Vampire Academy

Serena listened to the girl sob, exclaiming about everything she had hated in the relationship with Jace. Serena didn't say anything, not knowing how she could help. However, when Anna looked up at her and thanked her for not judging her, Serena smiled. She didn't know how she could judge her. Sure, the fact that she chose to do the very thing Serena ran from but that wasn't worth basing an entire person off of. It didn't take long for Serena to break down, till she was practically begging to be bitten. How was that any different. Serena had let people feed off of her for far longer than Anna had and it was only for a short while that she had hated it. She nodded, "Do not worry about it..."

Then Anna was asleep on her lap. Serena sighed a little and took off her mask, that she had just realized she had left on. She placed it beside her and ran her hand through her hair, something she rarely did these days. She placed a shaking hand on Anna's head and slowly started to pet her, trying to calm her in her sleep.

Gunner stopped when Sebastian grabbed his arm. He turned and looked at his friend and kind of got a flash back to when he had gone and yelled at him to go get Anya. He shook his head, this wasn't going to be as easy... They wouldn't get into this relationship with bright futures... Even if things were cut short for Anya and Sebastian, they could imagine getting married, having kids. All that was hearsay or impossible for him and Anna. Despite that, he found himself pushing Sebastian, "When did you become the love guru?"

He walked back toward the dance, not really knowing where to go. Until he spotted Anna's blinding white dress and Serena sitting with the girl's head in her lap. Serena looked up at him when he approached, "Are you going to be nice?" she asked.

Gunner laughed a little and nodded, "Terribly... I have to make up for somethings... May I?" He asked as he crouched down. Serena nodded and Gunner lifted Anya off the ground, pulling her into his arms. Serena looked up at him, "She is going to be shakey... and scared... So you better be very nice.... Or I will punch you again."

Gunner smiled, "And we don't want that," He looked between his friends, "I'm going to take her to her room... You guys go enjoy yourselves."

He then walked off and was about halfway to Anna's room when he realized he didn't have anyway of getting in. Changing course, he went to his own room. Well, at least this way he could stay with her without freaking out Niya. He placed on his bed when he reached his room. He sat on the edge and took off her bracelet. He sighed as he looked at the scarring on her wrist... He should have punched Jace a hell of a lot sooner.

Serena was still shaking when she stood. She gave Sebastian a small smile, "Care to dance?"

Vampire Academy ~ Rememberance

Anya let him pull her onto the bed without resistance. She bit her lip again, so there was no worry about people hearing them. She looked at him, incredibly nervous, he did this all the time before her, what if she wasn't any good? He kissed her cheek and calmed her fear indirectly by stating he was happy, just being with her. She smiled and stood, she walked over to the door and locked it. She knew that if anyone came by that they'd hear them but she really didn't want them walking in... Although, if they heard, they probably wouldn't. She walked back over to Sebastian and kissed him, "I-I want to..."

Gunner laughed, "I'm not perfect Anna.. and I want you to actually play as well."

He chuckled and walked around the table and took his shot. He sunk another two before it was Anna's turn.

Vampire Academy

Serena blushed as he called her beautiful and kissed her hand. She nodded, "Very important."

She placed her hand on his arm as he hook his arm around her. She looked up at him and stuck out her tongue. She was about to ask nicely when he swore. She looked up at him confused, problem with being short was that, well she wasn't getting to see the problem. However, it started to seem worse and worse as Sebastian watched. He looked a little conflicted but the moment Serena heard fighting, she smiled at Sebastian, "There will be more slow songs...."

She then turned and ran toward the fighting. It was awfully difficult getting there though. She wasn't big, so people easily just pushed her around. The closer she got the fighting it was also a lot harder to navigate and get through the bodies. Finally, she emerged and saw Gunner.

Gunner looked down at Anna when she stepped in between them, telling him to let it go, "Because it isn't just a costume, Banana!" He turned his gaze back to Jace, "You are mocking everyone who has lost someone to the Strigoi. And I don't particularly like being mocked!"

