10 minutes is a long time for a straight battle, just so you know :D Anyway, even without the added weaknesses, there are still lots of ways to counter his Fiction+ abilities. In all honesty, the only ability that is unfair in my opinion is straight up large scale Reality F*cking.

Meruin tried to conceal the small smile on her face. "I see the seal is working properly. That's good." She wanted to ask if it's been any help to her but Meruin decided it would be best to let her concentrate on the fight. There will be time to talk to her later anyway.

"David Alexander Robin, also known as 'Legacy'; my abilities are super-strength, durability, and immunity to mind-attacks and most poisons. I can heal from wounds quickly as well, but it only works when I'm asleep, and a bunch of other small stuff like being able to hear from really far away and being able to hold my breath for a long time. Basically a superman body," said David, giving her a recounting of his abilities. He blinked then looked at Ant Girl sheepishly. "Ah, sorry if it feels like I'm bragging here, I'm just trying not to leave out any important information, seeing as this is the first time I've ever applied to work with a group before. Anyway, it's a pleasure to meet you Miss Elizabeth,, or should I just call you Ant Girl?" David waited for her answer, received it, and headed towards the man in black. He looked at the small girl that was fighting - who he now noticed was a kitsune, much to his surprise. This was his first time seeing one and it seemed this one lived up to the legends. She was young, but very pretty. It was obvious that she was going to be a real beauty when she grew up. Still, he thought a kitsune would be a bit taller; the girl was even tinier than a certain Lily he had talked with earlier. While waiting for her fight to finish, he saw a new person approach and talk to Ant Girl. Contrary to what he thought, David did hear him. He frowned a bit. Was he applying? He was being a bit rude if he was. Perhaps he was confident that his abilities would get him a seat with Steel Fish immediately. If so, it must be one heck of an ability, because he couldn't see Steel Fish of all people accepting you based purely on just your powers. He shook his head and let it be. It wasn't his business to go about. Best concentrate on the fight and observe his future opponent.

Anyway, I'll have the IC and OOC up soon, so I might as well answer any questions you guys have. On powers/abilities, you will be asked during the RP to keep it simple and also, you will be given some time to decide among yourselves what abilities you want, so you can develop a system among yourselves. The advice given by Curio (the Angel who first informs you of your special status as a 'Protagonist') is to keep your advice very general, that way, it'll be more flexible. Very specific abilities might be extremely powerful in one universe, but next to useless in another. For example, in a universe where magic exists, the kind of magic you ask for may as well make you a god, however, if you find yourself in a world with almost no magic, then you will find yourself similarly empty of magic. Meruin nodded her head and took the things off Liz's hands. Meruin followed her and looked at her opponent. Marucus, part of the Student Council, extraordinarily strong and was able to nullify magic. In other words, Liz was his natural enemy. Her water body was not magic, but her actual body, and Marcus did not have any elemental magics. Unless he somehow had a way to affect Liz in her true form or managed to beat her before then, then this fight was one-sided. "Good luck," she said to Liz. Oh, but that was showing favoritism. "And to you too, Marcus. Give the Student Council back a bit of our pride." She did here the conversations between several students, after all - but it also completely slipped her mind that she didn't do much for their reputation by showing up near naked in the canteen. Oh well.
