Danilo watched with great attention, how his soulmate hesitated after his question. The moment of silence, followed by the answer. The word that struct the dragon the most was the word again. He pulled Adams hand closer.
"H-How long do dragons of your species typically live?"
Danilo softly kissed the back of Adam hand. ''I am sorry. It still must be hard for you. '' He meet his soulmates eyes, not letting go of the hand, or letting it move away. His warm breath going over the skin of the other. ''I would like one day to hear more about that special person to you. When you are ready to tell me. '' He gave a quick kiss to the hand, as he then let go of it to think about the answer. Trying to remember the age of the oldest dragon he knew.
It took him a few seconds, before he gave a nod to himself.
''The oldest elder dragon is one living in the Arabian Desert he must be somewhere between 5200 and 5800 he loves his solitude. As far as I am aware my kind doesnt die of old age. But if we get killed, we are dead. You know the middle ages werent the most kind one to my race. And some dragons have to wait for centuries before their date come. ''
Danilo grinned leaning closer to Adam, what should he ask him next? He wondered, as he watched the other. Maybe something of favorite foods? Oh he knew.
''You mentioned drama class.'' The size of the grin he was wearing just imaging that his soulmate maybe share the love for theater and musicals, was on the edge of biologically possible. Someone from the side may even confuse the grin with a predatory one. There wasnt anything dangerous in the air around Danilo thought.
''Do you still teach drama classes? Is that your passion, if not what is it?''

This is the story of a single day keep on repeating. But there are people who awake to the repeating. The 1 Day club tries to find such people and contact them. One of the goals of the club is to find how, and why it is happening. Another is to find new things to do.
Our character may already be part of the club, or being a lone wolf or just awoken (under 10 repetition) I wouldnt want more than 2 people to be just awoken.
I would love to see how each character will take to it to have to live in a world where what ever you do there is no lasting consequences. How one would handle to have a family that keep on saying the same thing for 100th time. A lover who doesnt believe and doesnt remember what you did last repetition.
How often would your character try to explain itself to them? Would they skip work? Would they try to do a heist? Kill someone? Save someone? How often of the same thing is too often? Would you try to read the whole internet?
So any takers?

Danilo watched as waitress nodded and hurried away to get them their order. Danilo was positive the gossip kitchen will brew. He loved it, mostly because he was part of it as well. They happiness always made him feel joyfull and hearing how they overcome their problems would made him proud. Just as on the other side he would frown and disapprove to hear about one breaking the other hearts. The story of fate is quite the interesting one.
Especially with cute couples for which he ends up making wedding cakes.
Would it be right to make my own wedding cake.... Danilo tilted his head as he thought, a second later he chuckled. "Adam" Danilo called out, half way testing how well the name feels spoken aloud and half wanting his soulmates attention to be all at him.
''You like hot chocolate?'' He smiled, eyeing the other hand. They already hold hands on the way here. Dan hand still in the green glove moved and fetched the hand of his soulmate. He could have sworn that at that moment his own wrist burned a pleasant heat, as if approving of his action. His heart pumping a bit faster. His long dream from when the name appeared on his wrist, was a waking moment.
''My question now is, what were you doing, what were you thinking when you for the first time noticed my name on your wrist? '' He slightly played with the hand he was holding, his thumb drawing circle on the back of Adams hand. Mean while he propped his chin with his other hand, liking the feel of the gloves fabric against his chin.
AH if I just had the money and time to try it out. I loved skyrim I would want to give fallout 4 a go. But alas, not having either I have to settle on a youtube LP of it. At least its a person with a nice voice. I like falling asleep to it.
