@Remipa Awesome
Well, he is of Gabriel's bloodline.
Meanwhile, the Purge conference had come to an end. The Pope had retreated into his quarters unharmed, everything had gone exactly as planned. Their enemies refused to strike out, too afraid of the repercussions. This was all the confirmation they needed. Nobody could stand up to the Purge, not with the Elder Council in shambles.

[You have performed your task admirably.]

The Pope glanced up, as he was addressed in Kami's mechanical monotone. "It is a pleasure to serve the greater good."

[And your actions have paved the way for a new future.] The voice came not from Kami no Kage himself, but from a screen set up in the middle of the room. No more words were needed, and the screen flicked off. The Pope moved over, and sat down in a chair, nearly going limp. A doll, discarded. To be used once more when the need arose.

In the city, large caravans moved through the streets. Smoke machines were installed on every street corner, Crusaders marched through the street. Infrared scanners were placed on every mall, at every dance club. Vampires were killed in broad daylight, and it was met with nothing but praise. Vampirism was illegal, punishable by death. But that would be far too nice a word to describe what was being done to the vampiric population. Those who could, ran. Those who couldn't, died. The monsters lay beside the innocents, their only crime in their blood. There was no trial, there was no process.

The Purge's final plan had come into action. An automatic, city-wide purging system. Not to simply hunt vampires, not to simply fight vampires, but to exterminate them. They were not prey, they were not the enemy, they were no longer the monsters in the dark. They were an infection, an infestation. Rodents, to be eliminated for the betterment of mankind.

The Pope was on every screen, on every poster. Churches and chapels were converted into recruiting centres, as the war began being called the Great Crusade. Those who wished to oppose the Purge would need to act fast. Because their popularity and power was swelling like it had never swelled before.
@Kurai Assassin

Outside, the old lady would find a rather tall man standing next to a very large and very expensive looking car. It was as if a monster truck had eaten a limousine to gain it's powers, and then opened up the top. The massive wheels held up a 5 meter long car, completely black. Behind the driver's seat a black woman wearing a chauffeur's hat could be seen. In fact, that was pretty much all she was wearing. It was a strange sight to say the least.

The man smiles, as he leans back against the car. He was tall, thin, lanky and pale. He wore an expensive suit, and a large top hat. His wide grin seemed strangely charming, and his eyes held a sparkle of mischief. Little did she know that Gabriel's real appearance wasn't nearly as nice. "Why, I just came over here to get some gas, and yet, you appear to be gassing the poor lady inside. I was under the impression that trick got old with old pencil-mustache, but you're doing it, right there, in front of everyone. Perhaps you should turn off your device, and apologize to the lady?"
Name: Gabriel, Kain, Osiris, The Wanderer, the Mad God, The First. Usually referred to by his most popular name, Gabriel.

Bio/History/Backstory:
Nobody knows who Gabriel is, nor where he comes from. Some revere him as the Vampire God, said to be the father of all vampire-kind. Others believe him to be nothing more than a fraud, with a talent for manipulating records. All, however, fear his legendary powers, as the most psychically capable vampire on the planet. The demonstrations of his powers are few and far between, but the eldest of Oldbloods have often enough seen when Gabriel was forced to intervene in the world of men.

The little that is known of Gabriel is easily summarized. As a vampire lord, Gabriel found himself far more powerful than those around him. He became known as a God, worshipped for his powers. His original people had died out long before, and as such he gladly accepted the mantle, and the rewards that came with it. Perhaps it is here that his taste for hedonism stems from. For even as he directed his peoples, he saw them and their empire crumble to dust. Only for the next empire to gladly take him as their Lord.

Eventually, after seeing everything he attempted to build inevitably crumble, and every one of his children inevitably die, Gabriel retreated from the world. He devolved into a state of constant debauchery, wishing for nothing more than his next beer. For 3000 years, Gabriel did nothing more than this. Only on the rare occasion that he was confronted would he reveal his true power. It is only in recent years that the Vampire Lord has resurfaced, siring his son, Mithias. He further became involved in the Night Wars.

When Bedivere gathered the Sire Kings in a Council Meeting in Great Brittain, Gabriel unexpectedly turned up. While he was easily old enough to be qualified, few had expected him to actually appear. He then proceeded to insult the entire council like a drunk man, as well as uttering his prediction for the war. He stated that vampires would lose their war, that once the humans were presented with such an overwhelming force, they would unite against the vampires. And he predicted that after this a great genocide would begin. According to him, within fifty years, the entire species would die out.

Unfortunately, much of this prophecy has already been fulfilled.

Faction/Side/Alignment/Goals: His own

Personality:
To all outside appearances, Gabriel is a hedonist. In truth, he has simply realized the futility of attempting to affect the world. To him, empires are like fruit flies. Even vampires cannot catch his attention. He cannot attach himself to anything, as he realizes he will far outlive anything the world has to offer. As such, with this stunted worldview, he has decided to focus only on his most immediate and basest of pleasures. He drinks himself into a stupor (and that requires several bars' worth of liquor), only to screw every woman, man and dog within a 3 mile radius. He has little to no interest in anything else, and simply toys with other beings as a child might do to his dolls, refusing to even acknowledge them as individual beings.

