Among the standard run-of-the-mill mutant fish men, there were several more powerful variants. A creature similar in appearance to the Kraken and the size of a small house was levitated on what appeared to be a hover-platform, tentacles ripping apart everything around it. Buildings and vehicles alike were thrown into the air or crushed beneath the creature's massive appendages. A large humanoid whale seemed to be attempting to throttle a giant chicken (why was there a giant chicken anyway?), before the girl from before dealt a decisive blow. The sudden appearance of an ethereal shield to block a hail of bullets from the local police indicated the presence of at least one Fishman with arcane capabilities. Powers were in no way limited solely to humans, after all.

Whilst the initial force had been defeated with ease, they had been little more than grunts. Barely armed and armoured, small in size and large in number. A scour force of relatively weak foot soldiers to test Davenport's defenses. Now, more heavily armed and armoured figures could be seen in the chaos below. Several wore power armour, wielding weapons that fired streams of water at supersonic speeds. These HydroLaunchers were capable of slicing through flesh and stone, and this was demonstrated to rather devastating effect. Larger sea creatures, backed by higher tech weaponry and more serious firepower. It wouldn't be long before the supers on the ground started noticing the difference, as they finished off the first wave of easy kills.

From his perch high above, the Warp Spider maintained a supporting role. He couldn't get too close for fear of getting hit by one of those attacks - unlike many of his colleagues, his resistance to damage was rather unimpressive. But in redirecting attacks aimed at allies and picking off some of what appeared to be the leader caste with Fullbore he was able to augment his team's chances significantly. Many of the armoured fish found their gear teleported away, although there was very little Shiro could do about the magic or the kaiju. This was clearly not just a skirmishing force, it was an army. Whomever was behind this had every intent of claiming this city, and would do so by barging straight through it's superhuman inhabitants.
About Shiro being overpowered.

Previously it turned out that the accusation of Shiro's OP-ness was simply based on a misunderstanding and a lack of clarification on my part, however, Shiro was in fact built to be quite strong. I created him with the story purpose of hunting down and fighting Calamity. He's not as strong as Calamity is, but he's significantly more versatile and would most certainly be able to hold his own. It is for this purpose that I designed him, to create a plot thread that might stir the story into action.

However, as it seems now, Calamity is far from being the main villain of the story. Two new and entirely seperate threats have emerged, both of which are more significant than that posed by Calamity himself. Shiro, however, remains significantly more powerful than most other characters, and I believe the only character with a chance of defeating him is Abbadon. This is based not on Abbadon being more powerful than characters like Guilt, but rather because of his capability to preeptively recognize where Shiro will teleport. This severely stunts Shiro's ability to dodge incoming attacks, and potentially grants Abbadon the ability to dodge Shiro's more powerful offensive capabilities.

For those who underestimate Shiro, as I have designed him, consider the following points:

- The Absolute Eye, combined with instant teleportation, makes Shiro practically impossible to hit. Even supersonic projectiles such as bullets will simply be teleported to the Arsenal, only to be turned against their master. Without Abbadon's power or psychic capabilities, it becomes almost impossible to harm Shiro in any way.

- Any weapon or armour utilized by your character is pointless, and may end up making Shiro more capable.

- Shiro's firepower is equivelant to a tank cannon, in an attack he can repeat often. This attack can not be dodged, as it is generated at whatever location he wished. He is able to hit you through walls and other obstacles using the Abolute Eye. The air can potentially be replaced with acidic materials, holy water for Abbadon, or other such weaponry.

- If you have a weakness, and Shiro finds it, he can instantly exploit it. He could literally teleport into the Vatican to steal the Pope's kidneys, if that's your weakness. An EMP, a deadly virus, a volatile explosive.... any weapon and material on Earth, or even in other galaxies or universes, can be acquired in the space of half a minute.

- Should you gain any kind of advantage during the fight, Shiro can instantly retreat to the other side of the world, and spend a nice weekend recuperating on a beach resort. All the while he can spy on you from across the world using the Abolute Eye. Meaning if you ever let your guard down, even while on the toilet or asleep, he can take you down.

Based on these points, I'm sure most people will realize that even with the heavy limiters placed upon him (such as his inability to transport organic material, or to portal things into people's stomachs) Shiro is OP. So my choices are to either nerf him down to a level more equal to the rest of the roleplay, or to continue using him as a plot tool to match more powerful characters. However, I felt that in this it would be rather important to have feedback from the other players.
My computer has recently broken down fairly severely> This makes it impossible for me to post> sorry for the delay>
The vamps are gonna lose this war on basis of their leading cast just all kinda dying.

