I'm back from vacation! Actually I was back yesterday, but it doesn't feel like being home until you get a good night's sleep. *Yawns*

Heading out on vacation! Sorry if I'm slow to respond/don't.
<Lyoko Warriors>:
Bella's attempt to launch the fire wall towards the monsters helped somewhat. It managed to block some of the oncoming lasers, but not all of them. The wall was also slow enough for the flying monsters to easily dodge it. Flippy's sword attack proved more successful, striking one of the monsters just after if flew through the fire, killing it before bouncing back to his hand.
Jared's defensive stance didn't provide a source of attack upon the oncoming enemies, but it did serve well as he managed to block all the oncoming attacks. Bella's firewall, sadly, was so far away now that it wasn't protecting her from the rest of the lasers coming at her, allowing one shot to hit her in her arm holding her brush. Flippy's rapid firing of the fireballs towards the monsters left him open to two shots, hitting him in the chest, and one in the leg, before he could send off enough fireballs in hopes of hitting any of the monsters.
Aleita continued her sprint without the others towards the tower, but was left open entirely. Two lasers came in union, hitting her in the back and sending her to the ground, rolling dangerously close to the edge. The explosion from Flippy's earlier attack then scattered the monsters, breaking their formation, forcing them to retreat a distance before being able to regroup. The monsters then turned around after they had given themselves enough distance to regroup themselves, giving Jared (The only one having not been hit) the only chance to retaliate against them before they come within firing range again, before having to enter another defensive stance. The other three would have to take their time to recover before risking an assault with the lasers baring down on them, or immediately into a defensive stance after their recovery.
"Hey guys, be careful! You should know every time you get hit, you lose life points. Once you reach zero, there's no telling what could happen. Each of you lost ten points during the last fight. Bella, you just lost twenty more points with that one shot, and Flippy forty with those two! Aeilta also lost forty! So I'd say... Bella, you have seventy points. Flippy, fifty points. Jared still ninety. And Aelita is left with only forty! I suggest you guys group together and defend each other, rather then spreading out and trying to take them all out by yourselves." Josive announced to everyone. Apparently the pain from the lasers wasn't enough...
I was featured in this post! (Yay for random useless information!)
But yeah, if that matter hasn't already been discussed, 'white-spaces' would be needed. I've made a few posts with them, only to realize all my careful editing has been fruitless.
Thanks BBeast! I think I justified myself having no problems with that capture by posting so much detail. (I mean, like, in my own mind that's what was going on.) Anyway, I don't think I'll always post posts big like that.
Ad just so you know, that guy with the torch is just an unimportant NPC. I expect you to deal with him as you please... either remaining completely silent about the event, or reporting it to someone. Though he might have some problems explaining what he saw, as he only saw a demon marching behind a family walking in a straight line into the jungle. lol.
If you don't want to post as him or anything like that, that's alright... I'd be glad to sick some baddies good heroic figures upon my own character. It's what I do.
EDIT: I feel like editing my IC post and making it bigger.
Second EDIT: Oh, what was that last post about? I've been reading a few of those. Those are some group of golems, correct? And that human is some other RPer, right? I take it they are a bunch of 'heros'? That sounds kind of interesting actually. Are we actually allowed to have Hero-type characters? If so, I'd sure love to have a 'hero' randomly stumble upon that meeting, then quickly turn on their heels and be like "SORRY... didn't know there was this thingy thing happening... sorrryyyy~...." sort of thing. Then maybe be stopped. lol. IDK. I'm not exactly sure what's going on.
Username: Gambit | Character Name: Audrey Moure | Character Age: 20 | Character Gender: Female |
Appearance: Audrey is about 5 1/2 feet tall. She has bright copper colored hair. Her usual outfit is a blue or white lab coat, rubber gloves and boots, and gray jeans. She also has special glasses to block out the 4th dimension when she needs.
Fourth Dimensional Power: Sight
Bio: All her life Audrey Moure lived as an ordinary citizen of California. She was into science and technology and studied it as much as she could during high school. For as long as she could remember she had been hearing all about the 4th dimension, but never had any of the powers since she never undergone the procedure. Finally when she turned 16 she decided to see exactly what this new dimension was.
When Audrey woke up from the procedure she could see differently than she ever could before. Shapes and light and color were so much more complex. She was amazed at this new world. After that day Audrey was fascinated with the 4th dimension and was determined to figure it out. She enrolled in university courses dedicated to understanding the 4th dimension. The only problem was that her new sight was very hard to get used to. She had great difficulty comprehending things such as text or 2d images. During her research she developed a special kind of glasses that would allow her to see somewhat normally again, though she was never able to perfect it.
