One, it's Demon Lord, not Demon Imp. Two, a number of ways, such as banishing, returning to hand, negating his effect and destroying him, etc.

The first pertains to the Satellite Circuit tournament and the events leading up to it. The Satellite Circuit exists as a commemoration of Valin Rotor's third year as Duel King, and will allow Duelists to compete in a rather large tournament which will conclude with the winner getting a chance to Duel Valin himself in a title Duel. Yes, I'm kiiind of drawing a little bit from the storyline from 5D's with the Fortune Cup, but there will be other . . . occurrences which are vastly different. Also, Satellite Circuit is Turbo Duelists only.

During your Standby Phase, all Pendulum Summoned monsters you control gain 100 ATK. (I can't get it to make sense any other way)Monster effect: This card can attack your opponent directly. If this card inflicts damage by a direct attack, gain 500 Life Points.Pendulum Effect: If a Pendulum Monster you control is destroyed and sent to the Extra Deck, target 1 monster your opponent controls and destroy it. Monster Effect: Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can discard 1 card to destroy 1 face up monster your opponent controls. Your opponent can discard 1 card to negate this effect.Grammar is VERY important when creating yugioh cards. I don't want to say anything more in case I say something that I'll regret.

There are also a LOT of grammar mistakes in your cards, with the "fairy-type monster" thing included, so you should fix that. I'm sure Rethel is already in the middle of pointing them out so I won't ninja his post.
