I am back!
Post is coming up this evening.
Reporting for Duty!
However I am away till Saturday :/
"In the beginning there was chaos, the gods fought each other with magic and iron. From that chaos rose One, he declared himself the one true god and demanded all the worship for himself. The Chaos ended and there was order.
But now the Supreme One is gone. And there is a huge void of power. Chaos erupts again.
Countless beings are powerful or divine enough to claim the title of the one. But only one can."

The World of this Rpg is full of magic creatures, places and phenomena. And you fill it.

I made this fairly short and quick because I am away the next two days. Anyway, I am looking forward for your ideas.

So many people suddenly. I LIKE IT! I am going to make an OOC, with a bit of bad luck it will only be up in a few days.
Anyway any questions or ideas?
Basically your pretender god could be a mighty necromancer, who could even be already dead, who decided one day that he deserves more. Namely godhood.
Or something else, you can let your fantasy go wild.
Since my last Rpg failed for a lack of nations, here is a new idea.

The Rpg would be like the game Dominion. The promise is simple, the great god disappeared and a number of pretender gods lead their nations in a war for domination.
Your pretender could be whatever you want, a human necromancer who has reached nearly godlike power and commands an army of death and darkness? No problem.
A lionheaded Titan who united the tribes of the desert? Sounds good! A divine tree who has power beyond imagination and controls an empire of humanoid apes? Why not!

More details are coming later.

Anyone Interested?
Sir George Lakeview will be pleased to make the acquaintance of both the medium and the scientist.
And two soldiers!
You know what that means! Fictional war stories to bore the other characters to death with! Yeaaaaaah
"In the beginning there was only the darkness. But from that darkness a spark was born. And from that spark came the world. The first thing to appear where the gods. They lived in the heavens and looked down on the world. The world was empty till the humans appeared. They were born from the soil and made the world there own."
-The Song of Creation

"From the heavens up looked the gods down upon the humans. What monuments they build and what glory they created. But the Unnamed, the serpent did not want this. He wanted all the glory and creation to speak of him. So it came that the serpent in the 900th year came down from heaven, shed in the skin of a beggar unseen by the other gods. With promises and gifts of power the serpent called the humans to revolt against the gods. This was the beginning of the Cataclysm. Nord, the strongest of all the gods was the first to act. He took the strongest and hardest stones of the mountains and created out of them the Nordra, the biggest and strongest warriors ever seen. Wukan, the prince of liars and most cunning of all the gods was the second. He caught the wildest and most vulpine winds in the woods and gave them a body, creating the Wukansun. All the gods came down from heaven and fought each other and the humans. This was the Cataclysm. It destroyed the world and took countless souls. It only ended when Maa, wisest of the gods won the war and threw every other god out of heaven into the underworld. Then he set the Maata into the sky, made out of the first rays of the sun on his day of victory, to watch over the world."
-The Song of Destruction

In this Rpg we play inhabitants of this world after the cataclysm. Our motives can be different but our goal is the same, find the Serpent.
