Hospital for the Unstable Liabilities

Well I have a perfect character for this.
Alison meet people, do not freak out.

Ali

Appearance: Picture coming.
Ali has straight black hair that she used to curl and take care of but she barely does that anymore. Her Blue ish green eyes don't help the fact she has a freckle free face and no tan. She doesn't like wearing dresses so she usually wears more contracted clothing. Her hair goes down a bit further than her bust and she wears no make up as she thinks its gross.

Name: Alison ( Ali) Zaehler

Age: 18

Unique Quality: Ali has a weird condition, In her eye line she see's what she calls Future movement which is where people could be going in that certain time line. This allows her to semi predict the future but she barely tells anyone about the other possibilities.

Weakness: This Future movement drains a lot of her energy and doesn't happen all the time. She can't control when it will happen but she thinks its ether triggered by stress and pain. With this draining her energy she goes into a zombie like stance where she is trapped in her own head. Some times when she is perfectly happy she can fall into another one of these trances but she can speak and function but she seems to drift of into her mind, on her own.

Personality: Ali is a shy, mellow and unconfident in her self. She is more likely to compliment the mirror before truly looking in it. Ali doesn't do much talking but she does know how to defend herself. By being teased most of her childhood she grew into this weird sense she wasn't close to pretty. When Ali is depresse( which she is often) she doesn't speak, she only drifts off into her mind and draws what ever is there.

Bio: Ali grew up normal her parents only yelling at night which gave her the sense something was going to wrong. she has a A to B student while her parents were still together. One day without her knowing her mom picked up and left her with her dad. Soon after Divorce her grades began to drop from B's to C's but her dad pushed her so hard that she had to at last stay at B's to C's. Her dad took up gambling a few months after her mother left and he would often come home drunk. To avoid everything she always went away to this place in her mind. This is where her mind devoted this sense to tell when her father was going to hit her or where the mean kids at her high school where going.
Extras: Ali is a very artistic person but her ways of expressing that artistic sense sometimes comes out weird

You have been chosen to come to the town of Celamist instead of going to an Asylum. You are lucky to be here, as not many get too. While you are in this town till the near future your are expected to do things to help the town stay together. While in this town you are given a nice cottage, a job in the village which coincides with your skills and a wrist band which allows you to get food that your proscribed, as well as your medication. Curfew is at 10 p.m do not be late. If you do not answer your door when rung at 10 you are considered not home and your house will be searched. Trucks containing other residents and supplies will come through the gates starting at 11p.m, if your are caught truing to sneak onto one of these trucks or are found in one you are taken to the lab for punishment.
The Reason why you are coming here instead of an Asylum is that a medical scientist, who's name will be revealed to you later, has gained government funding to raise walls around this town allowing only the new citizens to live in the town. The scientist will be able to view what your are doing almost always and be able to see how you are reacting. I would study that map thats probably still in the envelope, as you will need to develop a schedule. You might not be coming home so soon

Town Map;

Front Gate

This is the front gate for the town. this also shows a part of the wall the surrounds the town. Trucks may pass thought the gate containing the supplies and other people, these trucks only come in after curfew.

Housing

All of the housing looks the same. Each house has a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and one empty room that they can customize to there liking.

Restaurant

There is one main restaurant that serves each person there individual diet.

Pharmacy

The pharmacy gives each person there required medication and has access to the lab which the scientist dwells.

General Store

This store gives you your run of the mill type of stuff that your would need.

Appearance: Winnie is short at 5'3", and fairly thin. She has long, mousey brown hair and large haunting eyes. She is almost always barefoot & dressed in pjs.

Personality: Winnie is a carefree, yet jittery person- often a contradiction. She is happy go lucky when interacting with friendly people, but can become devious when left to herself, or even psychotic when abused.

Ability's: Anything creative/artistic (drawing, painting, writing, singing, etc.). She is also an exceptional gardener and seems to have a weird connection with animals where she can calm them. Though she is still scared of loud dogs.

Bio: Winnie was born to her mother and father unexpectedly. They were unmarried until the month before Winnie was born, and it seemed to be a recipe for disaster. Winnie’s father was the laid back type who just sat in front of the tv and drank when not working, which he worked 70 hours a week so he didn’t have to come home. Winnie’s mother was loud and abrasive, always wanting Winnie to take on multiple responsibilities. She never really had a childhood and doesn’t remember her life before the age of 3. Then the voices and hallucinations started. Winnie began finding ways to lock herself in her room by wedging pieces of furniture under the door knob. She would sit on her bed and imagine she was somewhere else with others, having a wonderful time with people that liked her. They became more and more real. She would talk to the people she created in her mind, forgetting she was even in her room because she could see the scene she had thought of. Her mother began taking things out of her room however to keep her from locking herself up, until she was down to a mattress. Winnie still imagined her friends and projected them around the room though, her mother barging in and finding her talking to nothing. Her mother tried to beat her, calling her a freak, and Winnie got angry. She closed her eyes and projected the most disturbing illusion she could muster, of blood and gore with her mother dying in multiple ways. Her mother went to go get a knife. Screaming, Winnie imagined someone running into the home and wrestling the knife from her mother before stabbing her to death. Winnie watched her mother crumple in a heap and cried, waiting for her dad to get home. He of course called the police and Winnie was questioned. Not understanding why she should lie, she told them someone came in and killed her mom. By the cuts on her body and her fingerprints on the knife though, it was obvious she had done it. She passed a polygraph test however, saying she was innocent. She was found mentally insane but given the chance to go to the town instead of an asylum.

