Former Enlisted Army, and very avid gamer. I have fallen hook line and sinker for Dungeons and Dragons, which has actually taken over as my preferred method to roleplay--as both a DM and a player.
However, my roleplay adventures started with writing, and I always will be interested in creative writing. I left for a brief 5 year stint (Hey, that's brief to an elf or dragon, yeah?) but am back and ready to dive into something (though what, I am unsure).
Happily married to my wonderful wife @PrimalArcana, whom I met at this forum (thanks @Mahz) and I can't be happier :D Love to RP pretty much anything. However, my time is much more limited than it used to be. My PMs are open if you want to roleplay, I'm known to do both 1 on 1 RPs and open forum RPs.
I may not be active anymore, but this still applies: All Green, all Army, HOOAH!

Well I have hit a hugely busy rough patch lately, but I SHOULD have time to post tomorrow! Damn, for one of the founders of this RP, i sure seem to have a hard time actually posting -______-

First IC post is up! Just a small post giving you all the feel of the town, so it really is kinda short. I'll throw up Elendria's intro later. Either tonight or tomorrow night! You guys feel free to post your introductions whenever you want :)
The sun rises from the east, casting it’s glow across the tiny speck of a town far below. The small coastal town of Ashenport and it’s residents just waking from it’s slumber. Neither have have no idea of the horrors that await them. But what is to come, will come later. For now, people wake up, getting ready to begin their day. A cool chill fills the air, as a light breeze blows across the sea. The salty smell of the ocean drifts across the port, and a few white dots on the horizon call out, revealing themselves to be one of the worlds most annoying birds: seagulls.
The town is peaceful. The town is at rest. But soon, very soon, Ashenport will become an endless nightmare. This peaceful day will be the last memories for some, and the last good memories for others. Some will cling to this day just to keep their sanity in check, to remind themselves that once upon a time they were happy, they didn’t have to live in fear, that their world didn’t revolve around death and destruction. Some will cling to the memory of one day when blood didn’t fill the streets and darkness wasn’t seemingly eternal.
Hope. That’s what it boils down to. Those who survive to see the hellish transformation of Ashenport, will cling to an ever dying hope that things will return to normal. And who knows if they will; perhaps darkness will consume first this tiny insignificant port town in the middle of nowhere, and spread beyond? Or, perhaps the shadows will lift, and Ashenport will return to the peaceful serene place it is now. Only time will tell--and the decisions those who find themselves facing the darkness, make.

Okay Sheffield, awesome! I'll take a look at it, and ask MissCapnCrunch to do so as well next time I talk to her. I think Jannah is still working on hers too. Once you two are done, there's no reason we can't get this RP started!

I'm really happy to see everyone all happy and getting along in the OOC! I keep hearing that the RPs where people goof off in the OOC are usually the ones that end up lasting until the RP ends! So this is a good omen ;)
