I've indicated no plot, so it's just a setting as of now
"Avery, it won't help." The reopening of wounds which seemed to come and go with Emily was the side effect of her 'gift'. Perhaps it was a gift, especially with the high pain threshold and toleranance. It would explain why her name and picture were on the third dossier. Emily could have easily shown Avery had the stress levels been high enough. She followed behind Avery, running along side her.

"He has no choice in the matter. They are all old enough to decide for themselves, they will chose and should they say no, I have a few on standby should that occur." Fury said, his hands behind his back as usual. "Look, your team of Xmen do not possess the power together that these select mutants hold. We have a heavy mutant threat and I need a high level team. Who are not already trained to think one way." He added. "Call them all into the gym. Their names, that's something you already know. Call them and I can be out of here before any of students catch wind of this."
Busy then. How's it going so far?
Hey,

You been okay?

"That is above your classification level. I would suggest you hunt around like dossier four did." He commented, handed the pile of files. The majority of those were easily registered as either alpha and beta mutants. Inside the forth file, she would find a picture of a small boy, dark brown hair stood next to a chopped boy not much taller than himself. A name, Oliver Pike, a brief description of his estimated height and weight, home town, known affiliates, known skills, past, and his mutant ability. The latter of which was strange: eidetic memory and an ability to absorb knowledge and memories. Perhaps it wasn't a fighting mutation, but in the right hands, Oliver had the ability to become quite lethal.

Oliver turned to look at Emily once more, who's ear was bleeding once again, as well as a small cut on the edge of her lip. He nudged her side and soon enough, she regained the same guarded faqade she usually had and wiped away the blood. He waited until the SHIELD agents and their teachers disappeared down the hall, before following after them

"You reckon we'll be back before Midsummer?" One man asked, turning his eyes to the two others.

"You actually think the gods care? They're useless and dead. They've been dead since the last King of Yunkai.
Bare in mind that was over two thousand years ago."

"I can still pray and join in." The first Scout added, defending himself quietly.

"Roran, how come you're quiet whenever we talk about the gods? Don't tell me you're one of those fanatics who hears the gods!" The second scout laughed. George shook his head, walking ahead of the others. In turn each of them turned to silence and before long all three of them were treading along the road in silence. It was the sound of a pebble that caused all three men to turn, two pulling steels swords, Roran brandishing a bow.

"Anyone see anything?" Roran asked, his eyes moving along the rocks above the road. They didn't need Wargs now. They were too poorly defended and too open. The three of them searched quietly. As Roran scanned, his eyes squinted into the darkness. He looked directly at Miri for a second, unaware she was there, slowly he removed the arrow and carried on walking.
Apologies for the delay, been busy and museless
"I've something up my sleeve if worst comes to worst. But I need you on my back, I can't really defend myself whilst doing it." George added, finally moving down the twisting staircase towards the potions classroom and their tower. "I think a sixth and seventh year limit would be a good idea, regardless of how good they are . We don't need to pressure of someone who knows barely anything."
