Umm, it's a touch spell, but once he actually touches something, it's maintained until they break line of sight with him. I need to alter some things.

"What your monster has captured here....is your only chance for salvation...." The demon ape speaks, with some rather impressive gull. "....I am your first contact with Lanka, the greatest of empires, and your rightful rulers, by force....Your monster attacked, and killed some of my sisters...I do hope you discipline him for such an action..." She growls, looking back at Gigan. The blood dripping from his scythes still filled the ape woman with rage....but she calmed herself, taking in a deep breath, and holding it.
".....My name, is Dernla [Dern-La]....and I request audience with your leaders..."
Very, very bold. It was if the fear this woman had felt moments before with Gigan was gone, her faith re-enforced by something...Gigan also still has the nagging feeling of being watched by, something. Not as in there was another spy, but if..there was an eye in the sky, watching.

Appearance: Human form ((In which, he is currently bond))
Age: Unknown.
Species: Dragon, originally, bound to a living, human form. So, currently, human.
Gender: Male.
Personality: Will be revealed as people interact with him.
Bio: Unknown to anyone but him, and ghosts from his home world.
Abilities:
Powers of undeath: Logar isn't able to be killed, but he can be destroyed. What this means, is lethal attacks, such as striking him though the heart, damaging his brain, and causing him to bleed will do little. However, there is a way to render him normally mortal. On his person, he keeps a phylactery, an amulet of great power, on his person. Destroy this, and he will be rendered mortal.
Life Drain: A work of evil magic, Logar can drain the life from those around him to repair his body. This does no direct damage, but makes his foes frailer, and unable to heal from natural sources. For example, a krogan under lifedrain would not be able to regenerate from a gunshot wound even though they normally should be able to. He must touch a foe to activate this spell, but once active, it leaves a mark that only breaks when either purged with magic, Logar is killed, or if Logar's line of sight with his foe is broken.
Drain Intelligence: Drain Intelligence is a spell that Logar learned from his time within a place known as the void, a space where Eldrich monsters roam. This allows him to consume the lesser minds of his foes...if their minds, are lesser that is. He drains their memories leaving his foes without any knowledge, while he gains what they lose. If he totally drains the mind of a foe of intelligence, he kills them, their mind forgetting how to preform basic functions. This power can be resisted by those with greater minds than Logar....Which basically means, you choose if your character is vulnerable. To rate their mind, take into consideration willpower, intelligence, and any native resistance to mind alteration. I'd prefer if people don't simply decide their characters are immune to give them an edge, if in rp they should be vulnerable. He activates this by chanting arcane and forbidden words of the Eldrich horrors. One can simply cover their ears, if they've heard none of it. If even a slight amount enters their ears, Logar will have entered their minds, and it will take his death, or magic, to stop the spell.
Ice Magic: Logar is able to throw large bolts of ice at his foes. This is his main method of attacking. Simple, magically re-enforced ice shards.
Universe of Origin: Dead. His universe of Origin is dead, completely devoid of life.

Heads rolled, and blood bathed the area, covering the remaining girl in crimson. As their headless bodies slumped to the ground, they began to change. They went from being youthful, beautiful creatures, to distorted ape women hags, beings of several hundred years of age, warped by blood magic and demonic blood. They were horrifying, to anyone less than Gigan no doubt, as he'd find nothing to fear from the ape hags. The remaining woman shifts back, her body warping back to it's normal state, the sudden surge of fear preventing her from maintaining her form. She raises her hands, and looks to the sky, a clear prayer........

One asks, the last bit of her dialog being filled with false hope, meant to deceive, and disarm. "Yes, of great monster, please, can you help us? We've met creatures like you before that were kind. Please, tell me you are the same?"
"Yes, please, tell us you won't harm us....We're lost in your world..."
The women all plea for their safety and well being, all being rather good deceivers but deceivers all the same. Gigan may be able to easily sniff past their lies, if only to suspect them at least....however...he could feel something odd....

The group of Assassins would seem like anything but, at least to the naked eye. A group of un-armed, beautiful women wielding no seen weapons, wearing no armor, their bodies showing not the lightest bit of wear or tear, however as he had detected they weren't quite human, he could tell they were fairly close. However, when he charged at them, they made no attempts at fighting, rather feigning fright, and terror, some of them collapsing, and others cower.
"Please, don't kill us." One begs, as pitifully as one could be.
"W-we've done you no wrong......" Another says, hiding behind the first. They truly seem like they couldn't harm a fly collectively.
"y-you seem like a reasonable c-c-creature..." Another stutters, meaning that, somehow, these women have encountered other creatures like Gigan, or are just attempting flattery.

Also, if need be, I can simply send some characters to you that aren't involved in the rp that has the nids. As, I know if you asked, MAtt would refrain from throwing warhammer at you.
Also, let's be honest, HCL as an rp is normally dominated by Soul Eater....
One of our greatest recouring heroes? Asura!
Two of my characters that normally have a LOT of story involvment? Tsubaki and Maka! Also black-star...sometimes.....
