Well it says it's two weeks after the Gala. So I was gonna do a short flashback synopsis thing before going into the events of the day of the meeting, prior to getting there.

So do you think that would be okay then?

I don't really know any details about the meeting in Atlanta, so I was going to post up until Ashton gets to the meeting. Not really sure where it is, what time, who's running it, etc.

So are we just kind of making up what goes on at Buckhead when things go to shit? Your opening post didn't really have anything for Buckhead so I just wanted to clarify @AcerRo

"God dammit." Meleena mumbled to herself, watching them disappear into darkness before turning her attention to the girl. Of course, she tries to help and it didn't even matter. Everybody was for themselves she supposed. Maybe she should be thinking about that... just getting the hell away from there. Far away from there, somewhere safe, before trying to comprehend what the hell was going on and what to do next.

Pushing the button to her car door to unlock it, she saw the Asian girl burst through the glass double doors. Shit that was really loud... and scary. A lot of people must of heard that. Those pale, flesh eating people that have seemed to take over Philly. Not people tht she particularly wanted to interact with.

Meleena lined up her bat, pinging the bat off the Asian girl's head, seeing as she was pretty close to her. Quickly after that she got in her car, shutting the door and putting her key in the ignition. The Porsche came to life, the engine revving up as she quickly through the car into drive. Pressing on the gas pedal, she whipped the car around, trying to avoid the soldier that was very close if not on top of her car, as well as the girl she just dropped with her bat that was now leaning next to her.

If she hit one of the two in the process, so be it, but she was headed for the west side entrance to the campus and heading for some back roads where she knew it was less populated.

Ashton would be sort of famous, went to highschool in Buckhead and was a star athlete and all that before working as CEO of his dad's company. So if anybody would need and arms dealing in the city, any business deals, or knew him from highschool, that would be all viable things. Also, I'm sure Ashton had rich friends. I mean, rich people have to stick together right?

So Ashton may not necessarily be friends with anybody, unless somebody would want to be, but he might at least know people or recognize them from social interactions.

@Solaris So uh, the whole healing from stealing life force thing I get it. But it doesn't seem too practical. I mean would you just absorb people by touching them in the arm, would you actually have to kill them first?

The reason I'm asking is... say you got shot in the face. The healing is spontaneous yes, but there would be no way to pay the cost in time unless you had something to kill literally as your head is being blown off. It's not like your body will let you live and wait a few minutes until you kill something.

The only way I could see the power actually working is if you suffered a non-fatal injury, or you could use it premeditatively, other than that it would be useless against any killing blow.

I also am confused on how the immortality part will work

You see what I'm getting at? Besides, I don't think anybody would want to be in a five foot radius of you in the group if you ever get injured. Just saying.
