Like Creator, Like Character.

Right now one of my NPCs in an ongoing RP who makes occasional cameos as a point of view character shares a lot of traits with me.

-We're both Vietnamese by descent (although I'm only half; her parents are both Vietnamese)
-We have the same body type (short n thick)
-We both hate sexism even if we are guilty of the double standard of being boy-crazy and objectifying men a lil bit
-We both are markedly unambiguous and happy to work a blue collar job and make ends meet despite a history of parental pressure to do better

I didn't intend to make her a self insert, but the more scenes I write for her the more she turns into someone I'd like to have a beer with.

Hi y'all, and welcome to my interest check!

I'm looking for a few casual or advanced 1x1 partners. 2 paragraph minimum; I don't expect a novel but I'd appreciate more than a one-liner to work with unless we're in the middle of quick dialogue.

I am 27 and would prefer not to engage in any romantic plots with someone under 18.

I'm fine with either fading to black or writing smut so please let me know which you prefer!

I'm female but I can play male or female. Open for mxf, mxm or fxf.

If you have any *ahem* particular interest when it comes to romance, let me know and we can exchange interests and bounce ideas off one another.

Now, onto some ideas:

-Apocalyptic (think the aesthetic from MCR's Danger Days)

-Medieval: kings and queens and maybe highwaymen and traveling bandits. Mayne we can throw a corrupt church into the mix. Captive princess × castle guard? Queen x secret consort? Knights? Dragons? We can talk about it.

-Modern: Maybe university? I have a craving lately for some injured football player x either a nerd or a social activist of some kind. Can be mxf or mxm.

-Service industry: either bartender x regular, experienced bartender x first time barback, or bartender x representative from the food or liquor distributor.

-Vampires: either modern or historical, I'm open to plot!

-Superpowers: super x super, super x human, hero x villain, villain x henchperson

-Harry Potter
-DC
-American Horror Story
-The Witcher
-Twilight (but like, ironically)

A few things I won't do:

-Characters under the age of 18 in romantic or sexual situations
-Anything involving the glorification of Nazis
-Rape for titillation or graphic description of rape (it's ok if your character was raped/is raped as a part of the story but if it's between the main characters it's a personal squick)
-Incest between characters that are blood related (see above, if it's part of a backstory then fine but it's not a romantic pairing I want to participate in)

Oh god, it's been such a long time since I RP'd on Tumblr. I did a lot of Harry Potter fandom, as well as some DC Arrow and The Flash. Also I did Harley Quinn/Poison Ivy with one of my mutuals. RP has taken a backseat for the last several months for me as I work on a full length novel, but I would like to get back into it.
