Even as Drac began to leave, he felt his spirit become trapped. Bob wasn't called the taker of souls because of his tea parties. And now that Drac was a disembodied spirit, he was practically helpless even against a heavily damaged Bob. Smiling, Bob grasped Drac's soul in his one remaining hand. "My. It seems you are a greater fool than even I took you for." As Drac's energy is drained, Bob begins putting himself back together. "However, you do have my thanks. It would be foolish of me to release a man who made such an attempt on my life, and quite frankly I need the power. But you have my word that your family will remain unharmed. As you left mine out of this, I will allow yours to continue." With that, Drac was sucked into Bob's maw, assimilated into the Chaos Gem.

When next he opened his eyes, Drac found himself in his home. His family was around him, smiling. He was celebrating something. He didn't know what, and it really didn't matter. His wife was at his side, his children happily before him. Eating, playing, talking. It was a normal event, and yet was perhaps one of Drac's most treasured memories. On some level he knew that this was a memory he was reliving, recreated within his thoughts. That his happiness and sadness in this simulated life would feed Bob. But on the wall hung a sheet of ancient parchment, a contract signed in blood. And as long as it hung there, Drac knew his family would be safe. And as such, in this simulated reality, with this knowledge at hand, he was content.

Bob had rebuilt himself. His suit once more shone with the glitter of gold dust, and his bright smile once more illuminated his face. His eyes returned to their shine, and his top hat straightened. He briefly smiled down at his daughter, before turning to leave, briefly dusting himself off. "Keep this event in mind, my boy. In this world, it's kill or be killed. There will always be someone willing to kill you, you will always have enemies. Whether you're a hero, a villain, or something in between. You keep yourself safe." He waved a simple greeting, as a door materialized in front of him. "I have a feeling that we'll be doing business, at some point in the future." With that, he leaves Mithias alone on the ice planet of Tassadar.
Appearance:

Name: Shiro Hibochi
Alias: "Warp Spider"

Gender: Male

Age: 27

Alignment: Antihero

Personality:
Cold and determined, Shiro is prepared to achieve his goals by any means necessary. He will sacrifice innocents and even destroy entire cities, all for the greater good. As long as the threat is big enough, he will readily justify anything.

Powers:
[Absolute Teleportation]
Shiro was born with the ability to warp space, teleporting him instantly to any location he could picture in his mind's eye. Over the years, he has perfected this ability. He can teleport anything he can see, create stable portals, and even move between different dimensions at will. This has lead to him developing a number of techniques that vastly increase the combat potential of his ability.

[Limits]
The essence of life, or 'soul', disrupts Shiro's power. As such, he cannot teleport anything that's 'alive' or inhabited by a 'soul', such as undead. Certain highly advanced technology is also protected against his powers, as forcefields and certain specific protective measures negate his power. Any sentient play character robot is assumed to have such a defensive method, preventing Shiro from instantly killing them. Magically imbued objects can also be resistant or immune.

[Absolute Eye]
Using portals over his eye, Shiro is able to expand his vision greatly. He uses his left eye to see through walls, from multiple angles at once, and to gain great insight into the world around him. He effectively has 360 degree vision while active, as well as being able to perceive details impossible to see from afar, and to watch situations from afar. He's trained to be able to see in this way, allowing his brain to keep up with the amount of information he receives.

[Arsenal]
There's a certain dimension where time moves so slowly that it nearly stands still. Ten years here is one second there. In this location Shiro keeps a variety of weapons, as well as projectiles mid-movement and useful toys. He can call upon these weapons in combat, instantly switching them out for whatever is useful for the situation. He further uses the sudden appearance of projectiles to surprise foes from unexpected angles.

[Shatter]
Using his powers, Shiro can remove part of an object. Using this, he can instantly destroy almost any inanimate object, no matter how tough or resilient. The weaknesses stated above are the only exceptions to this power. He further must be able to see the material in order to destroy it.

Ability:
Peak human physical condition combined with expertise in several martial arts makes Shiro a dangerous close combat fighter even without his powers. He's an expert marksman and swordsman, incredibly resilient, and capable of resisting pain.

