APPEARANCEStanding at 6' flat and weighing 173 pounds, Jillian is of primarily Caucasian descent, though her once fair skin has been well tanned by the desert sun. From constant work and exercise she has a very low body fat percentage, her muscles well toned and plainly visible when her skin is exposed. Scars cover her body from many incidents, the majority being knife wounds, though claw swipes, bites, and even bullet scars can also be found. On the back of her neck is a brand of a skull missing the lower jaw, a crown resting just above it. Jillian keeps this covered by her shemagh most of the time.
Jillian's day to day outfit it usually the same, consisting of a four piece leather over suit, steel toe full shank combat boots, leather half finger gloves, a shemagh and a headband. Over this she wears light metal armor plates, a MOLLE assault vest, two MOLLE thigh pouches, and a pair of goggles with an adjustable strap. Underneath her desert garb Jillian wears outfits picked from her collection of scavenged pre-war clothes.
BIOJillian was born into a bandit colony, and as such is accustomed to that way of life. From a young age she was trained to fight, having always preferred knives. She was first put to use as a hunter gatherer, finding food and scrap for the group, developing her ability to follow what few tracks survived the desert, as well as take down what left them.
As Jillian grew older and more proficient in combat she was sent on raid parties, giving her real chances for practice and to prove her worth. She became more involved with the raid crews, and Jillian found herself in the garage often, helping to fix the vehicles damaged in outings. Jillian's role in the group shifted from hunter gatherer to raider completely when she turned eighteen, and her combat experience grew significantly. In her raids she managed to collect a number of items, most of her clothing included.
On her nineteenth birthday Jillian entered the annual arena tournament held by her colony. With her two knives she managed to win the tournament, earning her nickname and the title of strongest warrior in the colony. Although Jillian won fairly however, there were still those angered by their losses. Jillian woke the day after her victory to find her parents murdered, killed by one of her opponents in revenge. Devastated by the loss of her family and desperate not to follow their fate, Jillian broke into the garage in the night, stealing her favorite of the raid cars and heading into the wastes, which she wandered a few years before stopping in Eden, where she got word of a crew being formed to travel to the rumored Angel City.
PERSONALITYJillian is a bit rough around the edges, not surprisingly given her raising. Growing up in a bandit colony gave her a gruff and crude attitude, as well as a vibrant vocabulary to match. When it comes to her outlook on life Jillian is often confused with a pessimist, though she is actual a realist who is quick to state her opinions. She is hesitant to trust anyone, due to the murder of her parents. That said, she is able to show kindness to those she has grown fond of, and hidden deep down somewhere inside her is a romantic side that she will show to whichever man or women who truly catches her fancy. Jillian's driving force is to one day revisit her old group and make those responsible for the death of her parents pay, though first she wants to become stronger mentally and physically, which she believes the journey to Angel City will help with.
VEHICLELike all of the vehicles used by her old bandit colony, Jillian's vehicle was custom made from the ground up. The tires sit at 36" in diameter, with a 15" contact patch and 24" industrial rims. Sand paddles on the tires provide additional traction in the desert sand, peering the car from getting stuck easily. Sitting on a lifted suspension to add ground clearance and impact absorption is a reinforced F-body chassis fitted with the refurbished body of a scavenged 1978 Trans Am, painted black with various bandit markings such as skulls, fake blood stains, and flames. Powering the car is a V10 7 liter internal combustion engine with dual carburetors attached to old fashioned shaker scoops, each bank of pistons provided with its own turbocharger, intercooler, and exhaust, straight piped from the headers to the rear of the car. Attached to the engine is a thirty gallon tank, seven speed transmission, as well as an all wheel drive drive train, sending power to all four wheels. Attached to both bumpers are heavy duty bull bars, protecting the vehicle from impact damage while also allowing it to deal out more. Flood lights are mounted above the windshield to illuminate a larger area in front of the vehicle, and a spot light is mounted on the driver side mirror for directed light over longer distances.

From her time on the raid crews Jillian learned how to be stealthy when needed, and can be almost completely undetectable without her heavier gear.
