Any idea where his internal light might be? These would be the morals and self valued standards of his foundation that he fundamentally can't go against without hurting himself, the things that he relies on for his internal strength.

What are you looking for, specifically?

In short, I've been looking for the best and worst parts of him.
Obviously he'll keep the things he considers to be strengths close at hand, So I've been prioritizing finding all of the dark and negative parts of himself that he's rejected and tried to cut off from his ego.
I found two things so far, some creature and a tree, so I'm now just wandering to see what else I can find.