Gear:
His main weapon of choice is a katana built from nanotube glass, a material stronger than steel and lighter than titanium. It's also sharp enough to cut through steel, and capable of resisting incredibly high temperatures. This blade is equipped with a high-powered battery and electrodes, allowing it to electrocute anyone it strikes with the press of a button.

His armour is Dragonscale, a prototype armour suit developed to completely replace Kevlar. It uses tiny fibers and nanotube design to become far more sturdy than kevlar, and uses a 'scale' design to absorb the impact of bullets. Standard weapons can't pierce it, and even grenades won't kill him unless pressed to his face. Only heavy AT rifles can pierce the armour outright, although it offers significantly reduced protection against melee weaponry.

He further has a variety of guns, weapons and gadgets stored in the Arsenal. Any weapon he has ever acquired can be accessed at any time, giving him an almost limitless variety in weaponry.

History:
When he was merely a child, Shiro's parents were murdered by a supervillain known as Scourge. When Shiro's powers manifested, he was taken in by a military organization that wanted to turn him into a human weapon. Upon reaching the age of 18, however, Shiro decided the organization was corrupt. Nobody knows what he saw that sparked his hatred for the organization, but he hunted down and killed every single member he could find. He then proceeded to kill the Scourge. But his hatred of 'evil' could never be purged, even with his vengeance sated. He continued to slaughter villains and evildoers. A criminal caught by the Warp Spider will never see the inside of a jail cell. Currently, Shiro is hunting down Cataclysm.
@Cuccoruler Well, it seems like Calamity could annihilate most of the current player cast. So putting him opposed to the players would most likely end in a crushing defeat for the good guys. If he really can destroy skyscrapers, then we're just not ready to face off against him. Especially as at least 2 characters will be on Calamity's side, not counting Calamity's npc allies.

I would recommend having Zera move in with an immense army, and give him a good shot at world domination. Set Cataclysm up as a third party in the battle. He doesn't like the heroes, but he dislikes Zera more. Zera should have enough mooks in his army to give the heroes a chance to kick ass, and Cataclysm can be distracted by the Kraken attacking, or something. If the players stay on Cataclysm's good side, he helps them beat Zera. If not, he attacks Zera independently, and the Cataclysm characters and heroes could have a clash aboard Zera's mothership, or Atlantis, or whatever.

Most importantly, don't set the result in stone. If the players defeat Zera, Cataclysm becomes the next foe, and they're forced to use the experience and weapons they gained from their previous adventure against the immensely powerful Cataclysm. If Zera wins, the world is conquered by fish people, and Cataclysm might be a useful ally or even leader to the rebellion the heroes would be a part of. If Cataclysm wins and the players hate him, he conquers the Earth like a bad guy, and the players need to use guerilla tactics to recover artifacts or something to defeat him. If Cataclysm and the players work together for victory, the people from Cataclysm's homeworld might show up, and we might have to save Cataclysm while avoiding interdimensional war.

Alternatively, you could do it the other way around. Cataclysm is the Big Bad, and Zera is the Third Party. But Cataclysm just seems closer to the edge, like he could be both good or evil, depending on the circumstances. And Zera seems like he would have a large army, which gives everyone a chance to show off their powers and explosions against weak enemies.
And today we learned that being consistent with names is my kryptonite.

Sorry, editing.

From my analysis, Drac protected her from any adverse effects of the Soular explosion. And at this point I doubt he'd have the power to drag her away. So she should be fine.

And hey, Mithias should be a-ok as well, considering the blast was channelled away from him.
The polar ice caps contain enough mass when molten too flood the majority of the Earth's landmasses. This would quite probably result in the death of 80% of the world's human population. So Zera could rather effectively wipe out most of humanity without ever leaving his house, forcing the heroes to go find and stop him.

Alternatively, you could have him do all kinds of other evil stuff. Such as collecting magical artifacts (dragon balls/keyblades/halos/whatever) which will somehow grant him the power to end the world, or do something else really evil. Give it a cool Sea theme. Maybe he'll find whatever sunk Atlantis, and use it on the rest of the world.

