Current There's a big old heat wave spreading out down here. If I'm slow with responses, it'll be because I'm melting.

Dylan scooted out of the driver's seat and into the back as Jason and Nora left the car, shrugging off his backpack and placing it at his feet. He was excited and a little nervous, hearing Darcy tell them what she had sacrificed for this. This would be a big moment for her and she needed their help to pull it off. But he calmed himself down, thinking that he was as prepared as he would ever be for something like this. Suddenly, a question popped up in his mind.
"Hey Darcy, how'd you even find out about the asylum anyway? Hope you weren't digging around any shady sites or anything." Dylan asked.
Dyl entered the car and gave Darcy a quick smile.
"Work's not bad right now. Might pick up next week."
There were never many customers but he didn't mind it too much. It gave him time to sharpen his skills and participate in the group's activities. He took the camera from Nora, saying "And don't worry about getting in, I've got the right tools for job." He hadn't been to the asylum before but he was familiar with the locks they would have used back then. Getting in shouldn't pose a problem, it was everything else that he was worried about.

In the driver's seat Dylan inspected the camera he'd been given. He weighed it in his hand and then hefted it on his shoulder to check how it felt.
"Not bad. Hope you didn't spend too much on this."
Dylan walked quickly in the rain. He had gotten out of the workshop in a hurry, put on whatever clothes could be convinced to peel off the floor, and taken the umbrella which had a few holes in it. Work had mercifully been slow that day so he was off for the rest of the night. Dylan was in a good mood, in spite of the water dripping onto his shoulder. He hadn't seen his friends in a little while and he wanted to see what mischief Darcy had planned for them, though she had been quite vague on what it was that they would be doing. He was confident that he was coming prepared, more or less, for anything they would encounter.

Soon enough he could see the library in front of him, as well as Darcy's distinctive red car. He lightly jogged up to the side of the car, peeking inside as he arrived. It looked like Jason and Nora had beaten him to the punch.
"Hey guys, am I too late for the party?" Dylan asked jokingly.
Hm, now that I think about it, I wonder how olympics are handled in this universe. Maybe they have normal olympics and meta human olympics or something... Probably can't have them compete in the same competition after all.
If you can find people to play ghosts I think it'll be fine but otherwise it's probably simpler just to have us play them.
@xXSINXx I edited it in, feel free to tell me if you need me to put in anything else
Alright, here he is. Feel free to tell me how he looks.

Oh right, is a text description of appearance ok?
Alright, in transit currently but I'll put together a sheet when I get home. Planning to make an "entry specialist" so probably going camera man, we'll see.
