Can Universe Sandbox even show civilizations, or is it purely just for purposes of planetary systems and spatial mapping? Nothing against it, I'm just more interested in the geopolitical climate than I am planetary bodies.

Xenocentrism is preferring your own species to others. Like the Galactic Empire in Star Wars was xenocentric in that it largely favored humans over aliens. A Pro-Graal government would be xenocentric in that it alienates non-natives. So if the Earth government was pro-Graal it would support Humans and alienate other races, besides the Graal (who is the hand that feeds them).

The reason I asked about your people breathing chlorine is that the manner in which Chlorine reacts with Hydrogen would make a planet rich in Chlorine filled with HCl (Hydrochloric Acid). Your oceans would be muriatic acid, your atmosphere would be corrosive as soon as it mixed with moisture or water vapor; but no worries -- I'm just a moron.
I'm still volunteering for putting together a cosmographical map, unless Asuras still has it locked down.

That's due to 343 Studios not knowing what they were doing, provided your description of the events in the game are accurate.

Game developers are not physicists.

Took me 2 minutes.

And Ad hominem, really? Namecalling? A little elementary, maybe?

I guess it's a good way -- if you don't have anything constructive to say, just call the other person a fucking moron. Always works.
Because it's Wikipedia. You might need to do a little research if you are truly interested; I shan't hold your hand.

Is this supposed to be relevant in some way?

You told me it's impossible to back up the idea that solar systems with stars that have gone nova still have their systems largely in tact. I just pointed you to 3 identified Super Nova's that have transpired in the last 300 years that you could go look at their solar systems, right this second.

A supernova is mostly a release of energy and radiation -- not fire and gasoline, bruh.

3 Super Nova's that can be seen with rudimentary telescopes are visible AT LEAST every hundred years.

That's not necessarily true.

A supernova is merely an explosion of energy. There have been identified stars that went super nova and their respective solar systems are still largely intact.

You have proof that FTL is not feasible?
The power to 'blow up' a solar system isn't feasible -- following the laws of physics, anyway. Xaxl, are you the one with the civilization that breathes Chlorine?
Well, the Crayven and the Graal are in a Cold War, so the Graal would send advisers, weapons and money to any pro-Graal factions that exist. Pro-Graal would be adherence to ruthlessness, militarism and xenocentrism with the intention of a coup or forcing a civil war. I find this would be largely feasible for civilizations that are not yet interstellar.
