Hmmmm... lotta good points being raised, but aside from what Rammy already said about this attack being in no way natural (thus necessitating a perpetrator), it seems the group is split down the middle according to who's more reckless and proactive, and who's more cautious and sensible (guess which group Rammy falls into :P).
Izayoi Grand Hospital - Ram Jam

"Nice to meet you Ramika, name's Goichi Goethe. Friends on occasion call me Gogo for short, but I'm sure as hell not gonna force it. I was born in Dusseldorf, but I moved to Izayoi with my mom to be closer to her family when I was ten. Dad is the famed archaeologist Gustav Goethe. Formerly a student at Izayoi U but I graduated this past season with a degree in Egyptology, so I may as well have not gone to school at all. I like ancient Egypt and I'm a massive sucker for Toku shows like Kamen Rider. I also tend to get into a lot of fights if I think somebody is getting picked on. That's actually how I ended up here now that I think about it. I have a three hundred kilogram dead-lift and uh... I'm starting to ramble right now but those seem to cover the basics. How about the rest of you?"

Ramika shook her hands back and forth. "You don't need to call me Ramika. Really, it's been so long since anyone's called me that that it feels kinda weird. My friends call me Ram Jam, and so does my dad. It's all I go by these days," she explained. "Your friends call you 'Gogo' though? Isn't that gonna be easy to confuse with Yoyo? My dad taught me how to fight too. He told me it was to protect myself in case I ever got picked on, but now it gets me into trouble more often than it gets me out..."

That's when Gibson and Mr. Maury spoke up, and they made a lot of good points. It was true they had a lot to lose poking their noses into this, but...

"Mr. Maury, can I be frank? Someone attacked us. Things like this, they don't happen in nature. There was no explosion, no earthquake, no collateral damage to the environment. I don't know about you, but it felt like time was just frozen, like for a second I was completely paralyzed before I was attacked and blacked out. Other people just died. That's a statement nobody should take lightly, and not just because it's a tragedy. I meant it literally. For all we know, they just died, and we don't know how or why. We owe it to them to find out, because there was clearly a perpetrator in this attack. There's no other explanation for what happened to us, at least not one that makes any logical sense. There's an outlaw in our town, and..." Ramika paused. "And he's doing things that I don't know what they are. I don't understand. Why we survived, why we feel this pain when our bodies show no sign of injury. It's not normal. But I want to find out. I want to find out why Yukari had to die and how we're going to stop it from happening again. We're the only living witnesses to the attack. That means that unless he strikes again, the police aren't going to catch this guy. It's up to us to get to the bottom of this."

Ram Jam smiled awkwardly in spite of herself. "It's kind of like an adventure, right? The righteous vigilantes forming a posse to hunt down an elusive outlaw and get to the bottom of his sinister schemes! I'd be lying if I said part of me wasn't excited. But I'm also sad, and kind of scared. But that doesn't mean we can just walk away!"
Oh, you meant in the context of the RP. Well now I feel kind of embarrassed. Sorry for patronizing you with that then. I thought you were a newbie.

Hmmm... not on me to say, but there are class and personal skills, the GM just forgot to put them in the sheet. As for how rankings apply, it's anyone's guess. It's usually like that in Fate RPs. Just gotta play it by ear.
<Snipped quote by Turboshitter>

What the skills actually do. Like what would Berserker's Mad Enhancement do, or does it even exist in here at all, what would magic resistance do since it completely depends on ranks for canceling out magic under certain verses, etc.

Oh boy. You have just invited me to unleash my full Type-MOON nerdiness on you. WARNING: MAJOR FUCKING MAGI-BABBLE RANT AHEAD.

Mad Enhancement of C-rank and above applies an extra stat buff beyond what the Servant's base stats are at the cost of robbing them of their sanity. At C-rank the gains are minimal and the Servant only loses its ability to speak and sustain patterns of complex thought (Frankenstein's monster, which has a D-rank, is actually capable of basic speech and can think about as well as a child or someone who's mentally handicapped). At B and A rank the Servant becomes increasingly insane, more like a mechanical engine of rage than a person, and they will even begin disobeying non-Command Spell orders from their Master (Heracles and Lu Bu being unusually obedient has its own story behind it). In exchange, A and B rank Mad Enhancement grants additional rank-ups in all stats, whereas C-rank only increases physical parameters while leaving Mana and Luck untouched.

