The Idea of the RPG would be the rise of a small time criminal in the Prohibition Era to one of the major Crime Bosses of New York.
Everyone would write one, maybe two Characters.
Some people could write Cops and Detectives interfering with the Criminals, if good honest Cops or corrupt ones that are basically Criminals themselves is your choice.
The Characters should be fleshed out, with nationalities, story's and backgrounds that fit in the Era and personality's that change over the course of the RPGs.

I only enjoyed Roleplayer Guild a short time before it went down, but now it is back up, so thats nice :)
