Hey guys, I'm going on holiday today so posts may be spotty/short until the 11th :)
Copen lay leisurely, stretched out like a lion. He propped himself up on his elbows, legs crossed one over the other with his back closest to the floor. When he deigned to take a sip, he simply leaned entirely on the one elbow. It was his own little system of laziness. He was a man of leisure, and it showed a lot in his ways. He put his cocoa on the ground, fiddling with the thermos' cup. The winter wind was cold on his wet shirt, but he wasn't bothered to go and change. If he unbuttoned it a little, it'd look slightly sleazy, but at least the stain wouldn't show anymore. That'd be the plan if he ended up going out tonight.

Copen shook his head at Tomoko's question. "I was, but not anymore. I studied Japanese in Denmark." He took another sip from his thermos. "I work in a Danish restaurant now, serving. I don't really know what to do with my life," he admitted with a shrug. He knew he was loud and cheerful and congenial, but what could he do with that? The Dane fell quiet as he waited for the others to speak.
@ZombieDude101 Are you still involved in this?
Copen was mildly pleased that his jacket was accepted. Although full of himself and rather obnoxious, he was still a little chivalrous and liked to look after people. Besides, it was sort of his way of making it up to her. It probably ruined her night a little to be spilled on like that.

However, at the other girl’s response, he deflated slightly. Oh. So she wasn’t being all flirty or anything, and offering them alcohol at a bar… That was indeed a shame. He ran a hand through his blond hair, glancing back at Amaya as the other girl walked off without much more words. Clearly they either followed or they just left her. But now he felt a little guilty, to leave this kind stranger. The offer hadn’t been exactly what he’d been looking for, and yet…

Copen looked across the park where she was heading, at the small area with her stationery. All alone. No-one deserved to be lonely. He inclined his head toward the other girl, looking at Amaya expectantly.

“Shall we?”

Copen Thorsen

She seemed to be okay. Copen breathed a soft sigh of relief, glancing at his cup. Empty; that was okay. Better that way so that he wouldn't have any chance of spilling any more. He quirked a blond eyebrow at her statement; ah, she didn't? He was surprised to be honest. She was quite pretty, with those light waves framing her face. "You don't, huh?" he murmured, tilting his head. Then, more loudly-

"I'm Copen. Copen Thorsen, I haven't seen you around before," he said, in that loud voice of his. Copen didn't really have a sense of volume, really. It was one of a few reasons why not many people could stand him for too long. He glanced down at his shirt and plucked at it - it was sticking to his torso. Not the most comfortable of feelings. "I must repay you for this trouble..." He glanced across at her from his shirt, a mischievous expression coming to his face as he unconsciously leaned forward a little. "Seeing as you don't have a hot date-"

And then there was another girl. A friend of hers maybe, seeing her alone in the dark with a tall man? He couldn't blame her, friend or not. There were some creepy people in this world. He straightened again to his usual stiff posture, shaking his head. Why was this stranger offering to replace the coffee...? Oh. Maybe she had a little crush? He seemed to have hit the jackpot tonight. Copen grinned. "What sort of drink are you suggesting?" he asked, as he shrugged off his jacket and offered it to Amaya. He was suddenly glad that he'd spritzed on a bit of cologne after that long shift at work. "Here. Don't want you to get cold 'cause of my silly mistake."

@JustYui @Knight of Doom
SORRY I was a horrible beast who was a little depressed over the past few days over a super-silly reason. I'm back and happy now :D Will get to posting!
Merry Christmas, it was pretty warm today :p it's summer here!
He was finished for the day! Copen just about skipped out of the restaurant. Ah, he was free once more, and the city was wide open before him. It was a cold night, but he was used to that - it was commonplace in Denmark. It would do nothing to dampen his spirits. The blonde turned around to look into the glass doors of the restaurant, carefully fixing his hair. Yeah, he looked fine to go out. He'd made sure to bring a black blazer to put over his button-down shirt and dark jeans, and he looked sharp enough. Smiling at his reflection for a moment, he nodded at his appearance and then continued walking on. He had a craving for coffee; may as well stop at the cafe and grab a take-away one. Soon enough, he was striding purposefully down the streets with a cup in hand, drinking eagerly.

Struck by the urge to have a wander in one of the city's most beautiful places, Copen meandered down the path. His phone buzzed as he went and he opened it up. Junk text message. Wrinkling his nose at the screen in the dark, he didn't see the figure walking his way. And bumped straight into it, sending coffee flying over both of them.

"Ahh! I am so sorry!" he yelped loudly, tucking his phone into his blazer pocket before it got wet. Damn, at least he was wearing a dark grey shirt, but it still didn't look good with coffee on it. But he was more concerned about her. The coffee hadn't been scalding, but it still had been pretty hot. He looked at her with concerned blue eyes in the dusky light, trying to make out just how much she'd been splashed. "Are you okay?" His Danish accent had gotten even stronger with worry.

Name: Copen Thorsen

Age: 21

Appearance:

Copen is quite an attractive young man. He is tall at 6’2”, and lithely muscular. His skin is pale and free from blemishes. He has honey-blond hair that sticks up in points when not styled (which takes him a bit of time; he’s fairly vain) and navy blue eyes. His eyebrows and eyelashes are a slightly darker shade of blond. Copen is European (Danish), and his features are sharp in his longer-than-average face. His nose is straight, with no bend to it, and his pale pink lips are thin. He has a sharp jawline that is slightly squared. Copen’s best feature is probably his smile – not necessarily because his teeth are white, but due to its easygoing nature appearance that matches his. His preferred sense of fashion is a little older than him, and he has a preference for dark jeans and button-up shirts with desert boots. He carries himself slightly stiffly, with a straight back and purposeful stride.

Height: 6,2”

Weight: 65kg

Likes: Beer, ladies, dancing, light-hearted people, fish, cycling

Dislikes: Sobriety (in both ways), quiet, litter

Party Trick: “You think I can’t beat you in a drinking competition? Hah!”

Profession: Waiter in Danish restaurant on Shine Street

Bio/Personality: Copen is ever-happy and ever-smiling. It is rather difficult to get him down in the dumps. He is a rather free soul, usually leaping from one woman to the next – he’s quite the ladies’ man. He doesn’t intend to break hearts; he simply gets distracted (this is true in other parts of his life as well). He’s quite flirtatious and charming; with a quick smile that crinkles the corners of his deep blue eyes. Copen is a lover of parties and alcohol, and is very loud. He speaks Japanese with a Danish accent.
Copen grew up in Denmark in an upper class family, unsure of what he wanted to do one day. However, he knew that he wanted to visit Japan someday - he was fascinated by the country. He went to an international school that offered Japanese, and took extra classes. He studied at university to become fluent, and moved to Japan for a gap year or two while working in a Danish restaurant. Copen still isn't sure of what he wants to do with the rest of his life and is still 'finding' himself.
Woot woot; will do. Merry Christmas back at ya. :D

So, is there anyone I can join with Copen? even if it's gatecrashing or whatever. Ohonhonhon.