The only exception to this is Mithias, who has managed to gain some measure of his father's affection. Though hard earned, this is what roused gabriel from his degenerate ways, and has gotten him once more involved with the politics of the world. Whether this is a good thing is..... questionable.

Powers:
Insane psychic powers. Gabriel is able to break even most Oldbloods with concentration, and can control entire armies of humans. He can twist emotions and thoughts with the same ease that another might write letters in a book. It takes a conscious effort from him to NOT read the minds of those he meets, and this is a courtesy he only rarely grants. He can become invisible simply by wishing not to be seen, and kills merely by wishing for someone to die. Only the most powerful of Sire Kings may even pose a threat to him, and even then he is nearly unstoppable. His only weakness is his inability to affect machines. In his own words, the only thing in this world that could kill him is Mithias, his own son.

His physical abilities are also not very impressive, simply from lack of practise. But quite frankly, this is close to irrelevant due to his immense psychic abilities.

Weapons: None

Skills:
He can sweet talk like no other, speaks over a hundred languages (most of which are dead), and knows how to drive most vehicles. However, he has no clue how to use a cellphone, and finds such devices to be ridiculously complex. He sometimes has a hard time adapting to new technology, and prefers old-fashioned places and objects.

@PuRe DaRkNeSs
Yeah, sorry about that ^^

Life dragged me away from my pc.
@PuRe DaRkNeSs
Well, I might have Gabriel meet up with you, once I get his CS up. He'd definitely have a reason to try and get the Sire Kings on his side.
@PuRe DaRkNeSs
As 'royal blood' you're probably directly related to a Sire King, if you're not one yourself.

Regardless, mind control is hard to use against the Purge. They're highly resistant due to the brainwashing processes that are used on their soldiers.

The Crusaders seem to slow down, confused by the psychic tendrils digging into their brain. However, it doesn't seem to work as well as Chantelle had expected. Even as she attempts to compell them, she can tell that these soldiers are... not entirely human. Their brains had been altered in some way, and they had the unwavering conviction of a psychopath. Not only were they immune to her beauty, but they seemed incapable of even recognizing her beauty. A temporary confusion was all she would be able to gain from them through mental addling, and she would be forced to use the distraction to run.

Mere minutes away, a large death machine stomped through the wasteland. Four robotic legs carried it forward, hissing and steaming. It's armour plating was covered in holy symbols, to ward off the undead. On each side of the central cockpit was a smoke dispenser that spread a mist of holy water. a central rotating turret placed on the front of the vehicle sported a massive flamethrower, built to incinerate any undead who might oppose them. It was a sight that had been imprinted into many a vampire before, a weapon that had gained somewhat of a reputation. Nearly impervious to vampiric blade and claw attacks, it's weaponry was able to excellently dispatch even large groups of vampires with relative ease.

Oldblood is a name given to incredibly old and powerful vampires. Beings of at least a thousand years old earn this title. Only the strongest of vampires can live this long, and their age only enhances their strength. In general, Oldbloods are the most powerful and rare of vampires. They're also known as Vampire Lords.

Newbloods or sirelings are newly created vampires. They're often weak, and don't fully control their powers. More powerful vampires often use Newbloods as meat shields, until the more powerful ones earn their claws.

Sire Kings are Oldbloods who have started an entire lineage. Very few vampires have gained this title. Examples are Dracula, Gabriel, the Pale Lady, and Tutankhamen. Even among Oldbloods they are feared, both for their strength and political power. They often exert direct control over their descendents, giving them access to entire armies.

these are the terms used in Blood Compact to describe certain types of vampires.

One of the Crusaders by the door glanced over as the shapeshifting chantelle flew by. He wasn't fast enough to catch the transformation itself, but it was enough for him to check with infrared, the results confirming that she was biologically dead. This was proof enough for the Crusader, who drew his sword and communicated silently to his allies.

"There's a demon at the north entrance. Spontaneous appearance. I believe it not to be a sireling, potentially an Oldblood. Moving in with a squad of three, requesting immediate allocation of a Purifier."

[confirmed, a purifier has been dispatched to your location. Attempt to contain the demon, do not engage.]

The Crusader nods, before he and two others walked forwards to Chantelle's position. He wielded sword and shield in typical Crusader fashion, the shield covered in crosses to burn any vampire that touched it. Behind him were two similarly armoured figures, each of which held a weapon similar in shape to a flamethrower. The Baptizer was designed to shoot a mist of holy water at vampires to weaken them and suppress their supernatural abilities, allowing the Purge to kill them in melee.

Chantelle would have precious little time to react as the Purge moved in, attempting to surround her position and spray her with the holy water. Furthermore, a Purge war machine was incoming to the location. One of the many weapons designed by the Purge science division to rip through the vampire armies in the Night Wars.
