Glad to have you back. Although you might be tempted to make something ridiculously powerful, be aware that Nova is currently one of the most powerful chars in the roleplay (potentially the most powerful char), and should not be considered the set standard.

Damn, not sure if I should take that one as a compliment or not.
Nova in his current incarnation is weakened, and would not be able to survive a nuclear explosion at ground zero. He would, however, be able to port out before it hit him, or prevent it from happening by telekinetically disarming the bomb. This version has weakened abilities, mainly on the front of his time and space-altering abilities. However, he's still incredibly versatile, and has access to the Golden Throne thanks to the Kolons.

Ironically, I created Devimon to serve as a relatively weak character. My other char is Nova, who I agree is massively OP. Hence why he spends most of his time in his house making plans, as opposed to tp-ing into the Alliance base and exploding people. I do realize he's made of bullshit, it's why I limit his actions to prevent him from entering conflict.
Your character is a monster that moves at the speed of sound and breathes plasma. And you're calling Devimon hax. You seem to have assumed he's made of bullshit based on my two previous characters (apocalypse and Nova), but perhaps you could pay more attention to his actual abilities, as opposed to your blatant assumption. Gigan is weak to Devimon's abilities, as he relies on technology, but is quite probably still able to match if not defeat him in straightforward combat.
Besides, even with my bullshit OP characters I tend to grant my opponents a chance to escape or defeat them, even when logically speaking they should not. And I would never 'eradicate' anyone's character without express permission from the play. I'm rather insulted you'd suggest such a thing.

If your character had specific anti-digimon weapons of the Vaccine type it should have been listed on his CS. You don't get to make up new shit like that on the fly whenever you meet someone with a particular weakness with the excuse that his current masters built it in. Edit your post, man, there's no reason to be silly about it.

I'm fine with you defeating Devimon just by punching him, but logically speaking you wouldn't get the vaccine advantage. If Gigan had been built to defeat Digimon, maybe, but Gigan's creators aren't even aware digimon are a thing.

No normal program is going to harm a Digimon, because a Digimon isn't bound by the rules of computer science. An antivirus could attempt to delete it, and a Digimon could simply eat the antivirus. It's a virus-type, but it's not actually a virus. It's a living entity that originates in data, but it's not really a computer program....
Logically speaking, there's no real way any technology Gigan possesses would be able to delete Devimon. An antivirus system would simply serve as a light snack, unless it was animate and magical.
