Biography: From the moment she was born she was raised to take over her families shrine she was raised in her duty to protect and guide those that need it where it became her life goal to do so. This included teaching her magic. She was sheltered as a child and is new to a lot of the outside world. Though she was raised to do her duties her studies she excelled in as well knowing everything that they deemed was needed this included a deep knowledge of espers and how their power works. At the age of 15 she was released from the shrine so she can gain “worldly experience” she eventually wandered into academy city where her skills was quickly taken not of and she was registered for hybrid academy soon after. A few days after this she turned 16 and was led to attend classes at hybrid academy. During her travels she encountered a injured scientist who in gratitude of healing her made a A.I. called Hakurei for her that quickly became her companion and friend. The A.I. contains a lot of information on things and is constantly increasing it’s database it is her aid when it comes to things that she does not know. Hakurei is stored in her moon shaped hair clip and a large purple bracelet in which it can create her ofuda as well.

Personality: As a person she is kind and though clueless about a lot of things she does not let it get in her way rather she uses it as an excuse to gain knowledge. Though she is a calm person and she normally does not get angry rather letting it slide and continuing on. It has been said that when she does get mad she can be really scary smiling all the while talking about how things are either forbidden and or how one should not do such things. Hakurei her A.I. states "Tsukuyomi has an innocent heart that can't truly hate anyone." She also has a rather lazy attitude in her free time, though she's highly devoted to her duties as a Shrine Maiden.

Magic:
Tsukuyomi’s magic is based after Shinto religion with chants and prayers to cast her magic along with seals. It revolves around the use of ofuda to create multiple effects

First Spell: Shippu Jinrai – with this she throws multiple ofuda at the opponent which moves as fast a bullet scattering in multiple paths before homing in at the opponent. This while confusing at first is easy to block and or dodge since they all meet up at a single location at the end

Second Spell: Tensokuhou – this is a supportive spell with this she attaches an ofuda to her allies that allows them to increase the speed as which they run by a small amount.

Third Spell: Tsuyuharai – With this spell she creates a slashing motion with a ofuda creating a phantom sword following the movements of the ofuda. While powerful in its own rights it relies on the caster’s knowledge of swordsmanship for it to truly be effective. Also it can only last for so long before vanishing.

Fourth Spell: Shoheki – With this she throws multiple ofuda forming a star shape which creates a frontal barrier that protects those behind it. A strong barrier but can be overcome with feints and or overpowering the barrier.

Fifth Spell: Shirou Tensou –Using her ofuda she creates a dome of circling dome ofuda around herself and or others that would than creates a “holy field” which in turn grants some healing aura for the people inside. There is little that can be classified as a downside it is best used in peaceful times since it only heals not block and or stop attacks.

Sixth Spell: Kuro Tensou –similar in notion to its opposite shirou tensou it creates a dome of circling ofuda which banishes and punishes those of ill intent. This basically creates a shock field for those that would wish the caster harm. While powerful in its own rights if a person can continue through the pain caused by the shocks to attack.

Seventh Spell: Musou Utsu – This is one of her more dangerous spells with this she uses multiple ofuda which float in a star shape pattern before releasing a large beam of energy straight ahead. The downside is that while powerful it’s easily blocked by either jumping and or moving out of the way considering its single line of fire.

Last Spell: Musou Tensei- With this move the opponent is captured in a dome of ofuda which circles around them making it where moves are reflected back at them. This though only lasts for so long before it collapses also a strong enough move can overpower it.

A.I Hakurei
Hakurei is straightforward, optimistic, and a bit curious. She's quick to anger if offended, but just as quick to offer help to those in need. She is also an aid for Tsukuyomi with her magic by creating the ofuda she uses.

The character looks good, but with a few guidelines as I expect that this character is level 3 in Esper terms. The healing field will be akin to a life support. It can stop bleeding, pain, and heal small scratches at most. Unless the 7th spell is an all out move expect it to knock the wind out of the target. Other than that feel free to post it in the CHAR thread.

Tsumiki scolds Ria for doing his job.
Wataru deals with paperwork.
Ray stands around doing nothing and mentally monologuing.
Anderson being Anderson, challenges Ray to a game.
Kazeno has internal monologue with Chi Ni.
Ray accepts the game.
Anderson explains the card game. Wants to bet.
Ray accepts and bets 7,000 yen.
Anderson wins cause cheats. Asks for 70,000. Kazeno intervenes.
Ray gives Anderson counterfeit money.

A school guard attempts to intervene. Gets killed by J-34K. Fight continues.
Anderson arrives. Anderson proceed to kill J-34K.
It's revealed the dead J-34K was a fake double.
The real J-34K mocks them and throws a severed head from the roof.
Anderson seems to have some connection with J-34K, or Jack.

Three day time skip ensues.

Kyun's understanding of current plotlines

There are mostly two plot arcs currently in motion.
First and most imminent, an escaped test subject called J-34K has been killing people in the vicinity. Kae is attempting to recruit students to fight this murderer. J-34K seems to have some connection to Eita and Anderson.
The second has to do with an unknown gang by the name of Akuran. They seem to be a Skill-out kind of gang, but are being used by someone in the shadows. Could somehow be connected to the J-34K incident?

The most immediate action seems to be that Haruna Mr. Principle wants everyone back in the auditorium again. It would seem the students left without being formally dismissed or there are still issues the Principal would like to cover.

