I was Really hoping that this was going to be a thing. and to be honest this could be around the time Jacket was killing people, it could be in Miami, the group that left the messages on Jacket's answering machine were left on other's machines, if not around the time Jacket was killing guys and right after the events of Hotline Miami. Then there could be a second group out there killing the Ruskies and Columbians as well, Jacket's actions could've sparked more than the original group of Fans.

Also the Fans murdered gangsters because they had nothing else to do, it was almost their time killer because they had nothing else to do at the moment, they weren't organized and chose to just randomly attack places they saw the most gangsters at, why do you think they weren't putting a dent in the Son's group or the Columbians ?

When Izumi got her orders she just acted on them, she went began going to the auditurium not wanting to wait for her fellow Black Class member to appear and pick with her, it's not that she didn't like her, it was only that she didn't feel like speaking to her at the moment knowing that she would try to tease her and pick with her, she just didn't feel like being bothered by other girl and just wanted to do what she was told to do, without being messed with, or being picked with.
