Vendicare Assasin, he worked under another Inquisitor for several years before his transfer due to an unfortunate incident involving Orks. Before his training in the Vendicare Temple he was a contract assassin for hive city gangs, his proficiency earned him a place to train as an assassin.

Notable Events:

Accidentally halted a major invasion of a planet he was stationed on. On a routine assassination of a low level gang leader he was misinformed of the targets coordinates, the wrong coordinates led him to a large chaos ritual circle. The Cultists where attempting to summon a breech to the warp and start a full scale invasion. Upon its discovery Cario began taking down cultists with his combat knife until he found a good perch. Once in a good position he used his rifle to bring down most of the ritual by killing the Chaos Sorcerer at its center and several other corrupted psychers.

After his debriefing to his Inquisitor it was understood the intent of the ritual and the seriousness of the chaos corruption on the world, for the next six months Cario, PDF, and the inquisition ruthlessly purged the planet leaving millions dead in their wake.

personally i dont like the idea of a D&D style thing unless people are causing trouble with godmodding and the like. Im here for the writing, interesting story and epic combat. adding dice seems like something that would detract from the game.

im sure it could work, and if the DM goes that rout thats fine. but i may bow out of the game if its the case.
