I've been RPing for a long time, and I've gotten a good idea of the capacity of people to fulfil specific roles over that time.

I'm not saying that you're unskilled by any means, and I sincerely apologise if anything has come across like that. You're both moderately competent roleplayers given your current settings, and you've fit in well to your team. You are, by all accounts, doing well.

I just don't think that you two are the kind of Jounin material that my standards and the standards of this thread mandate you be. I was just vocal about it early on so you don't get your hopes up that should a position arise, you'll be immediately considered/accepted, and I apologise if that came across poorly.

I think I'm going to shuffle a few teams around given the current issues. If anybody specifically wants to go to Team Moon, let me know so I can fill that gap up first (Team Moon has gotten a lot done and it would be wasteful to think about splitting them up, but other teams seem to be less concrete).

Additionally, if you could all post your timezones so I can keep a list, I'll try to rematch people in as cohesive a fashion as possible. I want to cause minimum fuss with the shuffle and get as many teams updated as possible.

I'm not definitively stating that you aren't good enough. It isn't fact. It's my opinion, and unfortunately for you, my opinion is one of those that counts in this regard. I'm not saying that you're bad, by any means - please don't take this that way. I just don't feel that you're good enough to be Jounin in this particular setting, especially when being a Jounin requires more of you here than it does in other places with less strict storyline interests.

I am saying that I don't personally believe you appropriate for the role of Jounin. As a moderator, it is my right to deny your Jounin if I don't believe you're competent enough to fulfil the role.

Having been active in your collab means quite literally nothing in the context of being suitable for Jounin positions when there are no available spots due to a lack of Genin. I also don't believe you're competent enough to lead a team in a setting like this. You're free to remain "not convinced that your the best person for this position" - I really don't care. I don't think you're suitable for the position, so I'm not offering it to you - either of you.

I'm not going to accept any more Jounin until such a time arises when they become necessary. Not only that, but I also am yet to be convinced of either of you two's suitability with regards to having a character that is by definition fairly important to the setting and the plot.

Of course, I'll still defer to Prince's judgement, but that is my current opinion on the matter.

@Ouroboros: I'm not sure if I'm actually in a position to accept characters, but if I am and you've followed all of the regulations that Prince previously set out, I'd be happy to place you on the squad consisting of Dystopia and Myself.
