Alucard is subject to the same limits. He is not able to absorb magic, he is not able to copy knowledge/skills. He is simply able to absorb your being.

Furthermore, Alucard is the most powerful of the Omegans. There is no way any character you are allowed to play is going to be equal with him in terms of raw power. You're going to have to beat him through teamwork and creative thinking.
@supertinyking
It was a pain, of course. 5 felt the peace enveloping him, even as Leeroy sucked the magic out of him. Normally, in this state of power, such attempts would be futile. But Leeroy was buying power with his own life, spending the very magic that kept him animate in order to empower this attack. It was a suicide strike, and - to 5's great annoyance - it was working. Of course, he couldn't allow that. Even as the roots grew around him, his body began to break apart into a cloud of nanobots. If he wasn't stopped, he would escape from Leeroy's grip and as such make his sacrifice pointless.

Cosmos stepped back as Clayman rushed at him again. He waved his hand, and the lava animated beneath him, a golem forming instantly and standing between them. It was hastily constructed, but even as it flowed from the pits on an interception course, it was growing in stability, it's movements becoming more rapid and coordinated. Each arm formed into a hammer of half-molten rock, blazing with heat as flames flickered along it's edges.

And as a series of hardened clay spikes struck Cosmos in the shoulder it fell apart, reduced once more to a puddly.

Cosmos fell back, screaming, wings flapping as he desperately attempted to use them for flight. Unfortunately for him the wings of an angel were mostly decorative - without magic they didn't hold the power to lift the humanoid form. And the spikes that even now were embedded into his flesh were messing with his magic, a cold numbness spreading around the impact points.

The clayman closed in on his opponent, several attempts at fireballs and lightning bolts simply singing his 'skin', if you could call it that. The blade was raised, ready to strike down. One of the two Supports who granted the Omegans their much-needed versatility, and prevented their powerhouses from falling. Cosmos was helpless.

Of course, it was then that Clayman noticed the scalpel placed at his neck. The thin blade seemed to shimmer, and as his through touched it, he could feel it singe his soul. This blade was unique, a very special piece of work. Imbued with special powers many years ago by a madman, a weapon that can only be used by those who have mastered Soular manipulation. And it would kill Clayman, if it ever got the chance to slice him. This weapon was one of the few that could.

"I'm afraid I can't let you do that, darling. I know, he's full of himself. But just for the moment, I need him."

The shadows parted, as the last member of the Omegans was revealed. Tall and slender, she smiled as she held the blade, bright green eyes framed by pale skin and black hair. A long black dress, which seemed to blend around her form like living shadow. A strange, cut-throat elegance, with eyes filled with infinite cruelty.

Smiling, Mia tore the blade across the Clay Man's throat, as he felt his legs to numb and fell to the ground. Not a lethal wound, but he wouldn't be able to move his legs for a while.

"You just sit down there, alright? Don't worry, I won't kill you. I have better things planned."
Theta is accepted conditionally.

Any power gained through the study of magic is not encoded into the DNA, and as such cannot be assimilated. Gods, or other beings who have arcane powers by nature, can form a source of arcane power. However, she can't gain skills from others. If she were able to do this, she could quite rapidly become unstoppable.

Furthermore, I'm placing a limit on the amount of power she's able to wield. She can increase her powers by 'assimilating' others, but if you don't fully absorb the target it's only temporary. Furthermore, there's a limit to how many powers she can 'contain' at once, meaning that once she reaches a certain threshold she's going to have to perform trade-offs as opposed to simply gaining power.

I place these limits to prevent her from snowballing, I hope you don't mind.
New tentacles sprouted from the growth, grabbing onto the large pellet as the radioactive decay started accelerating. Cancerous growths appeared along the edges of the growth, as it pulsed like a heart. Roots extended deeper into the earth, draining power from the decay, forming what appeared to be a purely biological Reactor of some sort, breaking down the material for power. Tentacles shot upwards and grabbed on to Kishin's legs, spiked talons attempting to dig into his skin and drain the life from him.

The being was covered in a thick layer of bark-like skin, large pores opening and closing to release toxic gasses and fluids, a combination of waste disposal and offensive strategy. Great arm-like appendages begin to form, as in the centre what appears to be a bulbous growth reaches the size of a car. Hundreds of maws and eyes dot it's surface, each belonging to a different creature, each adapted for the purpose of destroying life. It was, all in all, an abomination.

Alucard, meanwhile, simply stood opposed to Logar, smiling slightly.

"Outnumbered? Why, I don't think you quite know what that word means."