After graduating with honors Audrey was offered a job as an assistant at a research facility in Tokyo. This would be a once in a lifetime opportunity, so she accepted immediately. Soon she arrived at the laboratory, excited to begin researching.
Extra: Audrey had to study some weird thing called Fourth Dimensional Toe Cheese in one of her classes.

Oops. Sorry about the IC post. I meant to not give so much detail... but I got into it a little too much. That's what happens when you don't RP for such a long time I guess. lol
Naoto stormed up to the top platform, sitting right before the doors leading into his dungeon. The door required a key... but not a physical key. A key of knowledge, two secret words that had to be known, but not said. Just by knowing these words could you open the doors. Of course, Naoto knew the magic words, as he had created the door himself. Kólasi̱ pórta, he thought to himself, feeling proud of his own invention. He walked up to the doors, and pressed onto them. They swung open with ease, as if they had too much oiling than they should. The doors continued swinging open, until they bounced back off the rough stone, and then closing themselves tightly after the bounce.
The keeper took in the surrounding area around him. He saw the thick grass, shying through the piles of leaves, scattered across the ground. The bushes, saplings, twigs, stones, and all the sort, lay on the ground everywhere the eye traveled. Trees stood tall above everything else, towering with pride filled with years of work to get them where they are now. Naoto smirked, hoping to be able to sit on his throne one day, with as much carefree pride the trees had before him. He sniffed the air with his chin held high, taking in the wet soggy moisture floating around like a mist. "It's time." he grinned, as he lowered his head to stare straight off into the distance, seeing the faint glow of a nearby village.
As Naoto reached the village, he took a few moments to take in his new surroundings. It appeared no one was out, as all the doors were barred. He moved through the town slowly, looking for any signs of life. His goal was to abduct a few slaves to work for him, to help him build his dungeon. But, there appeared to be no one left in town. A ghost town. He was almost willing to surrender, but he heard a sound come from a nearby window slamming shut. Naoto quickly turned to the source of the sound, and cast his eyes upon a small hut. He grinned as he walked towards it slowly. He looked at the door, and instantly knew there would be no luck in trying it. But, having heard the window just shut might mean another door might have yet to be locked on the house. Naoto crept around the side, finding a backdoor leading into a kitchen, and opened it with ease.
Upon entering the house, he was met instantly with the face of a young male child, staring up at his tall strong figure. Naoto walked slowly up to the child, and placed a hand on his shoulder with a smile. Another figure appeared after turning a corner in the house, being that possibly of the mother. "Duck!" she yelled with a gasp, stepping backwards in fear, though slowly as she does not wish to abandon her child. Another small figure came up, smaller than the young boy even, popping her head just around the mother's legs. She was probably only a few years old, but old enough to be able to run away and know when to scream. Though, that child did not look as frightened as the paralyzed boy. Lastly, another figure showed himself, coming from the front door area, revealing himself to be the father. He was unarmed, and took shock as he gazed upon Naoto. "L-let him go!" he stammered, making only one step forward before Naoto's sword sliced forward, and held still before the father's throat. "There there, no need to be hasty. There is a much cleaner version to this encounter, if you don't force me to drastic measures." Naoto grinned evilly, pulled his sword back and tightening his grip on the boy's shoulders.
The father looked over at the frightened mother, then down at the curious daughter, before turning back to the frozen son. Naoto then turned the boy to face his family, before shoving him into the father, forcing him to catch him. "Such young children for a couple your age. Wouldn't you have had an older son by now?" Naoto wondered to himself allowed. Just then, the two parents looked at each other, just as they noticed their young-adult son charging Naoto from behind with a sickle in hand. "Yaaaahhhhhh!" the boy screamed as he raised his weapon to bring it upon Naoto. Naoto simply sighed, turned on his feet, and caught the boy's hand before it could do any damage. "Drop it, before I do any damage, and then you're of no use to me." Naoto threatened. The boy instantly became subservient, dropping the sickle with fear in his eyes and and a drop in his shoulders. Naoto slid to the other side of the boy, shoving him into his father like he had the much younger boy.
The family now all huddled together, shaking in their night-clothing, their knees banging together, and their teeth almost chattering. Naoto stood there, thinking over the details of his next move. The family thought to themselves, about what was next to come. The father then gained some strength... just enough to speak... and inch forward a foot or two. "W-what... What is it you want from us?" he asked. Naoto simply ignored the man, even to the point of turning his back on him. Naoto hmm'ed inside his own head, until the last detail was thought. He turned back around, at a speed which frightened the father back again. "You are to follow me, with no yelling, no running, and no trickery. If any of you try another heroic attempt like your son... I will assure you, you will plead for death before I have even begun my torture." he said. The entire family nodded without hesitation, but didn't move. Naoto sighed, stepping out of the way, and pointing his sword back towards the door he had entered from. The family nodded again, and started their slow march through the door and to the outside world.