I am making these in hopes that it just might help get the general grasp of what has already happened and what's happening at the present time... Dunno if that will be the final format, but, just in case it's useful...

Biography: From the moment she was born she was raised to take over her families shrine she was raised in her duty to protect and guide those that need it where it became her life goal to do so. This included teaching her magic. She was sheltered as a child and is new to a lot of the outside world. Though she was raised to do her duties her studies she excelled in as well knowing everything that they deemed was needed this included a deep knowledge of espers and how their power works. At the age of 15 she was released from the shrine so she can gain “worldly experience” she eventually wandered into academy city where her skills was quickly taken not of and she was registered for hybrid academy soon after. A few days after this she turned 16 and was led to attend classes at hybrid academy. During her travels she encountered a injured scientist who in gratitude of healing her made a A.I. called Hakurei for her that quickly became her companion and friend. The A.I. contains a lot of information on things and is constantly increasing it’s database it is her aid when it comes to things that she does not know. Hakurei is stored in her moon shaped hair clip and a large purple bracelet in which it can create her ofuda as well.

Personality: As a person she is kind and though clueless about a lot of things she does not let it get in her way rather she uses it as an excuse to gain knowledge. Though she is a calm person and she normally does not get angry rather letting it slide and continuing on. It has been said that when she does get mad she can be really scary smiling all the while talking about how things are either forbidden and or how one should not do such things. Hakurei her A.I. states "Tsukuyomi has an innocent heart that can't truly hate anyone." She also has a rather lazy attitude in her free time, though she's highly devoted to her duties as a Shrine Maiden.

Magic:
Tsukuyomi’s magic is based after Shinto religion with chants and prayers to cast her magic along with seals. It revolves around the use of ofuda to create multiple effects

First Spell: Shippu Jinrai – with this she throws multiple ofuda at the opponent which moves as fast a bullet scattering in multiple paths before homing in at the opponent. This while confusing at first is easy to block and or dodge since they all meet up at a single location at the end

Second Spell: Tensokuhou – this is a supportive spell with this she attaches an ofuda to her allies that allows them to increase the speed as which they run by a small amount.

Third Spell: Tsuyuharai – With this spell she creates a slashing motion with a ofuda creating a phantom sword following the movements of the ofuda. While powerful in its own rights it relies on the caster’s knowledge of swordsmanship for it to truly be effective. Also it can only last for so long before vanishing.

Fourth Spell: Shoheki – With this she throws multiple ofuda forming a star shape which creates a frontal barrier that protects those behind it. A strong barrier but can be overcome with feints and or overpowering the barrier.

Fifth Spell: Shirou Tensou –Using her ofuda she creates a dome of circling dome ofuda around herself and or others that would than creates a “holy field” which in turn grants some healing aura for the people inside. There is little that can be classified as a downside it is best used in peaceful times since it only heals not block and or stop attacks.

Sixth Spell: Kuro Tensou –similar in notion to its opposite shirou tensou it creates a dome of circling ofuda which banishes and punishes those of ill intent. This basically creates a shock field for those that would wish the caster harm. While powerful in its own rights if a person can continue through the pain caused by the shocks to attack.

Seventh Spell: Musou Utsu – This is one of her more dangerous spells with this she uses multiple ofuda which float in a star shape pattern before releasing a large beam of energy straight ahead. The downside is that while powerful it’s easily blocked by either jumping and or moving out of the way considering its single line of fire.

Last Spell: Musou Tensei- With this move the opponent is captured in a dome of ofuda which circles around them making it where moves are reflected back at them. This though only lasts for so long before it collapses also a strong enough move can overpower it.

A.I Hakurei
Hakurei is straightforward, optimistic, and a bit curious. She's quick to anger if offended, but just as quick to offer help to those in need. She is also an aid for Tsukuyomi with her magic by creating the ofuda she uses.

hearing that the second assembly of day was over plus the early release she headed out of the auditorium. Still thinking about it she couldn't help but wonder who in the end will be her dorm mate. It was a minor topic honestly but it was of major importance to her as she brushed her hair back as she walked. Passing the people she was not paying a lot of attention as she walked just heading down the hallway before she turned and headed for a bit of target practice. With her destination in mind she headed out to hopefully locate the archery targets for her to practice on.

"Well that was a thing" she muttered to herself as she quietly slipped out of the auditorium. With a push she added a bit of wind at her feet increasing her speed ever so slightly. Things was not adding up first news of a "white chapel ghoul" than other things was happening as well. It seemed that people were right in academy city things escalate quickly or not at all. Shaking her head from those thoughts she headed out to the judgment office might as well see if there was anything that needed to be done or at least a patrol schedule if at all possible.

The assembly was thankfully short she noticed and people left the auditorium pretty quickly she noticed. Taking her violin case she got up and decided now was a good time to check on her violin varnish to see if it aged enough to add the final touches to it. With that thought in mind she decided to head out the varnish was buried just outside of school grounds where she couldn't get in trouble for it. Though she supposed a slight stop to pick up some papers from her desk would be in order as well she supposed.

Grabbing Fubuki she sighed as she now had to replace the pistols for it. Still she got out with minor damage though that was mainly due to the fact she had little part to play in the battle. "Also I do believe Gary is right we do need a qualifying round tournament before even thinking of entering a big tournament. Also we need to coordinate as a team more I am more of a ranged fighter but did not bring my main gunpla with me so used my spare." Marie stated as she looked to see the reactions of those around her still she supposed their victory was a good one all things considered.
