I dunno. Korra's proven she's really, really shallow. Mako was an asshole to her but she still liked him for it, cause he was just the 'hunk' type. Maybe she just needs to take the time to spend with him and maybe one thing leads to another, sort of like KakaSaku.

Yeah, I just gotta live with the imperfectness of Mako, so hopefully things work better for him and Asami this time around.

Bolin's day will come, it'll just take some time for Korra to not be as guilty with him as Mako is about Asami, and then see him as a love interest. I wonder what'll come first: TenLin or Borra.

Yeah. I mean we may hit some cliches because teenagers are walking cliches in a setting like this. World isn't at stake like in TLA, so Mako's biggest issue is women xD so I'll take a cliche admittance/belief that he's in love with her, could also be because of he's guilt. Mako is super flawed in the romance department and isn't as pimp as he thinks >.> so if you think it was cliche, I accept it, I did too really. Not to mention Asami did kiss him again in like Season 2 and he just pretended he was totally fine with Korra right in front of her after their fight. So, yeah, Mako's a piece of shit with girls in canon. I'll take a slightly cliche but humble and meaningful Mako over the canon one.

Bolin kinda brought up that Korra did change in his mind due to what she did with Mako, and it's less about Bolin's feelings getting hurt and more about what she ended up doing with Mako and never apologizing to Asami. I don't think Korra ever saw Bolin like Bolin saw her and that's why there's a disconnect between them now. She never looked at Bolin and saw a boyfriend, she saw a best friend, and I don't think the show did these two right in Season 1. It was never clear if Korra understood Bolin REALLY liked her as much as she liked Mako. So, yeah, Korra's willing to move on but Bolin's line made her wonder if that was going to be possible for them.

Yeeeeeah =/ Mako was the hard one for a reason and I had to make a tough call about what he was going to say. But he's a dumb teenager who cares about Asami, so not everything is going to make much sense. I mean, him wanting Korra all of a sudden after Bolin and her were hitting it off didn't exactly make much sense either. He was a self-absorbed idiot who thought she was only doing it to get to him. So, it's probably cliche of Mako to resort to that, but all he can do now is prove that he can be the man he wants to be for Asami and himself. He had a great thing with her and he threw it away.

You know, I don't actually know. That crossed my mind while I was writing Mako's heartfelt bit about Asami and wanting to love her like she deserved. I think given Mako's attitude in the series' as a total scumbag he wouldn't have said it, but this is a Mako working to reform. I've never been in a position where I'd kiss another girl if I had one already but I think Korra was a fling. They're attracted to one another but other than that I didn't really see the chemistry. Season 1 was just so ...'okay'.

So if Asami's hearing love now and she never heard it before, her heart must be racing like hell I imagine X.X

Lol Ginny, god ...J.K. had a great series but I didn't give a shit about her romance, I think that's how it usually goes for me in almost everything. I didn't even ship in Naruto until it was over and I got all the facts and the development. Nooooo, no writing about writers, we'd understand their struggle so well! XD

And then there'll be those people that will rip you a new one if you disappoint them, like the Naruto ending pissed a LOOOOT of people off, dear god. If Kishimoto was in the wrong neighborhood a week after writing the ending someone would've fucked him up. But yeah I'd like to write my own masterpiece for sure and never have to work again, be asked to write for movies, t.v. shows, games - that's my fucking DREAM.

Well it's been a long time but he wasn't really evil, he did everything to protect the girl, Kairi. The dynamic is similar to Naruto Sasuke and Sakura, only Sakura had the potential to fight immediately and Kairi lacked it for ages. But Kairi is a flat character to me - she doesn't do anything but hope her friends are okay, much like Kishimoto did to Sakura a LOT during the series when she couldn't do shit else. It's a sad fate when two men are part of a trinity and the girl is, inevitably, useless. They remedied this in a game 'Birth By Sleep' in the series where a female Keyblade Master is really cool and kicks ass.

Go jogging with Steve, get into shape, lol he'll go slow for her xD the cartoon sounds good because I LOVE cameos to death, but the 3d style is just burying the classic 2d and it's pretty depressing X.X. Good to know though. Hm, that would be an interesting one-shot. I don't think Rhodey would roll up on Tony's girl though, they'd be much too busy, but a one night fling? I could see that.
