I love it! The only thing is I was expecting Galaxy to die. And rather soon actually. Buy I get wanting character development and such. So ur idea works. For I believe this new villain could be the one who kills Galaxy. Then a red hood like character is born from galaxy after he is brought back

Ari's blue eyes grew wide, she looked at Orion for a second then looked away blushing. "Me? Oh no, not me. Please. Don't. You like someone else, don't you? Even if she doesn't like you back doesn't mean she won't come around..." Her face formed a smile that did not reach her eyes. "I just wish I could help, you know." Sighing she stood up. "I suppose we should go back before Mr. Drake loses his mind over us leaving."

"Also. I'm not tired of your issues. I'm just upset because I can't help you is all." Ari stared down at Orion, holding out her hand for him.

"Did I hear something about the mafia??" Dimitri asked as he entered the room, now fully geared up and ready to roll. "That sounds like hell of a lot of fun." He crossed his arms over his chest and looked at Cynthia. "Well... partner. We better get to work devising a plan or this isn't going to end well for us is it?" He looked to Jason. "Anything you can tell us about this family? Or the place where they live? I assume we will be attacking them in their home which is also their place of business no doubt."

With a tap of his chin he thought for moment. "I'm guessing it wouldn't be to hard to sneak in, kill a couple of guards and assassinate someone. That's how we so graciously do things. But to assassinate multiple targets. Well we'd have to be extra careful not to alert anyone and I mean ANYONE."

Shadowbird stood on the edge, looking down at her enemy, Envy, who was picking up cars and chucking them through shop windows. "Come out, come out wherever you are Birdy!!" Envy shouted as people ran in fear of her. As two civilians passed her, Envy reached out at touched the arm of the male civilian. The man she had touched stopped dead in his tracks, his eyes glowed green like Envy's and he grabbed the arm of the woman he had been running with. "You never loved me! You love someone else don't you!? Who is it?!" The man growled at the woman, his jealousy and anger controlling him. She put her arms up to block, he seemed as if he was going to hit her. Shadowbird used her ability to teleport off the roof and behind the man who was holding the other. She placed her hand on his shoulder and when he turned around to face her she socked him right in the face. He fell down unconscious. "Sorry about that. He'll be better when he wakes up, aside from a little bruising on his face." The hero told the woman. This woman smiled meekly at Shadowbird and knelt down to tend to her loved one.

"There you are, Birdy. Miss me?" Envy grinned at Shadowbird.

"Like a vampire misses the sun." Shadowbird gave a smirk in return. She removed the paintball pistols from either side of her belt and aimed at Envy. "Will you go down easy, or are we going to have to do this the hard way?"

"Where's Frost? I want Frost!" Envy crossed her arms over her chest, unafraid that Shadow had her guns pointed in her

"Hey..." She stared down at the ground with her knees still up to her chest. "Sorry if I was over-dramatic." It sucked because the boy she liked someone else and he was really upset about it because whoever he liked didn't like him. It was a vicious cycle. "I hope you're not mad at me. Worst of all I hope that Mr. Drake isn't too mad at me for barging out like I did." With a sigh she raised her head to look at him. "I really am sorry. I'm mostly upset because I can't help you. Whoever it is you like. She's a really lucky, really blind, but really lucky girl."

Ari looked down once more and sighed even heavier. "Orion. I... Oh nothing. I'm just awkward, but you already knew that right? She couldn't help but smile at her own stupidity. She was going to admit to him that she had a crush on him but she didn't want to make him feel any more uncomfortable with her than he probably already was.

Her eyes welled up with tears and she couldn't control herself anymore. His breathing had stopped. She balled her eyes out onto his chest as she held him in her arms. "No. You can't do this to me Whiplash... Please. You can't be dead." Ari cried onto his bare chest. Then she remembered what he had said to her about his uncle. "I've got one request. I live with my uncle on 21st Chamberlain street, if I don't survive this, tell him who I was." He was a gone now, his uncle had to know. She replaced her mask onto her face and lifted him into her arms.

"Don't worry I won't let you down." She teleported from rooftop to rooftop with him in her arms. It wasn't like teleporting herself, teleporting more than one person was slightly difficult but not too much for her to handle. When she arrived at 21st Chamberlain street she knew which house was his. Knocking on the door she held his body close with tears still in her eyes. "Hello... anyone home..." She spoke quietly.

The way he looked at her. The way he spoke. Was all too familiar. Galaxy. He reminded her so much of him. But... there was no way it was the same person... right? He was heart broken because whoever this girl was, she didn't love him back. Just like Shadow didn't love Galaxy back. Her eyes grew wide then filled with tears for a moment before she looked away. "I'm sorry. I can't save the day..." Ari's heart hurt and she had to leave. If she couldn't save Orion from whatever pain he was feeling, then what kind of hero was she.

Ari turned to the teacher, Mr. Drake. "I'm sorry to have disturbed class." She apologized then walked sullenly toward the door. "I'm going to see the principle... or the nurse... or maybe the school counselor... I'm not sure yet." Her heart felt broken too. It was almost as if it was her fault her crush was hurting. The class watched in both concern and some in anticipation, wondering if they were both just acting out a scene from what they were going to record for their project.

Without another word, Ari walked out of the classroom and to a nearby wall to slide down the wall and pull her knees up to her chest. "What's wrong with me, I can't do anything right..."
