*looks around the building, filtering through the cabinets and drawers*

You finding anything?

Shinji:
*approaches what looks like a corporate building*

....

*walks in*

*Follows.*

Lets see what horrors this junkyard's got in store, for me.

*goes right at the intersection*

*Follows.*
After fumbling with the piece of plastic, Diamond finally got a result once she pressed it against some device attached to the wall. Glad that the door was now opened, she pushed the dented thing out of the way only to be greeted by the smell of gasoline. Uhhhggggg. She hated this stuff. Wishing that she could pinch her nose through her mask, Diamond looked around the interior of the stall and caught a glance of a wooden box.

Moving closer, she realised in the dim lighting her single glowstick provided that it was full of blood, cold, human blood. Glad that she currently couldn't smell it, she restrained her hunger and looked around further, hoping to figure out how it was still cold. Regardless of if she found out anything else though, she tried to tuck the box out of sight, walked back outside, and slowly wandered over to Delmina and ms grumpy skirt. She could tell them the news after they sorted out their new aquaintences.

"Sooo..., what's up with the two kids?"

Shinji: eh, this place sucks. My mind has been a dreamlike sphere of torment for a while, now. This place reeks of death.

I was talking about the fact it looks pretty abandoned, but yea, not exactly the most pleasant inner world I've seen. There's gotta be something more to it though.

Shinji:
Fair enough.

*looks around the environment, seeing what looks like an abandoned city underground*

Hmm...

*walks forward for a bit, ending up at an intersection*

*Follows, and smiles bitterly once we're at the intersection.*
I always feel like there's an ironic beauty in places like this. The quiet sense of history....

Shinji: alright. Will I need any weapons? Or will I have abilities, here?

*Shrugs and takes in the landscape and/or surroundings.*
Given enough time you could probably make your own weapons, but I don't know if you'll need them. As for abilities, grand or otherwise, that's gonna be a flat "no" for now. The only real exception to that is the fact that you are the only one who can cause permanent, physical changes within this inner world.
Blinking as she readjusted to the higher levels of light, Diamond almost couldn't believe what she was seeing. Instead of a dusty lobby or mistle, there were plants, and a lot of them growing healthily. Noticing the modifications and fortifications, she wondered for how long this place had existed, and who had taken so much care to make it. Unfortunately, she couldn't see anything immediately useful upon first glance, so the wonder quickly faded as her more practical thoughts surfaced. There weren't any blood beads or a mistle in plain sight, and she wasn't about to go exploring the nooks and crannies without someone watching her back either. After all, she had no clue about who had made this place or when they'd be back, so she wasn't too keen on getting distracted in a search. Sighing, she turned around and headed back downstairs. Time to try using that plastic thing in the meantime, however that was going to work.
