My character semblance has balance and it wears him out on objects proportion of larger mass and if he wants it to slow down stop or go
The other way that also drains him

Plus he has to wear light clothing so little to no armor so he can propel himself using as little aura as possible

This also applies to static or non-moving objects, technically speaking, the object still has momentum as it is moving through space. Since nearly everything in existence has vectors, manipulation of them can essentially grant the user an "Absolute Defense" that prevents the user from harm, among many other possibilities.

I readed that but a fully automatic rifle would make you drain you aura like hell and if you use it on my swords i can concel it with my own semblance by apply equal force in the opposite direction
