  • NEW ACTION AVAILABLE -- Offer Contract: Any number of players in Tryouts may now be offered a contract. Average contract price is (Perceived Overall x $50,000. Quarterbacks are x2). Maximum contract length is 5 years. You may also offer a Signing Bonus to increase the odds of them signing with you.

  • Rylen Erickson joins the coaching staff of the Anchorage Abominables on a three year $45,000,000 contract. The Anchorage coaching staff--now finalized--is the youngest in the league at an average of 40 years old. Their overall is a 79 and in 2019 they make up $48,000,000 of available cap space.
  • The first Tryouts are conducted across the league, and it's expected the first contracts will be doled out by the end of the month. Many are anxious to see the first player signed by the Professional Football League.
  • Luke Poole signs as the Defensive Coordinator for the Austin Rattlesnakes on a two year $44,600,000 contract.
  • Kellen Sharp signs with the Vancouver Leopards for a massive five year $125,000,000 contract. Undisputedly one of the most sought after coaches in the PFL, it's expected to set a standard for years to come on mega contracts.

    - Frederick Carter: Safety Frederick Carter signs a three year $2,950,000 contract. He is the first player signed to the Professional Football League and signs after a fairly thorough tryout at the Austin Memorial Dome, the Rattlesnake's premier training facility.

  • NEW ACTION AVAILABLE -- Press Conference: Only Head Coaches can hold a Press Conference, and they must be Posted IC. When players choose to hold a Press Conference they PM the GM with the topic regarding the Press Conference and then will be supplied with 5 questions they will be asked. After the Press Conference, the team will respond based on the answers provided.
  • NEW ACTION AVAILABLE -- Fire Coach: A coach can be fired at any time for any reason. Any guaranteed money will still count against the cap.
  • NEW ACTION AVAILABLE: -- Hold Tryouts: Can use 50 Tryout Spots on any available player currently on the Tryout List. Must list the player, which workouts are being examined.

  • The Quebec Bulls have finalized their coaching staff, with an average age of 45, the perceived overall quality of the coaching staff is 58. They have $47,500,000 in cap space dedicated to their coaching staff in 2019.
  • Joshua White joins the Anchorage Abominables as Defense Coordinator for a price of $39,000,000 on a three year contract.

Third Week of March, 2019
HIRING ANNOUNCEMENT: Gabriel Thomas was announced today as the Head Coach of the Quebec City Bulls, with a five year $90,000,000 contract. One of the top offensive talents in football, Thomas is young, innovative and hopeful to develop a young roster in the coming months. Thomas--although the first head coaching position filled--is predicted by many to be the youngest head coach by a significant margin.

HIRING ANNOUNCEMENT: A day following the hiring of Gabriel Thomas, the Anchorage Abominables announced the hiring of Alexander Thompson as their Head Coach on a 3 year, $60,000,000 contract. The second former NFL head coach to enter the league, Thompson--a defensive minded coach--hopes to bring a hard hitting and quick moving attitude to the new Alaska based franchise.

Second Week of March, 2019
There were no significant signings in the second week of March, although several coaches--being very highly sought after--were offered multiple deals. The first signings for the Professional Football League were expected to occur sometime next week.