Naoto followed the family through the door banging his head on the board above the door, cracking it with little damage to himself, other than a slight headache in the near future. He mentally pushed the family around the house with a few slight gestures of his body, shepherding them into the street. He marched them back towards the gate entrance he had originally entered through, passing by only one man. That man held a torch in his hand, and stared at the demon marching along. Naoto raised two fingers with his free hand to his forehead, then saluted them into the air. The man simply dropped his torch onto the ground as the demon walked away with his five captives back into the jungle, disappearing into the darkness...

Father The father is a local tanner. He is not a well-known tanner by any means, but his work isn't shabby. All of his work are custom products, made from secrets passed down generations. He works on the porch to his house, and travels the streets when looking for work. Mother She is a very well-kept 'proper' wife, doing the necessary cleaning around the house, taking care of the children, and making sure herhusband has food after a day's work. She likes to gossip with the other wives around town, and when missing wouldn't go unnoticed. Oldest Son Apprentice Tanner of the father, he is learning all of the family secrets. He has great ambitions, hoping to surpass his father and become a renowned tanner known all across the lands. Second Son He is usually a good boy, but like all children tends to get in trouble every now and then. He makes friends with many of the local kids, and shares no interest in his dad's tanning. Youngest Daughter An innocent child. Helpless, worrying, and always begging for attention are her most dominant traits. Keeping her happy usually involves bribes of candy, piggyback rides, or a new toy.

"White spaces" are characters which are invisible- such as space, tab (for indents), or enter/line-break, so yes, for separating stuff. Namely, I'm referring to line breaks, so I should have been more specific. Each dot point can only be one paragraph, and there is no spacing allowed between dot points. Even if I add extra BBCode to add space between dot points or hide stuff, an entry within a dot-point can still be a massive block of text.
And besides, the Compendium is meant to be a quick reference and brief summary. Brevity is needed for that purpose too.
Ahh, okay. That makes more sense. Yeah, I tried making another type of Character Sheet on another RP that included white spaces instead of loads of coloring... it was much better... but after I clicked "Preview" I saw that it didn't work.
So BBeast, I was curious... how do I know if the Spiderettes were successful and how many humans they captured from the night?
I would like to know the answer to this question as well, for Naoto.
All the color, yes! That isn't normal for me by the way. I'm only doing it because I've seen other people do it, and I'm taking it on for now. I might get bored of it eventually, and stop using it again... but who knows.
I do know about the blueprints. But, you can't build a portal without a plan, right? I'm going to RP In Character him designing each structure, and saving them in the blueprints section for easy reference. And it's fun.
Okay. Sorry about that, I would have done it myself... but I've seen you've already done it.
Okay, good luck with our university work! I myself am almost complete with my Private Pilot license... but I still have a ton more licenses to get, so I'm also busy most of the time.
I'm not sure how to write for this 'Compendium', or what should go into it. I'm also not sure what a white-space is... you mean those lines they used to have to help separate stuff? You can always use [h1][/h1] and [hider=Whatever][/hider] as those help clean up stuff quiet a bit.
Thanks! I'm surprised no one else has created a character similar to Horny. Anyway, how was my intro into the world? I hope I got the picture right. Try to imagine this square minecraft-chunkbug reaching far down into the ground, then a staircase dug into the walls around it wide enough for armies to march up. Other than that, there's literally nothing else down there. All the resources are going to be dumped at the bottom, then tunnels dug out.
I'd also like to know what everyone else is doing for their bases. Is anyone else underground, for example? And how far is everyone else so far? I hope ya'll take pity on my Dungeon Keeper, and offer him your help perhaps. But if you don't, he'll understand... in his own diabolical way!
Deep below the surface of the jungle, a slight tremor began. Rocks started to heat, cracks forming in the stones, before a fiery explosion. A new dungeon keeper, by the name of Naoto, had materialized in the explosion. The rocks continued to heat up, breaking apart the ground above, and melting it away into thin air. More detail work around the walls, creating usable steps to travel upwards around the new pit created. On the surface, the rocks gathered together, creating a small stone-entrance, locked with heavy doors unopenable without the prior knowledge of it's workings... or brute force.
Naoto slowly stood up, holding onto his sword for support. He grasped the air, clenching his fist as if to prove to anyone who might be watching his strength still holds. After looking around, and not seeing anyone nearby, help released his grasp of the air, and took better hold of his sword. He looked straight up, and saw the tiny bit of light shining through the doors above. He turned his head down towards the steps... and started his slow travels up them to reek havoc upon his first defenseless town. His goal... to gather his first few slaves resources, to return to the dungeon, and then create his Dungeon Heart.
