Naoto Shiratori

When Hatake said that it was against the rules to burn down the forest Naoto pouted. She was hoping that it would be an easy training session, but instead she would have to focus more on team work. It's not really that bad of a thing though, Naoto mused, Team work would definitely improve this teams synergy, and we might even get to the Chunin exams faster.

Kumoga suddenly began to sprint, and Naoto quickly began to follow. Kumoga mentioned webbing, and Naoto suddenly seemed interested, though when she was asked if she had anything sensory, Naoto frowned. "No, but if you want, I could always just chase it into your trap when we find it. . ." She suggested nervously, not quite knowing what Kumoga wanted her to do. Naoto definitely enjoyed how well Kumoga was doing at taking over the leadership position, and was just hoping that Kumoga would get along with her well.
Naoto watched her sensei closely as Hatake explained that the training on how to kill would have to wait. She seemed a bit disappointed, but when Hatake explained they would first have to learn how to track and interrogate someone, she perked up. Naoto examined the panther closely after Hatake preformed the handseals to summon it and tied two bells to it's tail. She didn't see how this could be that difficult, but Hatake promised everything wasn't as it seemed, and she trusted her sensei.
Kumoga seemed quite good at asking the right questions, as her question about there being anymore to this test was definitely going to be useful information when answered. When she asked for Naoto and Takeshi's help, Naoto smiled, "Okay, I'll help you," she said excitedly, then she turned to Hatake, and asked, "Is it against the rules to burn this forest to the ground?" Naoto's face made it clear she wasn't joking.

Naoto pondered the question quietly, letting Kumoga answer her opinion. Although she would have to agree with Kumoga's answer, she wanted to add on to it a little bit, making sure a little part of it was clear. "I imagine you're going to test how good we're at killing people," Naoto said bluntly, her voice sweet and cheery. It was a bit unnerving how oblivious she seem as to what she was implying. Although killing people was eventually to become a reality, and maybe even a routine, Naoto's words and attitude didn't quite seem to match in this situation.
Ruronihs, that's a VERY good point. I never said he was a good assassin.

Name:
Saito Takasu
Age:
17
Sex:
Male
Occupation:
Assassin
Sword:
Soyokaze
Personality:
Saito is a quiet, reserved person, rarely speaking. This has helped him stay alive in his profession, as he is rarely noticed, and never remembered. Saito has trouble concentrating on more then one person at a time, and is very bad at recognizing faces. He rarely speaks to strangers, and is very blunt. Saito is seen as rude, and inconsiderate by other assassins, but most just accept that the unsocial parts of him come with the business he's in. Saito has never fully unsheathed Soyokaze, as he believes it's power is too great to be held by a mortal such as himself. He knows all too well its power of corruption.
Background:
Saito was born into a wealthy family, with two older brothers (Juzo and Utamara respectively), and a younger sister (Emiko). At the age of 7, after a large dispute over the throne, the younger of Saito's two brothers, Utamara killed himself. The family was in shock for a while, and although the family never fully recovered, life moved on. When Saito was 11, Juzo raped Saito's younger sister, and after confessing to a priest, committed Seppuku, making Saito the eldest. Saito was 13 when his dad died, but instead of becoming the lead of the Takasu family, he abandoned his home, and began to train under a ninja who never revealed his name.

Saito mastered the art of the sword at the age of 15. Saito's sensei was assassinated near the end of Saito's training, which forced Saito to go into hiding. Eventually, he took on the surname Inoguchi to prevent his past from being discovered, and to keep his family from finding out his new profession.

At the age of 16, Saito was assigned the mission to kill the head of the Takasu family, his sister Emiko. She was seen as a disgrace for becoming the head of the family, and not immedietly marrying herself off. Saito accepted the mission, but upon arriving at his old home, instead of killing Emiko, he explained the situation, and fled with her. In an unexpected turn of events, Emiko revealed to Saito that she had obtained the cursed sword Soyokaze after becoming the head of the family, and attempted to kill Saito. He fought back, and successfully killed her, barely escaping with his own life. Afterwards, Saito went into isolation to mourn the death of his sister, before finally going back into his life of being an assassin. Saito has never actually used the cursed sword.

