Psych. Eval.: Dominic Hoy has an interesting character, to say the least. Through most of his life, he lived without any parental figures, which has lead to him being highly independent. He is highly spiritualistic, but upon asking what specific religion he practices, he answered by saying that “Every religion, all of those priests in their fancy churches, all of it is a scam, man.” His stance on violence is rather unique, claiming to be a pacifist, but stating that “What must be done must be done, man. That's just how the world works.” He appears to be an avid and open user of marijuana, (referred to as “Ganja” by himself). He stated that he would refuse any prosthetics or cybernetics to keep his body “pure”. While not easily upsettable, he does seem to get passionate when defending his points at length. He is currently single, and homosexual.

Mister Hoy possesses a slightly lanky build, olive skin, tattoo of a dragon eating its own tail on the forearm. He appears to be in rather good physical condition, although growing up in a zero-G enviroment has taken its toll on him, leading to his tall posture. It is also worth noting that mister Hoy speaks with a peculiar accent, most likely developed during his upbringing, samples of which can be reviewed through the interview audiologs. Qualifications: Mister Hoy's main achievement is the possesion of a doctorate of spaceship engineering. He has a history of working as a ship and space station engineer, as well as previous self-employment in the scavenging of space derelicts. He has also received combat training from C-sec.
History: The earliest that records go for mister Hoy, is to a commune on a space station in Systems Alliance space, it is unknown what happened to his biological family, as there is no mention of them in any record, and he was most likely adopted by the commune under unknown circumstances. He was raised up to work as an engineer, becoming an apprentice at the age of 14 to one of the station engineers, Ennis Peate, who became a father figure to mister Hoy. When he was 17, he decided to leave the station, going to study on Earth, receiving his doctorate at the age of 21. He then worked under numerous different contractors as a ship engineer, until starting his own salvage company at the age of 25, but was forced to close it down a year later, due to the lack of profitable salvage in his sector of space. After that, he joined C-sec.
