Heya.

I might be interested in your butler x master's child plot. I like that you've got a large cast of characters to work with and I'd love to come up with some of my own to help round things out. I'm also interested in fandoms but it depends on the characters we end up using. I'd say off the bat I'd be up for Marvel, Doctor Who or Harry Potter but those could even be thrown all together if we'd like. A Victorian era might also be fun or something set in a digital world like a video game.

A bit about me: I post casual and advance posts, probably every couple of days as opposed to daily. I play males and females and I'm fine with fading to black if smut scenes do arise. I do like fluffy romance scenes even if we don't deal directly with smut though. Making out and cuddling, I'm a sucker for cuteness. :)

Plot:

Four lives are altered forever all because of a dare.

Their lives are soaked in diamonds and fine leather. They don't worry about paying bills or finding and keeping a job. Their worries center around which Michelin Starred restaurant to eat at or which brand to wear to the upcoming film festival. These people are filthy rich and are close friends, have been since they can remember. These long time friends decide to have fun on Halloween in a rather unconventional way. They find an abandoned laboratory and decide to camp nearby the woods for a few nights. What could go wrong? They bring all their luxuries with them and have a big spooky bash, somewhere in an isolated part of Europe. Their parents are never around so these young adults have never had to worry about danger or consequences.

The four friends wander into the lab and stumble across several questionable substances. They continue to drink and dance, not paying the warning signs any mind. Thanksgiving has come and past and now that Christmas is nearing, the four friends have begun to show signs of illness. They have the best doctors at their disposal. After a lot of tests, they all are given the same grim diagnosis. Cancer. Their worlds are thrown into chaos. Never had they considered themselves mortal. To them, death was something far out of reach. With life always moving so fast and so wild, none of them slowed down to really consider how precious their life was and how fortunate they were to have great medical care.

Now faced with a terminal illness, these four souls have to come to terms with their foolish actions and find a way to accept their fate. Bucket lists are made and they begin to figure out what will make their lives feel complete. Someone wants to try the hottest pepper for bragging rights. Another wants to learn how to juggle. Another wants to go to Amsterdam and have a threesome. And another wants to see the bottom of the ocean. So many wishes of varying difficulty and meaning. These four have the funds to make sure their epic bucket lists are fulfilled.

Will they spread the wealth to anyone less fortunate along the way?

Will they stay friends during this ordeal, until the very end?

Will they grow as people and learn about how truly magical life can be?

Guidelines:

I understand this topic is a sensitive one. My hope is to treat it well and realistically as possible, and to have this be a very character focused story. I want there to be a lot of development and interactions. Because we're playing four friends, I expect dynamics to change as the months go by. I want characters to feel the weight of death as they try to find a new way to live after being spoiled and worry-free for so long.

This is going to be a modern set story where our characters have endless resources so when making your bucket list, be as creative or as wild as you'd like.

I consider the friends have maybe 6 months to a year left so I do see an endgame for this RP.

I want us to double as one male and one female. My thought is there would be two sets: A womanizer male and a philanthropic kind soul female. And a bratty spoiled female and an intelligent polite male. I offer these types so we don't have four selfish characters and I want to avoid a lot of egos in this story so I am trying to give us one good character and one who has a lot to work on. If you'd like to change the typing, we can talk but just be aware I want to avoid four cliche rich kids.

The age range I am thinking is mid 20s.

Mature themes will likely happen. Drugs, sex, whatever.

I'm thinking real life face claims for this, so photos of people, not artwork.

In terms of a CS, I'm thinking it can cover a whole bunch of things. This is your chance to be as luxe as you'd like. List their cars, lavish bedrooms, fancy watches, clothes, what celebrities are in their cell phone, etc. Think bold and fancy. I'll let my partner make up their template so they can have fun with it.

I'm thinking this will be high-casual to advanced. We're doubling so there's a lot to cover but I don't want long posts to get in the way of interactions.

I can post every two days probably. I'd like to do this in threads but PMs can be considered.