Lee is 5'11" and 205 lb, with short brown hair that is slicked to the Left, and electric blue eyes. Lee has a small scar that crosses from the bottom of his eye brow across the bridge of his nose diagonally, and ends at his left nostril.

Personality: Lee cares little for others and follows his own moral code. He often speaks his mind regardless of his thoughts lack tact or not. Although rarely agitated, he is straightforward, is annoyed by many things, and is considered to be quite rude by many.

Ability's: Lee has a knack for tinkering, ever since he was a child he has been putting things together and build. His parents natured this and he became adept at it. Lee is also a very good fighter, having to fight off bullies when he was younger for years.

Bio: Lee was just like any other elementary school boy his age, happy family, friends not a car in the world. But that all changed when he hit middle school, after a routine doctor check up, it was reveled to his family that Lee had Tourette Syndrome. Unfortunately for Lee this destroyed his 6th grade year, due to his random tics, he was made a prime target for bullies.

By the time Lee reached 8 grade he had enough, instead of hiding behind teachers, he fought back. Tie first person who had tried to bully him he beat up, and he did that all that way until his high school graduation. After this he joined the Marines straight out of high school. He went on 2 tours, but was discharged due to sever PTSD. After nearly killing on of his family members due to a hallucination, Lee was supposed to be sent to an asylum, but he was given a opportunity to join a town of people who were just like him.

Appearance: 5'6'', light brown hair, skinny-average, brown eyes

Personality: He is a little bit above averagely-smart, photographic memory, dislikes too-much authority, is good at drawing, does his fair share of work with no more no less and sticks alone

Likes: Making food, cats, drawing, care for animals he likes and reading

Dislikes: Too much authority, socializing, doing an unfair balance of work, birds and fish (he's not afraid of fish like he is birds, just creeped out) and trying to envision the future (Amnesia makes this difficult)

Mental Disorder(s):
Frequent Amnesia- Every day, he forgets everything that happened the previous day. The next day, he remembers what he forgot, but he forgets what happened yesterday, and it repeats infinitely.
Intense Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD)- A disorder that makes him have anxiety and other symptoms in social situations. The only social thing he can do without getting intensely anxious/terrified is talking to one person.

Ability's: He has a photographic memory. He is very fast and agile.

Bio: Born in Tokyo, Japan, he had a single Mother and lived in an apartment building. His mother worked a lot to keep her son and herself fed, so he didn't see her very often. While he was home, he would do his best to keep the house clean and tidy. He had a normal childhood, got an education and did quite well, made friends with whom he could, and helped his mother.

One day, he was going to school. He walked himself so that his mother could save money on gas, and it was close enough to walk to, anyways. He had woken up late, about half an hour late, and he rushed to eat, get dressed and go. They lived on the 13th floor, so he had plenty of stairs to go down. Not paying attention, he ran out the door and ran to the stairs. In very little time, he found himself tripping over his own feet, falling over, falling down the stairs, and hitting his head, hard. He was laying unconscious for about two hours, before his mother was alerted he didn't show up for school. His mother rushed home and found him, still unconscious. She took him to the hospital, and was checked by the doctor for damages.

He awoke an hour later, and the doctor did indeed find damages. His wrist was broken, but would heal, but he had more permanent damages. He had injured a part of his brain, one vital to his memory, to give him a different form of Amnesia, one where instead of a specific date being forgotten, every day, he would forget what happened yesterday. The next day, he'd remember what he forget, but he's forget yesterday. His mother and him were shocked, yet the doctor wasn't finished, he also now had Social Anxiety Disorder. Whenever he went into public or to school, now, he had panic attacks, at an intense level. Instead of putting him in a mental institution, they took him to the town

Cat

Name: Cat

Nickname: Bro, BroBro, Kitty, Psycho

Age: 25

Appearance/Clothing:

Has jet black hair that is a little to his chin, bright cold blue eyes.. Stands 7'0 and his body is littered with scars, wears black fingerless gloves with some small silver spikes around the knuckles. Wears a raggedy black jacket with grey brown fluff around the collar and navy blue jeans. Has a silver necklace with a simple round pendant with the words 'Lidon' engraved on it, usually tucked under his shirt.Has a carved in cut scar reading 666 on his left shoulder.

