Today's the first time in a long time that I've felt empty. Not even sad or tired, just empty. This quarantine is getting to me more than I thought.

@Jessica Bunny: You live in America! College is optional (and expensive) and around you is opportunity. I believe you can make it!

Hansel smiled. It was the first time his expression changed. "I'd be disappointed if you didn't want to continue it."The man took a stance as well. He lifted his sword until it aligned with his body perfectly, and placed his right hand on the left side of the blade. "Come."
"The problem with dual wielding knives at close range is that the user has pretty much nothing left for defense," said Hansel, speaking for the first time. Hansel stopped his movements by leaning back, pulling his arms backwards and firmly sticking a foot towards Janos body. Because of his dash and the fact that both of his arms were outstretched, normally there wouldn't be time to stop or twist around it.
Hansel, not noticing or not caring about the knives behind him charged straight for Janos. His sword swung in an overhead arch going towards his shoulder. The boys left hand meanwhile was held loosely to his side, his palms parallel to the ground. His facial expression barely changed throughout it all.
Haha, he didn't use magic Marc :D
Hansel crouched down to avoid the blow and spun, dragging his sword with him. The motion turned his sword act like a tail that went for Janos legs. Hansel was aiming to trip the other boy.
The young man nodded. He placed the sword in a long sheathe. "This should suffice, yes?" he said. As he walked forward, he let the sheathed sword hang loosely from his hand. "Hansel Harttman, Rank 8. Treat me well . . ." His form was slack and he was looking at Janos through half-lidded eyes.
Endo Ikue You could almost hear her the frustration building up inside of her. She sees the dead end-- Despite it being one she continued to march towards it without turning back. "Dead end or not I'm heading there!" She said. It probably sounded stupid to people who don't know her. "You're new here aren't you? Did you not get a map or ask for directions or something?" She stopped herself and looked at the boy. "Why does it matter? I know it's this way!" She walked to the dead end and entered into the wall, appearing on the other side seamlessly. She popped her head out to look at the boy and gave him the tongue before moving again quickly to the other side.
Lance raised a brow and gave a lopsided smile at the place she had gone through. He was mildly surprised; there weren't that many 'Spirit' types here at the school. That was an Asian thing - Europeans usually favored Avatars or elemental magic. "Well if you ever need any help, don't be afraid to ask!" he called out, wondering if her could hear him.
Janos straightened up and adjusted his shirt slightly while managing an air of authority to his tone. "The duel has thus concluded." He then grinned and spread his hands slightly. "You guys are pretty good." He wondered how dangerous these guys would become when they'd begin climbing the ranks. The Finn glanced around and smirked "Anyone want a go with me?"
The brother of Rank 8 Shelly Harttman, stepped up. He was getting bored of watching his sister fight and he figured he'd kill time by fighting the new bloods. Arms casually resting on a large broadsword on his back. His red hair was tied up and he had an sleepy look on his face. "I'm ready to go, if you feel up for it," he said, gripping his sword.
Cleo
Cleo grinned, showing clear white teeth as he saw Evelyn approach. Man, more comedians for his entertainment. "Oh nooothing really~ I just thought that this stuttering young lady could use a hand here,"said Cleo, with a deliberate emphasis on the word lady - his tone was a strange mix of respectful and disdainful. "Of course, it appears that Metallica reject and the slobby looking miss have it covered." He spoke without a hint of mockery in his tone. He was saying everything as if it was normal, as if he considered what he was saying to be fact. It was frankly painful for most people to hear, even if it was just a light (and often times meaningless) insult. "But really, all I wanted to do was help, sooo~" saying that, he quickly snatched up the few remaining papers on the ground. He looked at the content and if at all possible grinned wider. "Well . . . well, well, well, well~! What do we have here~?" Cleo was certainly not the best person to have figure out your interests.
Kanat
Kanat wanted to laugh. Another person like her brother? She didn't think she could handle that! Sadly, now was not the time for her to laugh. "I-I'd love to, but I have to find my brother. It's really important!" she squeaked out. "He has a bad habit of provoking people. I have to keep an eye on him." Kanat never got why Cleo always started fights, but that was because she was person that was as kind and gentle as Cleo was ruthless and uncaring. The two would never be able to understand each other. Suddenly Kanat's grey eyes changed to a bright silver, then went back. She groaned and put a hand to her eyes. "I'm really really really sorry sir!" she said bowing her head. Her ability had acted up again. She now knew the weakness of the current Iyo.
Solomon, the moment he heard the roars of the chimera began panicking and thinking of a way to avoid the chimera. He was terrible when it came to physical movement, so there was absolutely no way he was outrunning that thing; in fact, he highly doubted anyone could, even if they were great athletes or something. Using those other kids as a distraction, he came up with an idea. Using the trees as cover, Solomon took the longest route away from the chimera as possible, moving in a veritable curve towards the castle.
Well said xD And did Ev just call Cleo Jeff the Killer ^_^;?