Other stuff can be worked out with a partner but I hope I find someone for this. I feel like redeeming some characters and having some fun but emotional adventures. If you get the vibe I'm going for, let me know! :)

Their world is encased in ice.

It is cold and it is harsh but it is not an impossibility.

All these inhabitants have ever known is the cold dark nights and bleak dim days. These people have learned to endure and in turn have warded off extinction for a very long time. They have embraced the challenges and the wisdom of their ancestors has been properly passed down. Crops are grown to live in the snow, rain, and hail. Clothes are expertly styled to ensure one is always warm and free of dampness. Animals have also learned to survive in the eternal winter and hunters have in turn learned their habits and when to best set traps. Despite living in an endless frigid wasteland, cities and clans of people have been living on the icy earth for hundreds of years.

Even though the world has only ever known snow and sleet, it is a world filled with magical people who are able to bring true inner-warmth to those around them. There are scholars, teachers, poets, dancers, assassins, cooks, knights, princes, dragons and other beastly creatures that thrive in such conditions. So while there is heart within everyone, there is a strong desire to fight and to survive. And while war has torn through would infrequently, there has been established peace for the past thirty years. The people of the world feel safe and content, having nothing to fear.

Until now.

There is a prophecy that was recorded thousands of years ago through the dream of two twins. They were renown for their clairvoyance and foresee a future of fire raining upon their home. The dream was recorded but lost in the snowstorm of time. No it seems that fate may be drawing closer to the icy world. Like a bursting shooting star, streaks of hellfire tumble across the dark sky, as hunks of burning rock collide into the earth. Avalanches are triggered, floods are unstoppable as the world of ice is forever changed. People cry into the night as they watch friends burn alive, standing too close to the burning meteors. There is mass confusion and fear as fires break out across the globe, sending panic throughout the various kingdoms.

Wild animals scatter and families are broken up as everyone flees, trying to hide, their survival instincts long forgotten. In a small city by a frozen river, hordes of people abandon their homes as a fire has begun to melt ice-made buildings. Flowers and trees are up in flames and no one seems capable of stopping the wildfire's blaze. As the smoke began to fill the lungs of many bewildered spectators, many could be heard crying in both agony and despair. What was once a place to call home, was now ash and all that remained were snowdrop cinders.

Guidelines:

~ So generally speaking this is basically an ice-world thrown into chaos by the sudden (depending who you ask) onslaught of fiery rock. Because I didn't want to label this post-apoc, I want us to have fun in this world before it's torn apart. I want us to get attached and develop things along with our characters before the world ends. I think that would a lot more interesting than just starting with the aftermath.

- I don't know how many characters this RP will have. It can be a large group or an intimate one. I think it'll depend on those who submit sheets. I'd love for this to be a sprawling epic fantasy but it can be more low-key too.

~ Posts should be around 4 paragraphs I'm thinking, I don't mind if someone is casual or advanced, I just want folks who put in the effort and give good details and progress the story and interact with each other. Sometimes that calls for shorter posts, sometimes longer ones are needed. So I am gonna post this in both sections, I hope that's not against the rules or anything.

- If you are interested, please note I am pretty open about what role you want to play as, as long as it's a role that can function in a group. Our characters are going to form a group to research and try to prevent this tragedy so working well with others is imperative.

I also enjoy the Kelvin Timeline myself and might be down for the second option. I'm still tentative though.

A slice of life would be perfect to me! Either something modern or fantasy based, I love the charm quaint appeal of character driver stories. I would also be open to Harry Potter, Marvel or Pokemon in a slice of life based setting.

Hello everyone.

I am Tranquility and I'm new to the forums but not new to writing.

I am currently seeking some new partners to get things rolling. I tend to post around two to six paragraphs so I think that puts me in Casual and Advanced.

When it comes to posting I try to post every other day but sometimes my partner may need to wait a week for a post because real life comes first.

Mature themes are okay with me as long as they're not the focal point of our plots.

In regards to roles, I play males and females and enjoy doubling so if my partner can do the same, that would be wonderful.

Lastly I want someone who is passionate but also easy going and easy to chat with. Writing is about coming together so I'm ready to make some friends around these parts.