Personality: One would call this man a true born psychopath. He's calm and collected, hardly ever seeming to react to anything or be bothered. The good points he has is he is calm, brave, hardworking, full of determination, and is a excellent fighter. His bad points however are pretty severe. He lacks much humanity, uncaring of the suffering of others. In fact, he enjoys it and acts like a kid with candy by it. Lacking in mercy and the scale of what is right or wrong, it doesn't matter what or who is in his way on the path of survival. Murdering a child or killing someone to fill a daily meal doesn't bother him. He's pretty smart and won't just jump in a situation in which will mean pointlessly dying. Very little interest in people, he isn't social and rarely talks to others, preferring to simply ignore them. The only one he seems to care for is his twin sister. Even though he can sometimes be cruel to her, he cares quite a deal about her and is probably the only reason he isn't completely unstable. He much enjoys it more killing the living, and usually stays clear of Zombies since usually him and his sister would get overwhelmed otherwise.

Likes: Milk, Catnip, Climbing buildings or trees, fighting, killing, sleeping on his stomach, sleeping during the day.

Dislikes: Rats, people, birds, strong smells, cars, planes, boats

Mental Disorder: Psychopathic. He loves and has the strong urge to kill. Be it human or animal and revels in he sight of blood and agony. Though he has managed to put the urge under wraps for five years, he still cuts himself in order to satisfy it.

Ability: Excellent hand to hand combat skills. He's a natural fighter and killer, enjoying coming up with different methods to brutally murder someone. Good at cooking, cleaning and singing.

Bio: Cat was born in the world of dark alleys of New York along with his twin sister. Born secretly among a gang, him and his sibling grew up as thugs. They never met their parents, nor did Cat care. Their names given as code names instead of actual human names, they were brought up to be the best of the best in stealing, smuggling, and violence. Cat fit in with the atmosphere fine, uncaring what he stole or from who since the age of eight. His twin on the other hand had a bit more difficulty. Hard on her, he forced her to do whatever their group wanted, while also making her swear to be a man instead of a weak girl. Believing in order for them to survive, they would have to become men and be the strongest.

As they grew up, they had minimal education, barely able to read and write, but as they grew, so did their jobs. Stealing turned to violence, and Cat reveled in it. Fighting proved his strength, and the suffering of others misfortune felt like something of a reality check for others. Though he got hurt quite a few times since his combat was strictly physical and not with guns, finding getting his hands bloody more thrilling and satisfying.

His twin however mostly only stuck with stealing or practicing first aid and did not share the same depth of passion for violence. Instead his twin dreamed of a normal life. At the ages of twenty, Cat granted his twin's wishes and they ran away, ending up fleeing to LA. After five years in hiding and scrambling for food, they received a odd letter that offered a home for them, in which they took.

Lean skinny figure with a toned body standing around 6'5. Rusty brown eyes. Dresses in baggy boy clothes. Wears tight bandages around the chest and a tank top under her black t shirt along with a bulky old dark brown raggedy jacket. She looks very boyish, hardly actually needing to hide her chest since it's very quite flat and she's mostly just tall and lanky instead of curvy, easily able to get away looking like a boy when wearing just a tank top. Always wears a raggedy dark red scarf around her neck to hide any signs of her non existent Adam's apple. Wears black gloves and holed up brown sneakers.Has a cut in knife scar on the left shoulder reading 667.

Personality: Unlike her brother, Dog is much more friendly. She is kind hearted, dependable, strong willed, a knowledgeable fighter and marksman, and socialable. However she's stubborn and hard headed, more likely to run into a dangerous situation rather than thinking it through. She's a little bit of a hot head and doesn't usually take no for a answer. Despite her history, she doesn't like doing what she feels is wrong, and usually ends up letting her twin do everything for her when it comes to tough decisions and violence. Having wanting to change her ways, she tends to believe what others say and give them the benefit of the doubt. She's quite lacking when it comes to economics, politics, money, and a lot of things normal people know. Her brother being more clever. Sometimes she acts a bit like a child, mostly around her brother.

Likes: Food, animals, hugging, nice smells, watching girls

Dislikes: vacuums, needles, being alone, fighting, bees

Mental Disorder: She's can't read, write, and says things in a bit of a slur. Nor does she really understand what the real world is like. Other Han the streets.

Ability: She's good at hand to hand combat, but usually uses it to defend herself and dodge attacks. She's quick, though klutzy and has strength that she often forgets she has. She's a marksman and is good at using dual pistols.

Bio: Mostly the same as Cat. She grew up as a boy due to her brothers forcement. Being threatened that he would leave her if she didn't become strong like a man. Her twin being the only family, she stuck to him like glue and made sure he didn't go too far in his violent habits. She studied more on first aid, having been used to patching up her brother and fellow gang members. It was more preferable over actual violence or dirty jobs.

♥/♦Cat: "My twin brother. He's a tall scary person and he doesn't talk much, and yeah he tends to beat me up when I be too much for him, but he's my only family. He's also the person who worked so hard to have us survive this long. Honestly I don't think I could have done it without him. He did everything, all those horrible things, for our safety and survival. He made me eat the stray dogs and cats he caught and skinned so I wouldn't starve, he forced me to play as a man so people would be deterred from raping me... Yes, he is cruel and cold, but I know deep down he cares. He even ran away with me from the gang, and stayed with me all this time, not killing anyone in five years like he promised. I just wish I could help him discover humanity, give him the sense of morality. I wish I could even find him love so he would have someone other than me who loves and cherishes him for who he was. But even I don't know if that's possible with the way he is."
