Elliot stuck her tongue out and crossed her arms, "I'd probably be better off. We'd run out of ammo sooner... it'd be more likely that we manage to find some."

She rested her head on the back of the couch, staring at the ceiling, "But we'll have to cross that bridge when we get there."

Elliot closed her eyes, trying to remember why it was that she had stayed with them. She rubbed the bridge of her nose, "I... I don't think I ever meant it... I was safer with you and Kyle any ways..." she looked at him, "Besides, like I said... I already kind of like you."
Elliot cocked an eyebrow, "That can go the other way to you know. Savannah isn't going to let her sixteen year old sister go off on her own and Marcus isn't going to let his wife and sister-in-law leave without him.... If I left, they'd follow," She smirked, "Besides, Marcus knows you and Kyle are capable. He's going to follow who needs the protecting," She smiled, "If I really wanted to, I could leave you behind," She stuck out her tongue at him before pulled her legs close to her and resting her chin on them.

Elliot laughed, "I thought so," She looked down at him, "Well, I couldn't exactly leave you now could I? We... started this together... We are going to stay that way," She lowered down and kissed him again, "I always liked you... That's why I never really tired to make you stop calling me Ellie... I liked it..."
Elliot laughed quietly and looked at him, "But then I wouldn't need you. I could up and leave if I so choose. You are going to risk that?" she teased, "I could leave to escape you calling me Ellie."

Elliot smiled at him and sat up on his stomach, massaging his chest, "And that had nothing at all to do with your little crush on me?" She joked. She used to do this a lot. Sit on his stomach and massage his chest and shoulders. She didn't know why or when... but she did. She assumed when they were alone and most likely on a bed.... She looked at him, "Why did you trust me?"
Elliot shrugged, "You never know. Some people like having that control... Teaching but not teaching everything so that the person still relies on them," She smirked at him, "And I don't know you that well to know that you wouldn't do that," She laughed a little, "And it is."

Elliot shook her head, "Do you like putting yourself in danger or...." She smiled softly, "Having nurse you back to health when you get hurt?" She was proud that she remember that. She used to work in the medical wing a lot... Which surprised her. She looked at him, he was a repeat customer to those beds, "I used to be the only person that ever worked on you... Even if I had someone else... You'd wait..." She laughed, "Why?"
Elliot shook her head again and sat down on the couch, "Cruel."

She leaned back and looked down the hall where the rest were sleeping. They'd have to whisper to avoid waking them. She looked back to Jacob, "So... Are you actually going to teach me to shoot tomorrow?"

Elliot smiled at him, "Well, I couldn't exactly rely on you. You climbed out of moving vehicles. Someone had to protect you from yourself."
Elliot shook her head, "No.... I don't.... I just.... assumed... How that would make me feel..." She gave him a sad smile before sighing, "When did you fall for me and... why?"

Ellie looked at him, "Well, that is just cruel," She smiled and climbed off the box when he asked her if she was coming. She walked into the house and walked over to the couch. She wrapped her small blanket around her shoulders and looked back to Jacob, "Are you going back to bed?"
Elliot shook her head, she'd given up on telling him to stop calling her Ellie. She sighed, "You know.... You could always just start out in the back of the speeding vehicle rather than having to climb back there..."

She looked at him and smiled, "Or do you just want to look like a macho man?"

Elliot laughed a little, "Are you surprised? You climbed to the back of a moving vehicle!" She moved and climbed on top of him so that she was laying on his chest, "That isn't really fair to me. Trying to off yourself like that," She teased.
Elliot laughed, "That would explain the climbing out the window of a speeding vehicle to shoot the robots that I could have lost with you in the car."

She swung her feet on the box before she laid back and stared at the ceiling, "I'm not sure if that is a good or bad trait though," she teased, "End up getting yourself killed and the people you were protecting are in even more danger," She yawned slightly and looked at him, "No more climbing out of speeding vehicles..."

Elliot moved closed to him and smiled, "Tell me about it?"
Elliot sat back on the box and pursed her lips, "I.... don't know," She shrugged, "I just dialed your number... I didn't even think about it.... I think... I just knew that you and your....dad... would come and help even if it meant putting your life in danger. He was like that... And you are too."

Elliot sat up slightly to allow him to move under her before she laid back down and continued to use his shoulder as a pillow. She smiled, "My head is feeling better..." She moved her hand to his chest, "Have you just been staring at the ceiling this entire time?"
Anastasia took Samsul's hand when he exited the room. When they were a safe ways away, she giggled, "I can't wait to tell her... I feel as though she is going to bounce off more walls than we are."

She rested her head on his arm as they made their way to the garden. She kept feeling the hard spot of her abdomen when her hand under the cloak, glad that it was covering much of her movements as it might be a giveaway or it would at least look very odd that was continually feeling one side of her stomach. She giggled again for no reason and she pressed her forehead to Samsul's shoulder. It was amazing how much better she felt after telling Samsul her fear. He clearly had some kind of magical power to make anything that was making her feel horrible just suddenly disappear. Even when her mother died, he was able to make it not feel that bad. She kissed his shoulder and smiled, "Maybe I can't wait six months..."