He watched as Jace pulled Anna back to him and kissed her neck, showing off his fangs. The comment he made was like ice in his blood. He glanced at Anna, there weren't any scars on her neck. His eyes fell further, partially drinking her in, partially inspecting her. The bracelets... She used to always where one before but they had accumulated in the time that she'd been dating Jace. As Anna left them, he looked at Jason, "You fucker!"

Without thinking, he tackled the guy and punched him, "You want to be a Strigoi. Fine!"

He punched him again, all the anger that he had toward the guy burst forth as he pummeled his pretty little face. He stopped when he felt his arm burning. Rae was looking at him, "Stand down," The boy spat in an order.

Gunner stood, looming over him, "Excuse me."

One of the other Moroi jumped on his back and then it was a bit of a brawl. Gunner was at the disadvantage of the fact that they were all Moroi, had elemental powers, and there were more of them. However, not one of them knew how to fight hand to hand and well, Gunner was the best. He had most of them on the ground when he felt a small fist hit his chin, he turned to retaliate only to see Serena in a bunny costume, "Enough," She said before turning away and storming out the door and after Anna. It was really hard to remain angry after getting punched by a rabbit... She even had a little tail to boot.

He rubbed his jaw a little, he was pretty banged up. The guys may have been Moroi but they had put up quite a fight. He kicked Jace in the ribs one last time before leaving.

Serena left the dance hall and searched for Anna. This was probably the last thing she actually wanted to do but she needed to help Anna. She heard the girl yell and spotted her in her white dress. She ran over to her and placed her hands on her shoulder, "Anna.... Calm down... This is the worst of it... I promise.... It gets easier...."

She started to pull the girl to the ground, "Your mind will clear up and that will help... It should not take too long either... A week.... Maybe...."

She wrapped her arms around the shaking girl and felt herself shaking. She pulled her closer, "Sleep... I will worry about getting to back.... Sleep... is a good escape..."

Gunner laughed as she celebrated the break, "You didn't sink any, Anna Banana... But good job."

He walked around her and grabbed his cue. He leaned over the table and shot the white ball into another and into the hole. He grinned at Anna, "Ta da."

He walked to the other end and hit the white ball again, missing any pockets entirely.

Anya smiled and looked at the 'doodles', "I'd say that you are..."

Her voice trailed away slightly as his hands wrapped around her waist and he started to kiss her neck. She closed her eyes and moved her head slightly making it easier for him. She could feel his fangs gently brushing against her skin as he kissed her. Her breathing started to increase slightly as he continued. Again, she found herself curious as to what he learnt with all the one night stands and she was really starting to think she wanted to find out. He stepped back from her and she opened her eyes, looking at him as he turned her around. She accepted the kiss but was a little shy in returning it. He looked at her and asked if she was okay with it. She bit her lip and nodded, "Mhm... It's just..." Well, she didn't want to do it as his parents house, where Mr. and Mrs. Lazar might hear them or even little Kenzie. Then again, they would have to be dancing around roommates back at the academy. She looked up at him, "What if someone..... hears?..."

Serena walked through the crowd of people looking for Sebastian. Had he not explained his costume to her before, she probably never would have found him. She wore a strap less white dress with a petticoat, causing the shirt to bounce out and little checkered stocking that rose up to her knees. She reached up an touched the rabbit ears that were attached to her white and gold mask. Her hand traveled to her hair that was hanging loosely around her shoulder and finally that little gold lace necktie that was the only thing hiding her scars from the party goers. She tugged at her little red vest when she spotted Sebastian. She smiled happily, glad to see that she had managed to find him.

She walked over to him and pulled out a gold pocket watch from her vest pocket, "Sorry I am late."

She smiled at him, the Cheshire Cat and White Rabbit. She hadn't really been sure about the themed costume but Sebastian had really wanted to do it and she didn't mind. They managed to pull somethings together from her own closet and, well, she wasn't really sure where Sebastian had gotten the rest. She stood in front of him a little awkwardly and bit her lip, "Shall we wait for a slow song?" She smiled, remembering when they had danced at the party at the beginning of the year.

