Am I the only one not trying to be a badass in front of our new masters. Lol.
@Lucifers 666

nah, im a healer (working for death??)
flint lock was an example. and i would very much prefer cartridge ones, if the GM would allow it, if not i could make do with percussion capped ones. manually packed with ball and powder with a percussion cap in the back (i think those where 1830s?)
@Scrapula

uhhh... maybe you mean revolvers using cartridge bullets.

(en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revolver)

Elisha Collier of Boston, Massachusetts patented a flintlock revolver in Britain in 1818, and significant numbers were being produced in London by 1822.
@Scrapula

revolvers are mid 1800
@Lucifers 666

that was a joke. i was planning on 2 really not 12
<Snipped quote by Lucifers 666>

Excuse me? Your english was abit jaged there, i dont understand the question. "I dont know why you would use it?" Use what?

i think that was aimed at my gun question. which, i dont know what is going on or what adventures are planned so.. i think owning a gun (or 12) would be a good idea.
The gunpowder is very new as well as any gun as well. Guns and weapons of man do not effect dragons very much either.

i didnt think a gun would bother a dragon too much, although a naval cannon would probably do a little more... i was just asking because early revolvers where being invented around then.
@Lucifers 666

ohh ok, i was thinking more dark age, which is fine my character will know more medicine than i was initially expecting and have better equipment (medical supplies/weapons)

so we are just prior to real industry. Is there gunpowder?
so, im just going to double check because i dont remember seeing it anywhere.

this is high-fantasy, dark age tech, etc. right?

(we may hove gone over this before, and i may be an idiot)