He draws back one fist, as suddenly an immense amount of energy seems to be chanelled into it. It was naturally occurring energy, a principle similar to Ki, or the powers inherent to Gods. It felt far from divine, however, as Logar realized that this power was equally far from natural. For the power that gathered in his hand held the distinct power of billions of worlds, drained of all life, absorbed into this continually evolving biological construct. The epitome of power and offense, with the powers of every being it absorbed, growing only stronger with every moment of omnicide.

Then, he punched.

The first explosion was that of the sound barrier being shattered. The second was the roll of thunder as the air burst outwards explosively, the mere shockwave of the attack ripping through the air and ground. Hurricane winds tore through the ground, an unending wave of kinetic force that would have made Toguro proud. The water in the swamp was thrown into the air, the trees uprooted and the ground cracked open as a massive crater formed. Logar himself was flung backwards, flying a good 100 meters and through many tress before he finally came to a stop.

The entire area had been devastated. It was as if it had been hit by a high-powered missile, not a single tree was left standing. The sheer power of the punch had annihilated part of the swamp.

"Perhaps you should retreat. After all, you're outnumbered a billion to one."
@Kurai Assassin
Sorry, I'm a slow poster ^^
@Teoinsanity

Mia raises an eyebrow, as she looks over to the mysterious trio that had barged into her home. Of course, every such situation was a bargaining opportunity, and it seemed from the beginning the chips were in her favour. "Oh my, you look beat up! However could you have gotten such grievous wounds?" Smiling, Mia walked forward, crouching next to where Teo sat. It seemed most of his fleshy bits had been damaged, but the necessary ones remained intact. His mechanical aides, however, had in many places been completely destroyed. His vocal center had taken come damage, but it was fairly easy to repair. Harder to fix would be the the internal systems, but at least nothing fatal had been hit.

"However, it seems you managed to do the job well enough. Congrats, you just saved the universe. Your first time, isn't it?" Mia takes a scalpel out of a previously invisible pocket in her black dress, even as she gestured for the building to rearrange itself. She slightly increased the volume of her voice so as to be heard over the rumbling engines that moved the rooms. "All right, I'll patch you up. Don't you worry, you'll be right as rain near the end of it. Better, even. I already have my mind on some... improvements that could be applied to your..... systems. Yeah, we'll go with that."

The door opened as the building once more came to rest, and Mia walked through it, knowing that the strangers would follow. They really had no choice in the matter.
"Ah, isn't it beautiful? A bunch of toddlers shouting about how they'll live forever. Of course, now that our dear friend Magnus has woken the beast, we should turn our heads to the real manner at hand. Namely, setting an estimate."

Gabriel leans back in his chair, as to many of those involved the stone backing seemed to lean with him, the very wall bending impossibly, as if viewed through an altered lens. It was an impossible view of reality, much like staring at an escher painting. Except, of course, outlined in 3 dimensions.

"I set my thoughts on 1 year. A single year until every vampire in this room has been put down like a dog, their lands burned and their followers massacred like cattle. Give or take a month."

Even as several vampires attempted to speak back, Gabriel gestured angrily, and they didn't.

"Do you have any idea why humans rule the planet? You gathering of buffoons! We're stronger, faster, nearly immortal and gifted with supernatural capabilities, and yet THEY call the shots. Have you ever sat down and wondered why that was? Why you couldn't just march your vampires across the world and conquer it? It's because when faced with an existential threat, humanity unites. Every time. One people come to the conclusion that Magnus wants the world, it will be the world he's fighting. It will be the greatest vampire genoicide since the Purge of Egypt!"

Spitting on the floor, Gabriel stands, as he glares at those gathered in the room.

"Do you fancy yourselves immortal? Above death? A hundred, maybe a thousand men couldn't match any vampire in this room, and yet you're not immortal. A single cruise missile will spread your body over the surface of the ground so finely that even if you live, you'll never put yourself back together. They will not come in hundreds, they will not come in thousands. They will come in millions, and they will not come quietly."
@McHaggis

I'm making the statement that your character notices something. It's a bit of nonverbal communication, tinged with psychic intervention.

If you wish for me to refrain from stating that your character observes things, I can add amendments such as 'if she was looking at him at that particular point in time'.

Furthermore, I would assume she'd make eye contact because he was addressing the room, and people have a tendency of looking people in the eye when they speak. It seems to be kind of a social convention.
@akje

The only damage Kami really took was a stab wound in the side and apparently being knocked down by a lucky shot with a tankbuster rifle. Also, the wound didn't bleed for whatever reason and he really doesn't care about pain.

He's completely fine and at full fighting capacity.
@The Grey Dust
Again, put a camera in your place. In all seriousness, I have made Gabriel's all-destroying weakness clear before. It's easily accessible to human and vampire characters alike.

Also, the reasons for Kami no Kage's capabilities will become clear in time. Let's just say there's more to him than I've said in my CS, and there's a reason there's no record of him anywhere, ever.
