Just a random guy, doing random things. Main RP: Hell's Coffee Lounge Current RPs change often enough that it's too much effort keeping a list of them updated.

Speaking of antagonists, allow me to intro a bad guy, considering the sheer quantity of 'good guys' (or at least anti-heroes) that appear to have been apped already. With the exception of Prof. Zoom and Armstrong, of course.

Series From: Dragonball alt.
Name: The Great Emperor Pilaf
Gender/Sex: Male
Species: I have no idea
Personality:
The Great Emperor Pilaf is as graceful as he is intelligent, the very paragon of responsibility. In his great wisdom he recognizes the inferiority of all other men, and in his great generosity he gladly takes the reigns of their life in his own hands. He is a master of all skills, but is as humble as he is grand, rarely speaking of his immense power and the great feats of benevolence and intelligence that granted him the position he now holds. Instead of pointlessly toiling among us, he prefers to delegate the more physical or dangerous tasks to those best suited to perform them, but he is by no means cowardly. Should the need be great enough he will gladly fight on the front line, confronting any evil that might threaten his magnificent empire.
Powers/Abilities:
While Pilaf doesn't possess any abilities of his own, he is incredibly intelligent. He is able to create new designs for robotic fighting machines in mere moments, although he occasionally abandons logic in his overly elaborate devices. He furthermore possesses complete control of the entire world from which he's from, and any member of that world will obey his will without question. When fighting is required he usually uses some of his more expandable soldiers or robots, and occasionally will even fight himself in a giant robot suit of his own design (with some assistance from the renowned Dr Gero), the Great Pilaf War Machine.
Weapon(s):
The Great Pilaf War Machine, also usually carries a gun in his back pocket.
@Billsomething
He currently doesn't have a job, as such, although he does participate in semi-legal tournaments in the Red Light District. He keeps the order out of an automatic sense of justice, regardless of any other authoritarian force. If any government agency (assuming one exists in a world this chaotic) were to oppose his personal judgement, he would simply destroy them.
BTW, anyone have any idea as to where to put Wargreymon? Considering both the Flash and Prof. Zoom have disappeared. Although I could just have him roam around, and act as a force of order.
\establish an antagonistic group of some kind, ranging from an evil organization of mad scientists to a street gang of some kind. Have her clean up some street on the Red Light district, or deal with one of the many mindless monsters that have no doubt been pulled into this reality. Or you could have her try and investigate something related to the Boundary, but you may need GM permission for that one.

Also, Merry Christmas to all!
@SgtEasy
Rule of cool. If it'd be cool (or in this case, funny) it can, and should, be done.
@Flamelord
Well, he could bring a bunch of scary men with big guns.

Also, that's an Eternity Gate. It's a fairly standard Psyker ability in the 40k-verse, used for relatively short-distance travel. Although the Emperor has been known to use it to move from planet to planet.

Ignoring his warnings, the two simply sped off, caring only for their own conflict. They had not only ignored his threat, but they had once more disregarded him as a threat. Blackwargreymon growled as he shot into the sky, flying high above the city of Ayumi. From here he had a clear view of the two troublemakers, and he would show them not to cross one of the most powerful beings in this world. They shot across the land, until they arrived at a lake. Their immense speed allowed them to cross the lake with ease, moving across the water as if it were just another floor. But even as they clashed, they were oblivious to the threat flying high above, even as it aimed one of it's gauntleted arms at the hypersonic figures far below.

Dragon Blaster

A beam of green energy struck the water, even as an immense amount of energy was released into it. A vast green explosion seemed to devour the lake itself, the two fighters disappearing in the explosion. The attack had struck with the power of a high-powered missile, and the explosion could be seen from any part of the city. Waves of pressure pushed at those present, overturning stalls and stalling traffic as dozens stared at the spectacle. When the sickly green light faded a mere second later, the entire lake had been annihilated, every drop of water evaporated. Anything that had been on, in or even around the lake had been obliterated, reduced to nothing but ash, and sometimes not even that much. It was a truly devastating attack, and an indicator of the Legendary Warrior's power.

Of course, little did BlackWargreymon know that his attack had missed it's targets, both the Flash and Professor Zoom entering the Speedforce a fraction of a millisecond before the attack had struck. It was this tiny window of opportunity that had spared them from an untimely death, and when the Flash returned to this reality he would find a giant crater where the lake had been mere moments before, a crowd already gathering around it. Blackwargreymon was hovering above it, trying to see if his prey had escaped him. He had not spotted the Flash far below, but it would not be long before he did.

As a science nerd I feel the need to inform you that moving at multiple times the speed of sound does not, in fact, cause multiple sonic booms. A sonic boom is caused by you catching up to the sound waves you project in front of you, and as such only occurs when you break the sound barrier. So multiple sonic booms would be caused by the Flash breaking the sound barrier, then going slower, and breaking the sound barrier again.
@CallMeChaotix
Like I said, Blackwargreymon isn't going to be 'allying' much. But in this conflict, I think he's working in the Flash's interests.