Saito was tracked down by Yasushi after he made an attempt on the emperor's life. After having him arrested, Yasushi discovered that the boy was in possession of Soyokaze, and it appeared that he was able to draw the sword. With this in mind, he brought Saito back to the capitol to assist with the emperor's quest. Saito seemed quite dissmissive of the thought that he might end up working for the prey he had hunted, but eventually conceded at the promise that he would be kept alive. Saito agreed to help the Emperor.
Skills:
Saito is stealthy, and has an impressive amount of endurance, being able to run for very long amounts of time without becoming tired. Although Saito is quite skilled with the sword, his unfriendly nature leads to trouble .
Equipment:
The cursed sword Soyokaze, two poison tipped kunai, a dagger, and a katana.
Notes:
Saito's theme song.

A Not So Simple Test, Part Two

Summary:
Shu gets his arm patched up, and Nazari administrates the second test. The second test involves a Genjutsu that turns the sky black, and is meant to inspire fear into Shu. Shu is then attacked by a water clone, and a kunai barely misses him, before he climbs a tree, and uses his little remaining chakra to preform the Hiding in Mist technique. Afterwards Nazari ends the test by patting him on the shoulder, and ending her Genjutsu.
I am interested as well :D

Village:Amegakure
Birthplace:Amegakure
Organization: N/A

Clan/Bloodline: Ibi

Rank:Genin

Chakra Nature: Water

Appearance:

Shu suffers from Heterochromia Iridum. Shu's left eye is blue, and his right eye is brown

Personality: Shu is a quite, reserved person, who's childhood taught him to isolate himself to avoid giving other people the chance to isolate him. He has a strong sense of right, and wrong, and always protects the weak. Shu has a tendency to disrespect authority, and this leads to many underestimating his skill. Shu is naturally quite and light footed, as he has never wanted to draw attention to himself. Shu keeps his head down, and his thoughts in his head. He rarely gives his opinion, and this often leads to him ignoring orders, and instead doing what he thinks is best.

History:Shu's father was a blacksmith, and his mother died while giving birth to Shu. Shu, like all with his surname, is part of the Ibi clan. The Ibi clan is very significant in Amegakure, as it produces massive amounts of weaponry. His clan's normal jobs are blacksmiths, fletchers, and other weapon oriented professions. A select few members of his clan become Shinobis, but luckily for these individuals, the clan provides weaponry readily for them.

Kin and Mayuko Ibi fell madly in love with each other soon after meeting. Unfortunately, Kin was not the most skilled in his blacksmithing profession, but his clan origins definitely helped him. Kin was 23, and Mayuko was 21 when Shu was conceived, and they were both ecstatic upon discovering. Fate would not have the marriage be happy for too long though, for a few hours after Shu's birth Mayuko passed away.

At the age of four, Shu suffered a major head injury from Kin's blacksmith hammer falling on him. For a few days after the incident, Shu was blind in his left eye. Eventually his vision came back, but as his eyes developed, his left eye never changed from it's birth color. His left eye remained blue, while his right eye slowly turned brown. Shu was constantly plagued with questions about his eyes, which led to a major self confidence issue. He also developed an authority problem as adults were the ones who questioned him the most. These self confidence issues followed him throughout the next couple years of his life, leading to him isolating himself for a majority of his childhood.

When Shu was six, he started hearing stories of the great "Shinobi" and like most children, promised himself he would become a great ninja. His father encouraged this by attempting to make him a Katana, but Kin made the katana too flat, and it's curve too distinct. At the time the Ibi clan was especially poor, so Kin had no choice but to put it to use by giving it to Shu. When the period of poverty passed, Shu had a close uncle craft him a sheath.

Shu was a quite student who excelled in Ninjutsu and Kenjutsu. Shu was definitely an above average student, but his quite nature led him to be ignored by teachers, and his peers a like. This strengthened Shu's dislike of authoritative figures, as he immersed himself in his studies; Shu's only goal at this point was to become a ninja. This immersion in his studies led Shu to have no friends in the academy.

Naoto Shiratori

"I could never call you anything Hataka-Sensei. . . That'd be rude" Naoto mumbled. As always she was a bit too focused on the formalities. Naoto noticed the smile Hatake gave her, and it put her a bit more at ease, causing her to visibly relax. Naoto shared the smile Hatake wore when she followed her directions. "My Names Naoto Shiratori. I am thirteen years-old, and my favorite thing to do is. . ." Naoto got stuck and stared off into the distance, before focusing her eyes back on her sensei, and continuing, "My favorite thing to do is to train myself with my dad." It was a blatant lie. Her father was often too drunk, or didn't care enough to help her with her work at the academy, much less train. She lied because she felt it would make her seem more devoted,