I could take control of the older vamps.

The zombie shot through the hole once more, finding itself a rather comfortable landing position on Bahamut's fist. Smashed into the ground, he formed himself a crater the size of a large car. Reflexes were unimportant, an airborne being without the capability of flight was an ease to hit for a seasoned warrior like Bahamut. He simply grinned. "I'm taking them on. Get the child." The Bug clones that ran at him found themselves struck by beams of plasma, their heads and limbs incinerated instantly.

"Are you certain?" Cosmos seemed to hesitate, and even Kihaku halts her attacks.

"Yeah. I've had a good run. When you see that unholy bastard, give him the finger for me, eh?" Flames seem to be leaking from Bahamut's eyes, and even as the enemy charges, he seemes to blur. An explosion sounds as he breaks the sound barrier, his blade striking a clone with such force his body is pulverized by the shock wave. Wind travels through the room, as Bahamut begins glowing brightly. "Let's see how many of these bitches I can kill before I go down!"

An inferno of flame shoots past, blasting towards Cosmos. He simply extends a hand, and with a flex of the fingers douses the flames. Then, Voidwalker teleports the entire Omegan team to the child's room.

Teo and Nathan find themselves face to face with Kihaku, Cosmos and Voidwalker. And each know that this is not a fight that they can win. Nathan feels his strength fail him as Cosmos simply glares at him, his arcane powers disrupted by waves of calculated arcane interference. Kihaku simply stands in front of Teo, glowing with white lightning, shadowy blades extending from her fingertips. The Voidwalker simply held the child, lifting it from the cradle. Cosmos smiles at the two warriors. "You are free to throw your lives away. But know that there is no honour or recompense to be found in suicide."

A host of enemies, gathered around the Dragon Emperor. He stood between them and the cradle, sword in hand, flames covering his entire body. Anyone with any magical proficiency could see he was channeling more than he could handle. This was 100% for him, but his body just couldn't take the strain. After 2 hours of this, his body would fail him. He didn't intend to live past this day, and was releasing his full power here, all at once. The very ground shook, as a thousand dragons took to the sky. Pillars of flame erupted from the ground, as his mere presence melted the stone beneath his feet to liquid magma. The walls began to collapse, and the air shimmered. Tsubaki would find her skin shriveling up, and Bug would be forced to coat himself with his defensive fluid to prevent himself from being incinerated by the waves of heat emanating from Bahamut.

"You better turn back now. I've got you outnumbered." Bahamut chuckled, as he alone blocked the path to the child, guarding his companions with his life.

It was intended to have the power of a tank shell, so 10 in one go should be about right if they're packed tightly. The decimation comment was based on his intent to continue performing the attack. I never intended for it to be some sort of air-nuke.
None of the materials in question had worked, so it was clear this particular type of demon wasn't vulnerable to a specific material. His next choice would be to move through a series of religious artifacts, pagan symbols, and other such weapons. If these failed, he had multiple other methods of containment in mind. However, it was clear that Abbadon was the more powerful foe. In speed, strength, and sheer explosive power Abbadon was more capable. The only reason Shiro was able to hold his own was his immense skill and proficiency with his power, allowing him to project the Absolute Eye and use his Arsenal to his advantage. His opponent was uninventive in his application of power, however, preferring simple brute force and attacks.

Eventually, Abbadon seemed to be able to guess where Shiro would move instants before he moved there. He had lost the element of surprise in his attacks. This attested to his opponent's capability to adapt their strategy, a dangerous trait. However, if he could get in close, and use his blade... if he was able to sever the limbs, and then introduce a material that kept them seperated, he might be able to prevent the demon from reforming. Regeneration could be prevented through the permanent introduction of matter. It was a risk, but it was a risk worth taking.

It was a mistake, of course. Even as Shiro appeared, blade in hand, he knew it had been a mistake. His opponent was already facing him, even as the tendrils shot towards his face. Within moments, he would have been killed. And yet, a bright white light seemed to explode from some point in between the two combatants.

"You're smarter than the average demon"

A newcomer. A wild card had been thrown into the fight. This timely intervention had saved Shiro, as well as giving him a chance to collect his thoughts. The demon had backed off, questioning the woman. Not as aggressive as he had originally believed, but it was clearly still just an animal. "Intelligent or not, it remains a demon. It has already tasted human blood, and undoubtedly will take more. We must contain it before it spreads chaos to the rest of the city." From the powers Shiro had observed so far, and from what he knew of the heroes that generally operated in this city, it was clear that this demon was a level above what the locals could handle. Even if it was eventually defeated, there would be many casualties. His success here was imperative.

