinora was a good girl, made no sense for her to pine for him after what he did to Bolin and Mako, and that's after being a thief in the first place.

Well you mentioned we could take this slower. Unless Bolin and Korra have meaningful interaction we need to get done, I assumed we'd take the lead with Tenzin and Lin wrapping up their evening pursuing further leads and trying to get answers in regards to this sickness. Mako and Asami then convene, the discovery, the questions, the ATTRACTION, etc. Unless you have anything left for us to cover, skipping to the evening is all well and good :3