Get creative. Find a way to involve other characters' personal story arcs if you can. Get the villains involved, either as rivals or allies of Aquilus. Make sure the heroes have enough power to have agency, and enough freedom to determine their own plan of approach.
@Wraithblade6

That's why they hit the base with missiles before moving in with the tanks. And the tanks were moving through the trees, as only a walker vehicle is capable of doing.

Currently waiting on a post from either Mo or Magnus dictating vampire strategy.
@Teoinsanity
Well, Genocide is dead. Drac just pissed off Bob, Alucard died.

Current things:

Mia, Stein, the Sergal Empire and Minx are trying to kill 5 (the nanomachine dude.)

Cosmos, Logar, Void and a shapeshifter that took on Mia's form are currently at Logar's place. Cosmos wants to lead a gang of Omegans to destroy all of reality.

A version of Matt from the far past has emerged from the White Holes, and is currently talking to Delta and Honey on some unnamed Clone World.

Mithias and Drac are currently on Tassadar, the ice planet where the big fight from before happened.
@supertinyking
Even as Drac rushed towards Bob, the Stealer of Souls turned. As a being of emotions, he could instantly sense that Drac intended to kill him, and he also knew that this fight was against him. Taking out Alucard had cost too much of his power. Drac was a dangerous opponent, and not one that he could take out right now. As such, he instantly prepared to teleport away from combat, returning to his Lounge to power up once more.

With a burst of speed Drac shot forward, his gauntlet closing around Bob's throat. Bob's energy was drained, his powers stunted as Drac disrupted any attempt at fleeing. However, Bob would evade him still.

And yet, even as he thought that, the blade pierced his skin. The point of impact shone, beams of bright redemitting from Bob's body as the blade's edge dissolved it. His body seemed to twist and contort, and yet his once so free form served now as a prison of arcane flesh, the blade's touch ripping through Bob's magic. Luahgter and screams alike could be faintly heard as the stuff of dreams escaped from the cracks, as Bob was sliced apart like a pinata.

In those critical few moments, Drac might have killed the Stealer of Souls. Had he known where Bob's core was located, and had he struck it, it would have instantly ended the godlike being. But Bob would not be held forever, and his window had passed. Faced with his possible death, he did something drastic, something that he wouldn't have done for any other reason.

All at once, Bob released the souls he had bound. Billions upon billions of beings, woven into the very fabric of his clothing. Lives and loves, collected from across the Multiverse. A vast host of emotions that had fed and nurtured the Demon God for so long. The work of thousands of years, compressed into a single momentary release.

A wave of emotional energy tore apart the ground and sky. The very planet shook as unrivalled forces exploded outwards, tearing apart everything in their path. Once the valve was opened, the energy streamed out, all of them dissipating at once. Drac was blasted away, his flesh torn from him as his mind was clouded with the lives of so many beings, all of which had been enslaved to that bright smile and pair of red eyes. Men, women, children, beings with no definable age or gender.

As the dust settled, all were left ina crater. The sky had turned read, and still the ice shook, revealing the metal far beneath. In the center floated Bob, his very being torn to pieces. His main body hovered, missing most of it's head and it's legs. Where his left eye would have been a strange gem was revealed, the very core of his being. What he had instead of a Soul. And where once his grim had been was a gash of a mouth, filled with dislodged and twisted teeth. Tears of blood streamed down his face, dripping down into the crater. His suit was burnt and curled, his top hat tilted and torn, stained with blood.

"Did you think you could simply finish me? THAT YOU COULD USE MY FAMILY AGAINST ME?" Bob's voice rang not with the arrogant tones of the demonic joker that had just moments ago fought Alucard. It was the sound of rage, of sorrow. For the last one thousand years Bob had been a jester, a cruel and fickle God of creativity and insanity. But this was a different side, not seen in millenia. "Learn to look over your shoulder. Learn to check every corner. Go home and hug your children, Drac. Because I will come for you. And I will make you watch while I kill everything you hold dear."

And with that, Bob left. Leaving nothing behind but the incinerated remains of his daughter.