Gunner walked into the dance hall and grimaced. He wasn't one for parties ever but Sebastian had forced him to come, saying that he wasn't going to allow him to mope in his room while everyone was having fun. This was not Gunner's idea of fun. He was dressed in a black blazer and a white shirt. Guardian clothing. He didn't feel like dressing up this year, it had always been Anya and Anna could had stuffed him into the ridiculous costumes and well, he didn't think Sebastian and Serena wanted to even try. He adjusted his plain black mask and started to look through the crowd when he spotted Jace. His blood boiled and it wasn't just because this guy was with Anna, who he didn't actually see around. He walked, no stormed over to the guy and glared at him, "What the hell do you think you are wearing?"

Elliot grinned and took the jar, "I see that. Thank you," She poured the contents into a pot and started to cook the soup. She looked at Jacob and wrapped her arms around him, "I love you."

Elliot smiled and nodded, "Fiiiine," She gave him a kiss, "I'll be waiting in the kitchen."

And so she was, when he came out, she smiled at him and handed him a jar, "I've been failing to open this... quite miserably..."

Gunner leaned back against the wall and watched Anna as she attempted to hit the ball. He chuckled and pushed himself off the wall, leaving his cue leaning against it. He walked over to her and grabbed the white ball, placing it back properly on the table, "Alright," He said.

He placed one hand over hers as he stood behind her. He moved her fingers little, "Hold you hand like this... and this," With free hand, he placed it on the hand that held the cue. He positioned it on top of the other hand before releasing her, "Alright, now pull back and hit it... just not too hard."

Anya laughed a little as he placed her hands on the piano. She looked at him over her shoulder as he placed his hands above them. She watched as they started to play the piano slowly. She smiled at him again over her shoulder, only to have him pull her into a kiss. She leaned into it as his hand found her hair. She looked at him happily as he pulled away from her. Then he took her hand again and once more guided her out of the room. She laughed, "There's so much to see!"

She walked into his room with him and it was very clear that it was his room, the bed was a dead giveaway. She walked with him to the drawing desk as looked at the pictures. She looked over them all, in awe. She looked at him and wrapped her arms around him, "I never knew you were an artist... The brooding is starting to make a little more sense," She teased. She looked at the pictures again, "They are... amazing..."

Vampire Academy

Basil walked with Anna out to the forest, beyond excited to actually get back to training. She hadn't wanted to bring it up with Jordan at first, not fully sure how he'd react. After awhile though, the guy seemed to care so little for the rules, she had suggested. She preferred training with Anna though, she took it seriously, where Jordan just mainly goofed off. She laughed when Anna asked if she was going to the dance, "Of course I am!" She wrapped her arms around Anna, "Lets be honest though, it wouldn't matter if I did, you'd be off with Jace all night."

She pursed her lips when she asked what she was going to go as, "I don't know! I haven't been able to think of anything! Maybe like an angel or something... You got to help me. Toss up some ideas later?"

Serena looked up at Sebastian and nodded her head a little when he asked if she was okay. She felt his arm snake around her shoulders as he mentioned that she looked upset. Then, she surprised herself a little. She moved slightly, and placed the side of her face against his chest and placed her hands on his hips in a halfhearted hug. She felt better like this as she closed her eyes. When he asked if everything was fine with her and Anna, she nodded, "Ya..." She had a feeling he knew to ask about Anna for a reason. This was the second secret now that she was keeping from her friends for Anna. The strigoi thing, she understood and maybe some people would think that Jace was taking advantage of her. However, Serena didn't want something to happen to Anna because she didn't tell anyone. She looked up at Sebastian, "I am not supposed to tell you... Or anyone...."

She bit her lips and looked down at her hands, that had moved away from Sebastian and were now plucking at her nails, "It is about... Jace... and her wrist..."

She didn't want to say it out loud. She didn't think that she could. She leaned back into Sebastian, hoping he would understand, "I... do not like it.... It... is.... too close to home..."

Surely, he understood what she was talking about. Realizing what she was doing, she took a step back and away from me, "Mi dispiace..." She closed her eyes tightly, "I... I do not feel well... I think I am..." She met Sebastian's eyes, "Lie down..."

It was getting late when Elliot ventured into the garage. She grabbed Jacob's legs and pulled him out from under the truck on his little trolley of sorts. She smiled as him and straddled his abdomen, "Time to come in. The truck can be finished up tomorrow. We can make some dinner together... That would be... normal, right?"