For example, here are the stats of Heracles and Lu Bu, before and after Mad Enhancement:

Heracles (B-rank):

Strength: A -> A+
Endurance: B -> A
Agility: B -> A
Mana: B -> A
Luck: C -> B

Lu Bu (A-rank):

Strength: B -> A+
Endurance: B -> A+
Agility: C -> B+
Mana: D -> C+
Luck: D -> C+

Mad Enhancement can be turned on and off at will (some Masters like Illya just choose to keep their Servant permanently mad), but the stat boost no longer applies if it's turned off.

As for Magic Resistance, it does what it says i.e. resists magic. Since most RPs don't go into detail about the rankings of various magics outside of the Servant system, all you really need to know is that C-rank allows you to no-sell most modern magic besides what many mages would consider trump cards (High Thuamaturgy and Greater Rituals), B-rank makes you able to resist even those with minimal damage, and A-rank means you are pretty much the God-King of anti-magic and that you're untouchable to anyone without Servant-level magic. Basically in the modern age they'd be considered a magus killer, and the only magic capable of affecting them comes from Caster (and even that's not always a given, hence why Magic Resistance is the reason Casters are usually considered the worst class in the Holy Grail War).
So like what will class skills do like Mad Enhancement that makes all stats go up by one rank in B rank and stuff. I feel like Berserker becomes useless if they dont get that huge stat buff since they are insane and can't think, cast magic, strategize, etc.

What are you having problems with, the skills themselves or how they're implemented?
I'm torn between preserving some of Ramika's dignity as a cool older sister type figure and having her go full ham and cheese and just start indulging her obsession by constantly throwing in English words and talking in a fake Southern/Kansai accent like the Japanese version of a weeaboo (by the way, what do you call those? my favorite names are "freeaboos" and "westaboos" :P)
Izayoi Grand Hospital - Ram Jam

"Jerk..." Ramika muttered as Xander walked out on the rest of them.

Looking around, Ramika noticed that, aside from Yoyo and Tommy, she didn't know most of these people. Odd, because after what they'd gone through together already, she felt like they were already friends. Or something like that at least. There was a bond they shared, the bond between survivors. And maybe, depending on how these next 24 hours passed, comrades.

Ramika couldn't help but smile. They were just like the Magnificent Seven! Except, you know... there were only six of them. Yeah, just like the Magnificent Seven.

The shooter girl got up off the floor, buttoning up her hospital gown again to preserve her modesty. Once she'd dusted herself off, she offered a hand to everyone.

"Well I think some introductions are in order. My name is Ramika Jamison. My interests include old Westerns and first-person shooters. I'm Okinawa born 'n raised, and I've lived in Izayoi City all my life. My dad's name is Wild Bill Jamison. It's a pleasure to meet y'all," she said, going for a deliberate twang but stopping just short of sprinkling her sentences with "giddyup" and "howdy pardner".

Izayoi Grand Hospital - Ram Jam

Ram Jam smiled, sniffing. It was good to see Yoyo bouncing back so quickly, but as much as she wanted to pretend that a hug and a kiss could solve all the world's problems, there was still a lot to be done before Yoyo's broken heart could truly be put at ease and they could all rest. In fact, there were still lingering questions she wanted answered as well.

Who was it that attacked us and why did they do it? Why did they have to kill so many innocent people if they were just after us? Are they going after our families and friends too? Is Dad going to be okay?

These questions scratched at the back of Ramika's head, demanding answers when she had none. Not knowing was almost unbearable. But there was one question on her mind that she might be able to answer, and it could lead them all to the answers to all the other questions they were all asking. Or at least it could be a start.

Why don't I feel injured?

Unbuttoning the first few buttons of her hospital gown so she could see down her chest and look at her stomach, Ramika looked for a bruise or an entry wound where she felt the pain. She saw nothing. Not even gauze or a bandaid.

"Guys..." she said, growing a little paler. "Is anyone else injured? Do you see any blood?"

“Were we in particularly bad shape? All the other rooms are empty.”

"What?!" Ram Jam exclaimed. "No, that can't be right. There has to be-"

But when she walked outside, she saw that Tommy was telling the truth. The only other people she could see were nurses. All the other rooms were empty.

"We're the only ones here..."

Something wasn't right about this situation. No, nothing was right about this situation. Something was very, very wrong.
I hope Aranthus finishes looking at our sheets soon :(
