Detailed Appearance:
He has black hair and, due to the accident, silver irises. He is short and slight, not very strong at all. He dresses in jeans and t-shirts that usually have some kind of design on them. He wears regular generic sneakers. He has two tattoos, one on each forearm, to cover the scarring from the accident. Twin dragons, one curled down each arm with their heads resting on the top of his hands.(Dragons are silve like his eyes.)
Personality:
Vekt is very easy-going, likes to laugh. He can't stand seeing the weak preyed upon. He's extremely loyal, once you earn his trust, and if you ever break his trust, you'll never get it back.
Abilities:
(3)Psychokinesis -- Has the ability to move objects, start fires, etc. with a thought. Though it is draining and if he goes at it for too long he will begin to suffer nosebleeds, and could potentially suffer a cerebral hemorrhage.
(3)Telepathy -- Has the ability to read minds and communicate non-verbally.
(0)Physical Prowess -- Due to his singular focus on mental pursuits, his body is weak. Though he isn't frail in appearance, in a physical fight he'll lose every time.
Biography/History:
The son of scientists conducting research for a minor corporation on a United Federation core world, he is a genius, went to college at the age of 12, earned a doctorate in Genetic Engineering at the age of 18. Afterwhich he went to work with his parents in their lab.
One day, there was an accident in the lab and he was exposed to DNA altering mutagens. Due to some miracle, instead of dying as the past animal test subjects, he survived and found himself posessing supernatural ablilities. After discovering this, the corporation wanted to imprison and study him. To prevent their son from going through such torture, they helped him escape the planet. Thankfully, they were able to convince their superiors that he had escaped on his own.
Now, Vekt roams the United Federation, looking for a place to call home.
