Felix chuckled as the young peasant bounced in her seat in excitement. This was it, no turning back now. He looked around them as they traveled watching as trees, animals, and other things from nature slowly past them. A smile grew on the young knights face, as he saw a small squirrel run up a tree. Felix always thought the world was such a beautiful place. It was sad that some people didn't see the beauty in it like he did. He looked back at Victoria, watching her slightly with a smile on his face. The young knight was glad she was able to come, besides just for the company, he was able to escort her through a place she had never been through. "Your family seemed nice." He tried to start up a conversation as a way to pass the time. "The sure care about you a lot."
Maktane had never been so close to anyone in his life, the fact that he was now made him smile slightly. He placed a hand on Vixen's cheek and could feel the heat emanating from it. This only made him smile more and blush a bit.
Isu jumped a bit as a man walked up to him, seeing if he was okay. He scratched the back of his head and laughed awkwardly, "Yeah, you know, just running from a man who thinks I owe him money. Just the normal stuff." He stood up and without saying anything else, walked away. As he walked he noticed two people talking to each other, at first he didn't think much of them, but then suddenly, some sort of.... monster shot out of seemingly no where and attacked the two. Isu's eyes widened as one of them, in a flash of light, changed into black armor and fought against the creature. The young man stood gawking at the sight, what in the hell is going on? What was that thing the man was fighting? Ever since he got the badge from that strange man, his life has gotten weirder and weirder. He shook the disbelieve from his mind and tried to process what was happening. That's when he felt it. Some type of unknown force pulling him to the badge in his pocket. Isu pulled it out and stared at it, the badge started glowing and he felt an energy flow through him.

Isu's body began to vibrate slightly, his eyes changing to a red hue. Then the badge glowed brighter and after a large flash of light, he was clothed in black. Without a second thought Isu charged toward the fight, stopping just a few feet from the monster. He sat for just a few seconds, reading the movements of the two fighting. Just before the monster was about to make contacted with the man fighting, Isu bolted forward blocked the attack and jumping in the air, spun and kicked the monster in the face knocking it to the ground. "Seems like you could use some help." His voice was dark and a smile slowly spread on his face.
Markus' eyes shot toward the hound, he watched it's every move carefully, "I don't quite care what you do as long as Castitas remains safe." Markus didn't like this hound and wanted it to disappear for good, but he knew that the young priestess would be worried about the damn thing and added shortly, "Be sure to be quick about it though, she will worry about were you went if you are gone too long." He took is eyes off the hound and looked back towards Castitas. The knight couldn't understand why she would want to watch over this.... thing. Sure it had gone through something tragic, but this things master had just previously killed everyone she cared about. How could she be so trusting of something like that? And why trust Markus, he did threaten a poor peasant and was not the nicest person in the world. He sighed, he would never understand that girl.
Markus sat quietly as the other two fell asleep. He kept a watchful eye on their surrounding to make sure they were safe. The knight sighed and spoke quietly to himself, "I'm in way over my head." He looked over to the priestess, "But, I can't just leave her here alone, sure she said she could take care of her self, but there will be a point where I'm needed." He buried his face in his hands sighing deeply. He remained quiet for the rest of the time lost in thought, not knowing what the future will hold for them. Feeling overwhelmed already was not going to be good for the young knight. He need to try to keep his composure through out this 'adventure' they're on. He gazed back at a sleeping Castitas and smiled, feeling a peace wash over him. Things could be worse, granted they were pretty bad at the moment, but it didn't matter at the moment. All that was important now was to keep the girl and the... hound safe. And he would do anything to do so.
Felix smiled at her and nodded as he jumped up onto the carriage and sat down next to her. Before they left he looked back at the town and the palace, "See you later." He said quietly to himself. He took a deep breath in and nodded, "Alright, let's get started." He maybe excited, but the young knight started to worry if he was really ready for this. Sure the king thought so, but what if he gets overwhelmed? What is he can't protect Victoria? He shook the thoughts from his head as he glanced over at the young girl and smiled. At least he won't be alone, peasant or not, he was glad someone was there with him. "So," Felix turned to Victoria, "Are you excited to see life outside the walls?"
Well, it's good to know not everyone is gone ^-^
Where did everyone go?
Felix nodded at her father as they walked to the carriage. "Yeah, I guess this is it." He looked over to Victoria, who was holding the letter, "It's about a months journey out, but that's with no complications. At most maybe two, two and a halve months." He walked up to her putting a hand on her shoulder, "Are you sure you're okay? I don't want to rush you into this, I know it's difficult to leave your family behind." He tilted his head slightly looking at the young peasant. Felix new he was excited to get going, to leave the kingdom walls by himself, well not all by himself. But none the less he couldn't wait to start this, but he knew that Victoria was not so excited. She was going to leave everything behind, with a knight she had just met today. He sighed a bit under his breath, he was worried about the poor girl.
Markus blushed a bit when she kissed him on the forehead. When Whisper told him what happened, Markus was about to lose it, but held back his anger at the sight of tears in it's eyes. He sighed and looked at the hound, "Look, you can stay with us for a while." He paused for a bit and knelt down to the hounds level, "But just know, that if you try anything, I will not hesitate for even the slightest moment to end you. I'm here to protect her, not you." The knight tried to get his point across without being too cold, but failed. After he warned the hound he got back up and walked over to the tree he was at earlier and sat against it, "You two get some rest, we still have a long journey ahead of us."