In the distance, sirens could be heard. With a slight grunt, Shiro projected the Absolute Eye to the other side of the city. Seeing through a portal far above the commotion, he had the perfect point of view to see the army of fish-men invade the city. Heavily armed, they ripped through the law enforcement. Superhuman in speed and strength, if not in technology. A large and devastating force that even now was fighting to claim the central infrastructure.

"You, try and contain the demon. I will support you from a distance. However, there is another matter I must address." With those words, Shiro disappeared, reappearing on a skyscraper above the carnage. It seemed like it was time to use a more powerful technique. A power that many had thought to be seperate from his teleportation, and yet was secretly merely the advanced application of it. Shiro stretched out his right hand, the palm thrust out towards the forces far below. He would decimate their numbers from here.

A wave of wind and force washed over the forces. An explosion of air moving at almost supersonic speed, ripping apart flesh, bone and even stone. Like a tank shell made of wind, it crushed anything in it's way. Shcokwaves with lethal force, each one in a different location, the source of the attack unknown. A large quantity of air, drained away from the atmosphere, and then suddenly reintroduced to it in a single point. The supercrompressed material rapidly expanded in a deadly explosion. Burst, the final offensive hidden technique developed by Shiro.

Although it rapidly drained him, this move would with equal speed decimate the forces below.
Yo Slendy. If you want Zarr to have powers like teleportation and materializing/dematerializing his scythe, you might want to mention those on your CS. Update it if you can?
@Slendy
Even as Zarr's scythe flew towards Lucy, she was already shooting foward. Flying aroudn teh swing of the scythe she crashed into Zarr, who had not been expecting the sudden attack. She would then proceed to attempt to savage him, her entire body transforming into a ball of rending claws and blades that ripped at his flesh. Should he teleport away (like he can apparently do), she would chase after him until he had taken quite some distance. Attacking from behind was the same as the front, she saw in 360 degrees. Her armour would further protect her from most harm. Her only weakness was her inexperience, her furious assault was one without skill or strategy. She was relentless, but clumsy in her constant strikes.
@Krein
The bullet hit, and seemed to blow the demon's head to pieces. However, within mere moments it had reformed from a strange dark goo. So this being was capable of regeneration at high speeds. That would make it nearly impossible to leave any form of lasting injury. He would either need to find a weapon capable of inflicting permanent wounds, or he would need to find some method of containing the demon. Banishment was a last resort - it would simply delay the being's return to this plane. He went through his options in his head. As long as he remained unseen he would be able to-

Oh shit.

The demon had teleported in front of him. A tendril sliced downwards, ripping Fullbringer out of his hands and throwing it off the side of the building. Even as the second blow moved for his face, however, Shiro seemed to dissolve into a blue flash. The falling Fullbringer also disappeared, returning to the Arsenal. Shiro had reappeared a few meters away from Abbadon, even as a blue glow seemed to encompass his left eye, visible even through the helmet's visor. The Absolute Eye, a portal technique that allowed him to observe everything around him at once. With full 360 visibility and the capability to observe events from kilometers away. It vastly increased his capability to avoid incoming attacks, and together with his teleportation made him nearly impossible to hit.

The issue remained however, that Abbadon seemed nearly completely unfazed by physical attacks. And Abbadon't endurance would be far beyond that of Shiro, who -despite his training- was merely human. This fight would need to end relatively soon, because in a war of attrition Abbadon held the clear upper hand. The first order of business would be to find the demon's weakness, and then exploit the shit out of said weakness.

Once again disappearing in a flash of light, Shiro avoided the blast of energy. His Absolute Eye showed him the effects of the blast, and he already knew his armour would form little resistance against such an attack. If he was hit, it was all over. One mistake, and he could be turned to a fine red mist. His armour dissipated, leaving him wearing a tank top and cargo pants. Easy to move in, and far lighter than the reinforced kevlar plating. This was a battle in which agility and exhaustion played key factors, armour would only lower his chances. It was important to adapt to any circumstances that might occur during a fight, for which Shiro's power was ideal.

Dual submachineguns formed in his hands. Specially modified devices designed to have the bullets teleported directly into them. Shiro was able to fire an infinite stream of bullets without reloading, his power supplying all the ammo he needed. He shot silver, cold iron, even a single golden bullet at Abbadon. Metals to which arcane properties were often attributed, any of these could form a weakness. Even as he zapped from place to place to avoid Abbadon's attacks, he maintained a constant stream of bullets in order to find what Abbadon's weakness might be, and in order to force him to constantly regenerate. Some regenerating beings were only able to regenerate for a certain period of time or amount before their power ran out.
